The orc warrior will first try to run across the pit and jump up to the other side, pulling himself up and out. Once back up in the passage on the far side of the pit, he will check for any dangers, then prepare to throw a rope across to the others if it's safe.
If, however, there is an army of darkness that keeps him from moving across, he will turn back and jump back up the passage where he was. He will then stand ready for combat, mace drawn and ready.
As Ront frantically scrambles up the other side one of the pseudopods lashes out at him (Attack: 7 Damage: 7). Fortunately for Ront it misses but the creature whatever it is starts to creep its way up the wall after the Orc.
(OOC: OK nobody else has done , or wants to do, anything else. However rather than have a conversation with myself - i.e. Glabagool and Shuushar - can I direct you all back to Post #360.)
As Ront clambers out of the pit he can see that the four passageways link up. Directly in front of him is a largish room - a centre of which is a stone rim. In the centre of the stone rim looks to be the remnants of some sort of fountain. However all that is left are a pair of clawed stone feet clutching the pedestal’s top. Carved into the walls are seven niches. Water appears to be seeping through the niche in the eastern wall.
Ront resists the urge to move forward and check out the fountain room...his tactical training making him realize that he would be alone with potentially four sets of black oozes! So he goes back to the southern-most passage and stands across the pit from the rest of the party. He will try to attack any pseudopods that get close to him with his mace! Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Six releases another eldritch blast at the ooze. "This appears to be a different type of plant creature than ones previously encountered. Interesting...perhaps I can study its remains." Attack: 17 Damage: 4
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The fighter always strikes and moves if possible!
Ront swings his mace at the amorphous black mass and sinks it deep into it. He then dashes off into the room at the end of the corridor. As he does a pseudopod lashes out at him Attack: 22 Damage: 7 but he manages to dodge it.
As Ront enters the room he glances into the pool and can just make out through the murky water several objects lying on the bottom.
Six will emit another blast of eldritch energy at the creature, and you can hear him speaking softly, "These mindless slimes are certainly tough. I wonder about their cell structure and how it can assume multiple shapes without losing strength?" Attack: 8 Force Damage: 1
Ront, on the other hand, is now intrigued by the objects in the pool and he will try to scoop them out and examine them!
As the party watch the oozy type creature moves off down the corridor and in the same direction as Ront.
Ront moves to the eastern edge of the pool and attempts to scoop out the items. In the bottom of the pool he can see a pile of coins, three bracelets, two potion bottles and a dagger. in one round he has time to grab either a double handful of the coins, or any two of the following: a potion bottle or a bracelet or the dagger. Which does he go for?

"That ... whatever it is in the pits is climbing out!" Topsy says frantically. "Six! Blast it with your magic!"
Six obliges Topsy's frantic outburst, sending a blast of eldritch energy streaking towards the slime...Attack: 8 Force Damage: 9

He hit but the evidence of damage would suggest otherwise!

"Hit it again!" Topsy urges the construct, sounding a little panicked.
(Both Ront and Six have acted this turn...anyone else acting?)

I was hoping those with distance attacks would continue to fight to allow those of us with vulnerable weapons wouldn't need to.
"Begone, vile mass of goo!" Izzrak shouts awkwardly, extending his finger guns at the pseudopods.

The creature is slowly climbing out of the pit onto Ront's side and will be able to attack him unless he moves will go last in the initiative order.

"We should help him," Tospy says to Turvy. She moves to follow, but her brother grabs her arm.
"How are you going to help?" he growls. "Sing at it?"
She brandishes the crossbow bolt she keeps hidden. "I can use this," she argues.
Turvy makes a rude noise. "You saw what it did to their weapons. That stick will be nothing."
The male lets go of the female, but she has stopped moving to follow Ront. She simply looks in that direction, worried.

Topsy moves over to the edge of the pit and peers in to see if there's anything interesting down there.
