Glimbul seeing the speed at which the creature is moving at scares him to seek a safer position in the back. All the while closely watching him and observing his movements. Allister walks a few feet down the corridor to meet the onrushing colossus. He draws his blades, sets the rapier on fire and waits. Furious that this mocking echo of life keeps evading censure, the cleric shoots a gout of holy fire at the creature while summoning the avatar of her god. (Spiritual Weapon Attack: 15 Damage: 9)
Nenne's holy fire seems to fizzle out as it nears the creature. By the time it reaches the thing it is all but gone. The skeletal fingers rake against the metal armor fruitlessly.
Most of the attack and spells hitting the behemoth don’t seem to slow him down or hurt him, they are barely an inconvenience. So Allister calls upon the spark of speed and ferocity deep inside his mind reserved for those emergencies. His rapier turns into a wheel of fire, his movements so quick that it’s not possible to tell when one attack stops and the next starts. After several second charred bit of flesh and smoldering pieces of armor lie on the ground, the creature visibly damaged but far from finished
Allister's focus purely on offense does a number on the creature, but what the fighter took for hands raised in defense was actually just preparation for two of its own attacks. Both spiked guantlets come down together and connect quarely with Allister (9 and 13 bludgeoning and 11 and 3 piercing damage). Black spots form in the fighter's vision as the pain swells through his body.
Orvex plinks another sling bullet off the thing's armor, which does nothing. The scribe runs to the back of the corridor to hide.
Boosey, seeing most of the attacks bounce off the armour, begins to chant the words for faerie fire. Glowing red light appears on his outstretched hands, and he carefully sends them towards the creature, aiming behind it so as not to affect Allister. He finishes the casting with a flourish, and suddenly the thing is light in bright red light, marking it easily for any attack.

"Unholy filth!" Nenne growls at the undead, unleashing another ray of deep red energy as her spiritual weapon backhands it with a vicious thud. (Spiritual Weapon: 8 force damage, Guiding Bolt: 14 radiant damage)
The impact from Nenne's guiding bolt sends the creature into the wall. Allister takes the opportunity to run it through with his flaming rapier, but has to move quickly as it tries to strike out at him. The thing comes forward chasing after the warrior, but Nenne's spiritual weapon digs into the thing's helmet and it crashes to the side to end up on the macabre railing. The weapon comes in again to slam against its head. Allister follows, stabbing furiously until it no longer moves.
After seeing it die, Glimbul curiously inspects the corpse. “Damn it, my arrows had no effect even when they stuck. The damned thing is too tough for conventional weapons.”
Allister is poking around in his mouth, after a few seconds he puls out a molar and throws it away. His face is a bleeding mess, one eye is slowly closing and turning blue and black, and you can see inside his mouth through a hole in his cheek. He has trouble speaking as he says „Good thing we only fought one of them.“
With the armoured figure crashing to the ground, Boosey rushes over to the fighter. "Here, lets sort a few of these scratches out, shall we," and he clasps his hand on the fighters shoulder, casting cure wounds
Orvex comes out from the hallway cautiously and casts a grimace at Allister's face. He says, "I'm not sure I did anything there. I'm running low on sling bullets. This isn't good. I can't say I'm crazy about the idea of standing toe to toe with one of those!"
"That was unlike any other undead I've faced," Nenne says with venom. "The audacity."
She takes her place against the wall once more and places the staff in her lap, preparing to concentrate on it again. To Allister, she says, "You did well. Come and rest. If a reprieve does you little good, I will see how much I can heal you. But first, I must finish what I've begun."
