Nenne arches an eyebrow. "It is generally inadvisable to insult someone offering to help you," she replies, a hint of sharpness in her tone. And she tugs his arm.
Boozey fishes in his equipment for a medical kit. "I have some salve here which might do. If I rub it on your arm it might make it slippy enough to pull free." He gives the dwarf a wicked grin. "Only problem is, it burns for hours afterwards. Like having your skin on fire! Great for relaxing muscles though. Want to try it?"
It pops out easily, and when she looks to him, he is grinning from ear to ear. "Thanks elf." And once more went back to watching Allister.
He looks to the gnome with wide eyes and shows his free hand and gives him a grin as well. As well as a nervous laughter, now knowing what the gnome had in his pack.
“Have we discovered anything useful yet? Any clues on how to get the next cube?“ Allister investigates the bowmen and the mosaic again, hoping to find anything
"Nothing useful about this place," Nenne calls back. Her eyebrow, still arched at Lemon, begins to silver, and she mumbles, "Though perhaps a little about our companions..."
She goes to inspect the statues further - their bases and the wall behind them.
Boosey moves forward to look at the pedestal and the space behind it not occupied by a statue. He peers at the pedestal and cube, but doesn't touch them lest he sets off any unpleasant surprises, being careful to inspect the empty space too, lest that be trapped.
Peering into one of the arrow slits, Sthara picks at its bottom with a finger.
"If you all here me scream," she says to the group, "then something has befallen me."
She points her finger at the ground on the other side of the slit and says "Away," and vanishes into a wispy cloud. She appears on the other side, brushing the cobwebs off of herself and inspects the space (Misty Step into the righthand chamber, Investigation 2).
Allister looks to Boosey, clearly confused. „What are you talking about? Shagambi is an enemy to a grung. You know, that big frog. And the monkey looks like the ones we fought, so they must be su-monsters.“
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Peering back through the arrow slit and through to the other, Sthara again whispers her vocal components and blinks through to the opposite chamber and looks around (Investigation: 10).
"Shagambi was a kamadan, and the puzzle cube depicts a kamadan, the enemy of the grung. If the pattern is the same, and this is an assumption, this cube depicts a serpent, which would be the enemy of the Jaculi, making the Su-monster the serpent. If it is, i go as far as suggesting that the rabbit creature isn't an Almaj, but a Zorbo."
"What this means, I do not yet understand, but perhaps it will become clearer as we find more of these stories."
Allister is frustrated since he finds no further clues. He looks at the cube in the open room, and after a moment he takes out his ropes, ties it around the cubes and leaves the room. Near the entrance he says „Everybody, take a few steps back. I’m gonna count to 30 and then pull this cube towards me.“ He starts counting
Boosey walks back to the mosaic, and bending down and touching the snake he asks, "Tell us, how do we retrieve the right cube? What are we doing wrong?"

Made you look.

Boosey calls across to the others. "The cube shows a serpent. Is this the su-monster do you think? It would tie in with the kamadan story"
Sthara bats away curtains of spider web to uncover the statue properly. There doesn't appear to be anything else already noticed inside the chamber.
Allister looks to Boosey, clearly confused. „What are you talking about? Shagambi is an enemy to a grung. You know, that big frog. And the monkey looks like the ones we fought, so they must be su-monsters.“

Orvex pipes up saying, "the inscription calls Moa a jaculi outright. That can't be right."
Boosey replies to Orvex. "What do you mean?"
"Here," Orvex says pointing out part of the story. "It says 'Moa the jaculi'."
Boosey laughs. "That's not what I meant, sorry. Why do you think that Moa can't be the Jaculi?"
Allister is frustrated since he finds no further clues. He looks at the cube in the open room, and after a moment he takes out his ropes, ties it around the cubes and leaves the room. The rope tugs the cube off the pedestal, but as soon as it comes free, it turns into a puff of smoke.
"Secrets hide the truth," Nenne says as the cube disappears. "The true cube has to be in a secret room."
Boosey walks back to the mosaic, and bending down and touching the snake he asks, "Tell us, how do we retrieve the right cube? What are we doing wrong?"
