"Had to guess that you would find spider-females adorable as well!" Lindale dropped her shape (after all, setting up traps would take time, no point waiting) and now could talk. " Be careful, though, they are usually poisonous and bite painfully." It was her fault that she did not prepare the "explanation table" as she usually did, but she was irritated by the fact nevertheless. "Those two doglike creatures at the entrance should signal an alarm loud enough to get elves and definitely can smell well. We do not even need speed to get someone out - the "dog's" are chained. But they might be trained to react only to humanoids. I can be a bait, if you wish - still have some means to escape should things not work out well."
She would help to set up traps if needed and once everything was ready, could "stumble" inside.

"If we have to get there, then planning and setting traps is pointless. No offense Banzo, but you're a little too slow to be bait," Hatch said.
"How fast can your mechanical spider run Brocc?" Hatch asked.
"Fast enough I would guess." Brocc says with a shrug. He would help with any traps, then wait to see what the others have planned. He is all for just rushing in and attacking, but is willing to see what the others think will work.
After they finished with the traps (and with Banzo's 23 I'm hoping they're pretty good) it was finally time to implement the plan.
"Alright, here's how I think we should play this. Either Lindale or Brocc pretends to find their lair and gets them to chase them into the traps we've set. Meanwhile whichever of the two is stealthier will shadow the other hidden just off the trail, so if something goes wrong they can leap in to provide backup and make a racket to alert us so we'll come running in to help. Sound good?"
"If you are ready, Brocc, I can go up again, and we will see if I need to stay this way." Should that be acceptable, Lindale would turn (wolf spider) and follow the routine - ceiling climbing, stealthy walk into the cave.

"Ready here." Brocc says, mounting his spider and ready to head into the cave mouth.
Lindale entered the cave above the chained creatures which ignored her again but both of the dark elves lifted their heads as she entered this time and spoke to each other.
" Big spider."
" Target practice? Knock it down those two will tear it apart."
They began unsheathing throwing daggers...
Lindale did not wait for them to get to the throwing but turn around and made a zig-zag run toward the traps.

Not sure how this affects Brocc, who is probably just starting into the cave mouth as the wolf-spider comes rushing back towards him. If he can act, he would make sure the drow see him, then wheel around to draw them forth as well.
The two dark elves looked non-plussed as the spider turned and ran.
" Odd...its almost like it understood us."
The two elves stood and came forward and caught sight of Brocc as he turned and fled.
" Sharkir!", muttered on of them and the chains dropped from the dog-things necks.
The two dog-things came barrelling out of the cave, chasing Brocc they paid no mind to the spider.
The two elves followed them some way behind.
Neither of the creatures noted the spring traps and hidden stakes and ran onto them letting out piteous yelps and hisses....

( Both Obligath look to be very badly wounded, the two dark elves are outside of the cave. You have a full round of surprise.)
Rock immediately turns back and, using the paths laid out for doing so, charges into the drow. When ten feet out he strikes with his lance...
Attack: 8 Damage: 10 His mount then strikes with a force-empowered-wrend at 5 feet...
Attack: 12 Damage: 5
His mount then will use deflect attack to give disadvantage to the first attack against Brocc.
Lindale drops down behind the lines and bits whoever is closest to her:
Attack: 20 Damage: 4 piercing + target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Hatch will try to finish off one of the wounded Obligaths with his axe.

The drow manage to evade the main force of Broccs charge though one of them is dealt a glancing blow as they form up in the cave entrance.
Broccs sudden charge throws Lindale off and she misses her prey,

One of the dark elves is caught fast as he staggers from Broccs strike, the other dances backwards...
The creature goes down with a yelp as the other is suddenly covered in a layer of frost from Rufus but remains standing.
Initiative and next actions, Please.

Banzos spell misses the wounded creature but the explosion of ice kills it, and unfortunately also damages Hatch.
Dark Elf 1: Con Save- 12
The trapped silver haired grey-skinned elf rounds on his attackers, the other runs into the cave mouth attempting to escape ( AoO for Lindale and Brocc).
The trapped elf slashes at Lindale with his daggers.
Attack: 6 Damage: 5
Attack: 6 Damage: 2
Hatch throws his axe at the fleeing elf and it strikes him in the back, sending him stumbling but not down.
Brocc and his spider chase after the fleeing elf striking him hard, but the 'spiders' blow misses....the dark elf keeps running into the cave and almost out of sight.
