Noticing the bad condition of the witch, Quyst will try to take her down with a good old Eldritch Blast. She believes that taking her down will let Bram cause more impact against the other enemies.
Quyst blasts the injured witch to smithereens, then dives behind cover. The remaining witch utters a single word. "Approach." Bram feels eldritch forces tugging at his mind. (WIS 11 save or obey.)
If he can't resist her command, he steps out into the open, calmly walking towards the eyeless witch, who in turn approaches him until they are next to each other. The bearded horror profits from this to enter into melee and engulf Bram in a furry of beard snakes and glaives.
1st Beard Attack: 19(21) Damage: 7(10), and DC 12 CON save or be poisoned. 1st Glaive Attack: 9(15) Damage: 10(11+5 crit damage), and DC 12 CON save or take 1d10 damage at the start of each of your turns.
Otherwise, the bearded horror dashes into melee with Bram.

Wis save: 20
Bram, having seen the bearded warrior take down Tafod, knows his time is limited. He only has a slight chance to succeed, but he also knows the real danger isn't the hulking mass before him -- but the siren behind it.
"I'll distract this one! Kill the witch at all costs!" he bellows at Quyst as he raises his crossbow, ignoring the warrior beside him and aiming at the remaining witch.
Both of Bram's bolts fly true, creating two bloody punctures in the witch. She screams and curses Bram in an eldritch language.

Quyst can't get a clear shot, and her eldritch blast flies off into the sky.
The bearded horror slashes at Bram!
1st Beard Attack: Attack: 25 Damage: 6, and DC 12 CON save or be poisoned. 1st Glaive Attack: Attack: 6 Damage: 5, and DC 12 CON save or take 1d10 damage at the start of each of your turns.
The eyeless witch approaches Bram and jabs him with her finger.
Attack: 6 Damage: 16
The battle continues around you. If you retreated now, you would likely be able to get behind your defensive lines, though it would mean putting other Harkenwolders in harm's way.

Con save: 9
Bram grunts as the warrior's glaive cuts into him, but he still manages to overcome the pain and continue fighting. The Harkenwolders were depending on them, and besides - running now meant letting Tafod and Tanisar die, and Bram still wanted to save them, or die trying. He takes a deep breath, gathering his strength, and aims the witch again.
(you don't want to roll your dice and take your chances? if the witch dies, I can take the dodge action next round and keep the warrior busy while you stabilize Tanisar and Tafod... if you have a healer's kit. Well Bram has a healer's kit, he's a little busy so he won't mind if you want to grab it off him and do that, LOL)
(if the witch doesn't die, you should probably run like hell and call for backup, double LOL)
Between them, Bram and Quyst manage to take out the other witch. The bearded horror, now the last remaining adversary in your immediate vicinity, continues to relentlessly slash at Bram. Bram jumps out of the way of all of its attacks.
1st Beard Attack: Attack: 12 Damage: 9, and DC 12 CON save or be poisoned. 1st Glaive Attack: Attack: 13 Damage: 6, and DC 12 CON save or take 1d10 damage at the start of each of your turns.

Quyst shout in a worried voice: "We can't take them on our own, Bram! Retreat and then we can beat'em with help from the other!"

Quyst runs to get Bram's medicine kit and then uses it on Tanisar
(Is that a medicine check? if so: 4 )
Is Tafod suppose to be making death checks?
Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
(Healer's kits mean you don't have to roll the medicine check to auto-stabilize someone.)
