Before I loose consciousness I groan to the boar that skewered me, "you suck..."

(Aphelios steps back and lets loose an arrow at the Giant Boar!)

Attack: 14 Damage: 8

(The arrow finds its mark and sinks into the Giant Boar's shoulder! It squeals in pain but keeps going, the arrow sticking out of its body.)

Manxim, you're up.

(Manxim uses his halberd to strike at the closes boar)

Attack: 19 Damage: 5

(Manxim's Halberd manages to injure the last remaining Boar pretty good! The Boar is mad and tries to retaliate against Manxim!)

Attack: 16 Damage: 2

(The Boar manages to scratch up Manxim's left forearm with it's Tusk! Not too deep, but it still hurts.)

Trefor, you're up.

I believe I am unconscious. Can I do anything?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that you have to do a Death Saving Roll. It's a straight d20, no modifiers.

(Trefor's unconscious body lets out a gurgle and a cough... but at least he's breathing.)

(The Giant Boar thrashes about, before setting its sights on Aphelios and attacking!)

(Aphelios is taken unawares and also takes a tusk to the gut! The young Elf is very badly hurt and down to one knee!)

I let an arrow loose on the remaining boar.

(Nip's arrow hits the Boar right between the eyes, killing it instantly. Only the Giant Boar remains.)

OOC: Since I didn't get to roleplay before combat I will do somethings now that I should have done before but that's my fault since I didn't reply.

The crew sees Aphelios get a strange vial out from his back pocket and drink it, his skin glows purple as the moon shines through him. Drinking this vial renders Aphelios unable to speak during combat which in turn makes him more focused on the battle.

I draw my longbow and set my sights towards the Giant Boar.

I also take a bonus action and use second wind to heal myself

(Aphelios' gets a Second Wind and manages to bring himself back from certain defeat. His arrow goes flying and misses by mere millimeters! Very unlucky break!)

I go to attack the last boar with my halberd.

(Manxim shows his skill with his Halberd by nailing the Giant Boar right across the back, causing another deep cut! The blood spurts up in the air impressively.)

The Giant Boar moves around wildly, trying to decide who to go after, before settling on Nip.)

(The Boar bites wildly and manages to sink his teeth into Nip's leg, leaving several small puncture wounds!)
