Anakis moves over to the doors directly ahead when entering the room, "I'm not very strong to help open these up. Do you think that using my dagger will help make it easier to open?" And she turns to the door and tries to pry it open or loosen it a little with her dagger to make it easier to open.
Okay Anakis, make a DC 15 Dexterity check to pry the door open with your dagger. If you fail, the dagger might get wedged in the door, making it more difficult to open instead.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Anakis' Dex Check: 9
Anakis moves her dagger back and forth, trying to pry the door open. After a moment though, it gets stuck. She steps back a bit, "Uh oh," she says sheepishly.
When Tarek starts to pray, Nicolas almost immediately pulls up his hood to cover his head. He hurries away from the impromptu ceremony and joins Anakis in the smaller room. "So how'd your little crew of misfits end up together in the first place?" He asks just quietly enough to not interrupt Tarek's prayers. "When the council hired us, they didn't provide much information on who we'd be working with."
Standing up Aluzira makes her way back to the others. “It’s coming from that way,” she says pointing to the doorway leading to the smaller doors. “I just don’t know how far away it is...” (She will wait for Tarek)
Anakis looks curiously and openly un-trustingly at Nicolas as he asks about the group. "We just kinda found each other. There were more of us, but some had to go away. Why are you here?"
As Tarek's ceremony completes, the halflings solemnly prepare to move on. "It seems now we have three doors to choose from," Remacle says, looking at the one straight ahead and the two doors to the right.
"Well, uh, the one ahead is kinda stuck," Anakis says sheepishly as she kicks a small rock at her feet, "I tried to get it open but got my dagger stuck."
Aluzira smiles at Anakis saying, “I’m sure it could still be opened if we wanted to go that way, and besides that we should try to get your dagger back anyway,” before asking the others, “Also should we follow the laughter or go away from it?”
Nicolas chuckles at Anakis’s distrust. “Can I be honest?” He asks in a gentle tone. “I’m here because of boredom and a need for cash. Everyone’s got bills to pay and the way I’ve made money in the past hasn’t always been the most honorable. More importantly being chained to a desk was getting boring. I guess I just needed a change and when the opportunity presented itself, I took it.”
As the ceremony finishes, Nicolas will lower his hood. “Sorry if my inquiry was a bit too aggressive. I’m just trying to figure out how all of the pieces here fit together. We haven’t had much time to get to know each other since we got down here. I guess I was just curious who these people are that I suddenly find myself very protective of.”
Nicolas turns to Aluzira. “As far as the laughter goes, I may simply be too curious for my own good, but I say we move towards it.” Then he chuckles at himself and adds, “But moving away from it would probably be the wiser decision.”
After Nicolas is finished speaking, Aluzira nods her head, “That makes sense, wanting to know more about us I mean.” Then adds while straightening her dagger, “I suppose we ought to do the same, learn more about you I mean, though really only if anyone wanted to share more of course.” She then turns to face the door Anakis’ dagger is stuck in. “Also I’d like to try this door either way so we can at least get Anakis’ dagger back. Does anyone mind if I give it a try?”
After finishing his prayer, Tarek stands in solemnity for a minute or two, clenching his holy symbol, before returning to the hallway where Aluzira is standing. "Do you needhelpagain?" he asks her.
Anakis scrunches up her nose as Nicolas talks about being stuck behind a desk. "I don't like being indoors either. I like to explore. I prefer outdoors, but this is still exciting. It makes sense you'd try to escape your desk, especially if you had to be chained to it."
At mention of getting her dagger back, Anakis nods with a smile, "Yes, please. I'd like my dagger back if that's alright?"
If Tarek and Aluzira are going to be working together to open the door, then Tarek should make a Strength check with advantage since he's the stronger of the two.
Aluzira nods her head in response to Tarek “Yes please!” Then a adds with a small laugh, “I don’t think I could break a door down myself, granted I’ve never tried...”. Shrugging she gets ready to help open the door.
(I’m good with that if you are Tarek! I could still make the roll too, either way ^^)
The door creaks open, and beyond it is a small room, about ten feet across, with a large circular hole in the center of the stone floor. The room itself is circular, and has no other doors. Near the hole, which is about five feet across, on the ledge of floor that surrounds it, is a small, firkin-sized cask and a small wooden box. A slight breeze comes up out of the hole, carrying a damp, musty smell.

Tarek, you now have a point of inspiration.
What does the rest of the party do while Tarek officiates this ceremony for the dead?

The dagger is stuck hard and can't be removed without forcing the door open. This door will be a DC 15 Strength check to push open.
Does anyone want to do anything else, or is everyone waiting for Tarek to finish praying?

"Excuse me," Tarek whispers to the others as he makes his way to Aluzira in preparation to open the door. (Assuming the DC is still 13...)
(Strength check: 20)
Tarek holds the door for the others after prying it open with Aluzira's help. As the others pass through, he hands Anakis her dagger.
