Nenne turns fuchsia with anger as she watches the fighter flee in terror. She knows he would never abandon a battle when his friends need him, and the only time he ever did was when his will was stripped from him. She launches into the room and violently pulls the curtain to the side, ripping it from its bolts and tearing it down the middle. She keeps moving, her amulet glowing a vicious red as she advances.
A second curtain instantly greets her, but her emotions are too heightened for any fear. She pushes past it without any regard, determined to find her friends. What meets her eyes when she finally breaks through makes her freeze.
"The wizard is dead," she shouts to Glimbul. She pulls out her mace. Her tightening knuckles make the leather wrapping on the handle creak. "I think the boar's head on the wall ate him. Stay out!"
She backs up so that she has some distance from the boar and holds her ground.
Hearing the bard's familiar steps rushing out of the room, Nenne watches with stinging eyes as the rotted, mounted head of the boar continues to masticate the wizard's head. She makes a small sign in the air and touches her holy symbol, silently petitioning her god to judge the poor man fairly. Then she turns her back and walks back out to her remaining friends, fists clenched tight. She indulges in another spiteful yank on the curtain she ruined as she exits, its fibers tearing further.
Once out, she closes the doors she herself opened and stares at them silently for a long while.
"I have said this many times," she intones. Though her voice is quiet, there is a deadly iron in it the party has not heard before. "I will say it just once more: Be. Exceedingly. Cautious.Or. You. Will. Die. I cannot keep saving you from your own stupidity."
The cleric touches her fingers to her lips and presses them against the door, leaning her head against it. A moment later, she looks back at the group with reddened eyes. "If you have any affection or respect for me at all, please, please, be more careful. For my sake. Please."
Glimbul steps out from behind the corner when the door closes. “So, uh... That was rather... unfortunate. Poor guy. So then... what is the decision now? I expect it not to try that room ever again.”
Allister gives Nenne the best comforting and understanding look he can muster. „Come, let us see if another passage leads to getting out of this place.“ He starts walking to the passage leading north
As if struck by a moment of inspiration, “Have we checked for any secret passages in Kubazan’s tomb? Now would be a good time since we know the trap for that room now”
Boosey, who’s face is as pale as snow, looks reluctant to get up. He nods at Glimbul then points at himself and the other gnome and lifts an eyebrow questioningly. Before Glimbul can respond, Boosey turns his head, gags then vomits.
Boosey and Glimbul search Kubazan's tomb thoroughly for and hidden compartments, secret passages, or moving parts. The search comes up empty, so everyone follows Allister to the north hall.
A huge carving of a snarling jackal’s head protrudes from the wall at the end of this corridor. A chamber is visible through the two inch gaps between its fangs. Cautiously moving closer towards the lit room, Allister peeks between the fangs to get a revealing look at the room beyond.
Four torches illuminate stone sphinxes crouched in the corners of this fifteen-foot-high room. The torches cast flickering light across hieroglyphs carved into the tiled floor. At the center of the room, a gold-inlaid funeral barge stands atop a three-foot-tall stone dais. Resting on the deck of the barge is a small golden sarcophagus decorated with horned rabbits. A dark shaft opens in the ceiling directly above the barge.
As Allister takes in the sight, a slab of wall suddenly grinds upward to the east, and a dwarf wearing a turban and chain mail creeps into the tomb. He brandishes a shield in front of him as he treads cautiously across the floor.
"The last thing we need are bickering entities prohibiting our progress," Nenne says, eyeing Glimbul. "I take it your guest is not keen to rekindle that particular relationship?"
The dwarf doesn't appear to notice the party or the light flickering in from Allister's sword. He examines the floor carefully before moving forward. A loud click sounds out as the dwarf steps onto one of the floor tiles. Then a deafening buzzing rises as locusts pour out from the mouths of the sphinx statues, quickly engulfing him. He tries to fight them off, to no avail. When the cloud of insects vanishes, nothing of the dwarf remains except its bones and gear.
After some time seeing that this passage doesnt lead inside the tomb Glimbul searches around for any secret levers, switches or passages and is unable to find any.
The T intersection dead ends quickly to the west, but a small, two foot wide, three foot tall crawl way burrows into the north wall. The eastern passage disappears into the darkness accompanied by the sound of rushing water.
After Nenne shoots her bolt, Boosey pulls out a rope and ties it round himself, handing one end to the nearest member of the party. He peers into the narrow passageway and cautiously steps forward, checking for traps studiously as he advances.
The gnome isn't gone for long, and reappears fairly quickly wearing a frown. He holds up ten fingers three times in succession and shrugs, then waves his hand up and down in the air in a kind of cutting motion, then points at the passage.

Nenne places a gentle hand on his back and offers a handkerchief and her water skin to Boosey.

"The last thing we need are bickering entities prohibiting our progress," Nenne says, eyeing Glimbul. "I take it your guest is not keen to rekindle that particular relationship?"
After what seems like a moment of pause, Glimbul looks to Allister. “Well you were right that he isnt happy, but couldnt the item still prove useful?”
„It could. We wanna see if there’s a way in?“

"Walk through water with weapon in hand," Nenne recites, peering down the hall at the source of the rushing water.
She takes out her crossbow once more, casts Light on a bolt, and fires it into the gathering darkness.
After Nenne shoots her bolt, Boosey pulls out a rope and ties it round himself, handing one end to the nearest member of the party. He peers into the narrow passageway and cautiously steps forward, checking for traps studiously as he advances.

Glimbul gives him a confused and grim look. “There are 30 cutting blades in there? Dear god lets not go that way.”
Boosey rolls his eyes and shakes his head. He holds up the fingers again then points to his feet, then makes a walking motion.
