@garnet - You cock your head just so at the image on the floor in front of the door on the south side, and you see a few twinkles in the air...you sense that the painted fish dragon creature painted on the floor is magical and probably harmful. luckily you don't have to walk on it to get to the door.
The rat hisses at you, all teeth and matted fur, and emerges from the rubble to the left of the dragon-ish looking image on the floor.
Lol. The rat is easily dispatched by Daemyar’s thrust and the rat lies still, a dark crimson pool forming underneath it. You don’t see any other foes in the room. Do you still want to go back to the tower shell room and check the other room?
(( I thought we were exploring this area first...so my vote is first door on right...assuming that there's nothing to be done about the trap/glyphs? ))

@ithelion- As garnet describes what she sees to you, you feel confident that it’s a glyph of warding - but you’re not able to tell what kind of spell has been infused to it. You know that a dispel spell would disable it, or you could walk over it. Given that garnet senses something harmful about it, you’re reasonably certain it would ‘leave a mark’ if you were to walk over it....

Daemyar moves to stab the rat with his short sword, then disengage and back up to make room for Krom and Garnet.
Attack: 12 Damage: 8
Paladin - warforged - orange
If the rat isn't dead from Daemyar's attack, Krom will move up and swing his warhammer around to come down on top of the rat.
Movement: Up to the rat.
Action: Attack: 17 Damage: 7 Bludgeoning
Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Ithelion will cast Chill Touch at the creature.
Attack: 14 Damage: 3

I’m in favor of opening all the doors one at a time and then backtracking once I can see what’s inside these doors
Paladin - warforged - orange
(( works for me -- though if it expands into more doors and more rooms, I'd probably vote to explore further rather thank kicking two ants nests ))
Just be aware that a choice like that could get messy. That’s all I’m gonna say. ;)

Does Ithelion know if, say, throwing a rock or dead rat on it will set it off?
