I made the last con save VS his poison, and passed it, look above. I've also tracked all of the damage I received and am still quite up. Even more so now with second wind.
Leshanna takes a moment to regain her composure, takes careful aim.... and shoots Robbit dead on. As he falls from his wounds, the shadow of Robbit also returns to his prone form atop the wall. (I do beleive this drops Robbit to 0.)
Elspeth dashes across the field, taking a strafing shot at Rindolar, and quickly getting behind cover of her own. (You can find a Hidden character with stealth checks or ending within full LoS as Sha'kar did to Swigg a few turns back. In this case you did not so Eldin remains unseen by Elspeth.)
(I believe this downed Rindolar.)
Latrius takes a shot at Sha'kar, and curses as it bounces off the warriors armor.
Swigg, finding himself on the wrong side of this combat, lets loose a soothing tune for his foes. Sha'kar is unaffected by the melodic tone, but does hear Zacazotal falls to the ground Unconscious
Grianne makes her two Con saves (18) and (17) then grunts and once again releases the beast within. With a roar she lets loose a volley of teeth and claws against her persistent foe. Claws: Attack: 16 Damage: 13 Teeth: Attack: 10 Damage: 5

Eldin runs up to his sleeping ally and shakes the lizard man awake.

The steam finally stops rising from the construct, the spell now ended, but afterwards... at least one half-melted piece sloughs off. A poor portent, if ever there was one.
Sha'kar grins at Swigg as the other's spell sweeps over him and....nothing happens. Then lashes out yet again with his blade, hoping Swigg would be surprised enough at his spells ineffectiveness to gain an opening.
(Use inspiration for advantage on the attack. And did end up having to re-summon the shadow blade last round since I couldn't use the inspiration after the failed concentration roll)
Booming Blade: 2 (bless) + Attack: 7, Advantage: 18, Damage: 12 psychic damage. And 5 thunder damage if Swigg moves before Sha'kar's next turn.

(Upon looking at it Bears have a Climb speed so Grianne could maneuver to not be squeezing. This is why I deleted that part of the post, as it is moot. And while Grianne did not specify she'd want to position that way, I am willing to assume any rational player or character wouldn't willingly hamstring themselves when an advantageous option is within reach. As for Sha'kars advantage, we handled that in PM as that was a misunderstanding on how Advantage rolls worked. As he posted, that did cost him another 2nd level slot. So while he kept the Inspiration, he did use another resource to make his turn happen.)
(I apologize for the back and forth. I am trying to balance stealth, manage 16 hp pools, keep track of death saves, and am prone to forget a detail or two. I am doing my best to be as consistent a judiciary as possible. But as with all of us I'm human and honestly new to handling a scenario like this.)
