"Okay, What I wanna do is surround em, then prevent em from getting into the woods. Its gonna be rough trackin' em once they're in there. Plus, we need to finish this now, if we can. Why don't we get between them and the woods, and then start attacking. I'll bury one of em, Aluzira can make friends with another, and we can scare the rest'a them into the direction of our friends. Whaddaya think?"

"I like the idea of not letting them get away again. I'll keep an eye out for any that do try to escape and slow them down with some frost. Just tell me where to sneak to and I'm there," Anakis finishes with a grin.
I think you're going to have to rely on my description of the environment to make an informed decision about what your character is doing, What is it that you feel I haven't described sufficiently?
With regard to Torrent's plan, the sleeping toads are in the wood and can't be seen while they're in there. The wood begins about 15 feet in front of you, and the toads are farther in, where you can hear them snoring peacefully. They are spread throughout the wood in front of you, forming a line about 60 feet long with a toad every 15 feet. The toad on the far left is only about 10 feet from the edge of the wood whereas the one in the middle is 25 feet in because the eaves of the wood bulge out towards you. The toad over on the far right is about 15 feet from the edge of the wood which, on that side, borders right up against the frozen pool.
It's possible to position yourselves in the woods anywhere around the line of toads you'd like. On the other side of the toads and to your right, on the other side of the pool, the woods extend indefinitely into the surrounding bog.
"Well, I'm going to move up and stab a toad." Fluin says with a shrug. "I'll continue stabbing them until they are all done in or I am, so what are the rest of you going to do?" Fluin will move to a toad in the middle of the line and attack it once the others are ready.
"Right, sounds good. I'll try and bury this one, maybe slow it down. Anakis, you get ready to freeze em. Aluzira, make friends with one, and clearly tell us which. We'll try to push em outta the woods and chase em down as they flee, which I reckon they will. This is probly gonna get chaotic, but there ain't nothin to it but to get after it."
Torrent maneuvers around the toads, putting them between him and the rest of the group, again trying to push them out of the woods. Once I am in position, can I see them? Are they in burrows like the last time they were sleeping, or are they laying on top of the ground?

"Right, I'll try for the one closest to the ice," Aluzira says, making her way towards where the woods and frozen pond meet, trying to get a look at what the toad is doing before approaching it.
Torrent, it will take you about a minute to sneak into position on the other side of the line of toads from the rest of the party. Once inside the wood, you can tell that you won't be able to see clearly whether they are above ground or not due to the dense vegetation that surrounds everything. How close do you position yourself to them and what methods might you use to ascertain whether they are burrowed in, other than visually? Also, are you positioning yourself at the center of the line, opposite to Fluin?
Fluin, I'm assuming you're sneaking straight up to your toad, rather than going around with Torrent. Is that correct?
Aluzira, you can't see the toad clearly enough through the dense foliage to tell what it's doing, but all the toads sound like they're still asleep. You're now about 20 feet away from the toad farthest to the right.
Ulben, can you be more specific? I'm having a difficult time imagining what's actually going on with Ulben.
Also, it appears that Tarek will be unavailable for the next few days, in which case it might be better to postpone any combat until he's back. That should give us plenty of time to get everyone into position and clear up any confusion about the layout (if any still exists). Tarek, let me know if anything changes.
Anakis will manoeuvre around to be on the same side as Torrent, however she will be nearer the toad on the far left. That way she's away from the pool, where Aluzira is going to charm a toad, but can get a shot on any of the toads that attempt to move away. She tries to keep as close as possible for her 60ft of Ray of Frost on any of the toads, but not on top of any of them at the same time.
(OOC - I'm happy to wait for Tarek if everyone else is as well.)
The five toads are unseen, sleeping in a line which crosses your path in a dense stand of redwoods which blocks any vision to them. Your positions, as I understand them, are as follows:
Fluin has moved sneakily through the wood straight towards the toad in the center of the line and is now within reach of it. He has stated that he is going to attack his toad once the rest of the party is ready.
Torrent and Anakis have snuck around to the left and into the wood behind the toads. Torrent is within reach of the second toad from the left, and Anakis is standing next to him, 10 feet from both Torrent's toad and the one on the far left (Torrent and Anakis' right).
Aluzira is at the edge of the pool, having stopped just outside the wood. If she is still in the open and doesn't try to hide before the toads awaken, they will notice her when they do.
It's still unclear to me what's going on with Ulben. I think he wants to be close to the toads and would like another member of the party to help him decide which one to move towards. Any takers?
Tarek is still 80 feet away from the toads, on the other side of the mound, screened from view, but still within hearing range unless he tries to remain quiet.
For the toads to be surprised, everyone within 80 feet (which at this point is everyone) needs to try to be stealthy. Aluzira (and possibly Ulben) is not in a suitable position, lacking visual concealment, and would need to move into the wood or back to the other side of the mound to avoid being out in the open when the toads wake up.
Let me know if you want to adjust your position or have any other actions you wish to declare.

(It's ok. Tarek will go ahead and be 35 feet behind Torrent and Anakis.)

"Well fighting them is why we came out here." Fluin says with a nod to the plan. "Let's do it."
"Sounds like a plan," Aluzira says with a smile.
"So who's going where?" Anakis shuffles from foot to foot excitedly, ready to move.

Yes, Fluin would be going straight towards the toad, not around.
