Move into melee range and hit it with shocking grasp (To hit with advantage due to metal armor 19) damage 11 then withdraw from it and move to an are where I can see Elly and Zillah.
EDIT: Removed the action which would not have occurred
(My damage is 2, due to the fact it is an unarmed strike)

For your attempt to kick the skeleton's weapon out of his hand would be an acrobatics roll to kick and a athletics for the force need to remove the weapon. So with the 21 your monk-moves are a success but as for 'causing damage' with a kick I would not consider that an 'unarmed strike'.. roll athletics to see if you successfully kicked hard enough to disarm the skeleton.

Wasn't thinking of it as a bonus action, just using any remaining movement after the spell to move to the alcove door to support either area as needed
No sorry that posted wrong. You cast your spell then as a bonus action because you haven't used all of your movement you want to go back into the dungeon to help the others with the orcs?

My AC is 19 so he does not hit me.
I cast Sacred Flame on orc 1. He has to make a dex saving throw against my DC of 15.
If he fails, he takes 11 radiant damage.
