Stealth check for Anakis: 15 (Though at this point, I'm not sure if it's necessary - no stress Tarek! I'm happy with position, maybe a little close for Anakis, but she's with Torrent and also within range for spells, so all good for me.)
Anakis readies herself, and will Fire Bolt the first toad she sees come up out of a burrow (Attack: 13 Damage: 7))
After this initial spell, Anakis is keeping an eye out to Ray of Frost any toads that try to escape.
If Ulben is with Aluzira, she will Help him hide in the woods, before continuing on towards the toad closest to the frozen water. "Okie, just a giant toad..." she says to herself, fishing out some food from her backpack. She will move as close as it takes to cast the spell and starts talking to the toad quietly. "Morning there, I brought you some breakfast, Its cranberry," she adds with a smile casting Animal Friendship (Wisdom DC save of 12)
That's okay, Tarek. You're still behind the mound and far enough away that the jingling of your armor can't be heard.
Anakis, because of the dense understory of vines and young redwoods that fills the wood, you won't be able to see a toad even if one does come out of its burrow.
Ulben, are you with Aluzira, and do you try to hide?
If so, Aluzira, how do you help Ulben hide, and do you hide yourself?
Also Aluzira, because of the dense foliage, you cannot see the toad no matter how close you get, so you cannot target it with your spell.
Anakis whispers to Torrent, "Can you see anything with all these plants everywhere?" She thinks for a minute, then gets out her Tinderbox, "Maybe we clear it out a bit? It might also help us deal with the toads?"
If Ulben is with Aluzira, she'll try to help arrange the leaves and branches to hide him better (unless he doesn't want to hide) before finding a good spot for her to hide until the attack begins.
"Ah, I don't wanna start a fire out here. It may be good for dealin' with this beasties, but I think in the long run, it'll end up makin' things worse for the Bog if it actually ends up catching. We've been dealin' with the Bog when it's only a bit agitated. I dun wanna anger it. It's a good idea though. I'm sure we won't have any problem findin' the fellers once things break out."
Stealth 10
(Torrent will prepare to cast Mold Earth on top of his toad once everyone is in position.)
(Joos, I, the player, like the idea of burning it out, but as conscious of the forest equilibrium as Torrent is, there's no way he'd encourage it. If you were to do it anyway though...)

(OOC - That's all good Arc. I'm probably the opposite to you & your PC. Anakis might think starting a fire is a plan, but I've got this feeling that something bad will happen haha.)
Anakis looks longingly at the tinderbox. Torrent has been nice to her recently, but she's not sure why and so is a little suspicious. Fire is a good idea, but she doesn't get the bog like Torrent seems to understand it. She puts the tinderbox away for the moment, but keeps it close at hand. She sneaks over to the far left toad's position, ready for it to emerge (Sneak: 23).
Ulben and Aluzira, once you're inside the wood, everywhere is a good place to hide. I'll assume you're both just inside the edge of the wood, unless you'd rather be farther in. Also, how close do you want to be to the toad on the right, assuming you still went in that direction even though you couldn't see it clearly enough to target it with your spell?
Anakis, the toad on the far left is presently 10 feet away from you. Are you moving within reach of it?
Assuming everyone's in their optimal position (once these last questions are answered) and is ready for what comes next (which I also assume for Torrent and Tarek means undoing the straps on your backpacks and letting them fall gently to the ground), there's a moment of complete silence before Fluin's rapier thrust crashes through the underbrush at the center toad as it sleeps. The toads awaken, surprised by the sudden attack.
Everyone, make a Dexterity check to determine your Initiative order.
I don't have an auto-crit rule for attacks on sleeping creatures. The benefit of finding the toads asleep is that they were easily surprised. Your attack, Fluin, will be resolved normally on your turn.
Ulben, you hear the sound of steel ringing against twigs and branches as Fluin's sword penetrates the underbrush and the sounds of the toads scrambling at the dirt and redwood duff that form the entrances of their burrows. The nearest (the one being attacked by Fluin) is a little more than 20 feet away from you, and all around you is difficult terrain. What do you do?
If Ulben is able to he would get up on the toad that he was put in front of, who I'm assuming is not being charmed or anything else. And he will take his stick over head and bring it down hard on the toad, and then lose his footing and step forward bring his foot down hard on the toad(unarmed strike BA)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ulben, you were sent off in the direction of the toad to the right of Fluin's. If you want to stay on top of the toad at the end of your turn, make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check which is contested by the toad's Dexterity 13 to see if you can keep your footing as it wriggles around beneath you.
Meanwhile, Anakis, you hear the ring of Fluin's steel being brandished and the thud of Ulben's stick making contact with the toad off to your left, as the toads scrape wildly at the sides of their holes, especially the one in front of Torrent, 15 feet away from you, which is frantic in its scratching and clawing. What do you do?
Tarek will try to stealth about 30 more feet forward so that he can quickly spring into action after Fluin attacks. (Stealth: 3)
(Well... he just woke up the toads, sorry guys.)
