Later, she goes around the ranks invinting people to learn a bit of what she know that can be helpful in combat.
To the first group, she'll teach how to keep your balance, move around with precision and agility... and also, inspired by Tanisar's performace, shell' do some stunts too, as a distraction from the anxiety

With another group, she tries to teach how to use cover, shadows and other terrain advantages. How to keep away from the enemy sight, and how to choose when it's best to attack, dealing more damage then going face-to-face.
Each one of the group helps with the preparations in their own ways. Mostly they're successful, but neither Tanisar nor Quyst can bring themselves to be particularly intimidating.

Finding another group of distressed individuals, Tanisar attempts to encourage them. "You know this Iron Circle? They act tough when their picking on townsfolk and other individuals who aren't ready to defend themselves. But we are ready for action! We are ready to stand up to these bullies, and let them know that we won't stand for their kind in our homes. Iron rusts, and like rusted iron, this Iron Circle is about to be broken. We have trained, we have equipped ourselves, and we are ready to take them on. Do not be dismayed."

The preparations are complete, and Albridge is ready for the battle.

Dar thanks you for helping. "With all the work you've done, we're ready to repulse those thugs. Now, how would you like to help in the actual battle? I was hoping you would stay in reserve, so you could be deployed wherever you're most needed at a moment's notice. Ultimately, it's up to you how you're going to fight. So, what do you think?"

Bram gives a nod of agreement. This is pretty much is life dream, becoming a mercenary of value recognized by others; he hopes he's living up to the Moltenheim family tradition. "Yeah, together we're stronger! I'm not the best at strategy here, but if you tell us where to go, we'll fight our hardest to get you results!"
"Agreed. I dont think my abilities are useful facing the enemies front-to-front, nor dropping amidst many foes alone. We are already a company, and we should stay like that." Quyst speaks with much more confidence than usually; her voice makes it unmistakeble that she trusts the company.

The next morning, sixty elven warriors, all carrying bows and blades, arrive at Albridge. They take up positions at the front to repel the invaders. The first sign of the Iron Circle is the large dust cloud drifting towards you along the road. Not long after, you can see the first ranks of their army. They are a formidable force, but no larger than the assembled Harkenwolders. The Iron Circle gathers on the far side of the bridge. A uniformed figure too far away to make out clearly lifts a sword, and ugly horn calls echo from the bandits' ranks. They begin their charge! The first rank is brought down by elven arrows, but the next rank reaches the defensive lines.
The Harkenwolders give ground, but their formation doesn’t break. The battle becomes a desperate, swirling melee that sprawls over several farms and fields a little way south of the town. From where you're waiting, you spy a large band of Iron Circle soldiers ith a reptilian creature fighting at their side about to break through the Harkenwolder lines. Seeing you ready to engage them, they raise a war cry and charge at you!

Then he would fire at the huge lizard, hoping to break its charge and send the troops surrounding it into confusion.

With astonishing speed, Bram shoots each of the soldiers charging at him through the heart just as they reach him! Tafod runs forward and swings at the soldiers' captain, connecting once.
