Six thinks and replies, "If you can hold your breath long enough it may work. Come down and we will see about breaking through. Ront - come bash the ceiling here with your mace. We need to break the rocks."
The orc comes over, shrugs and underhand throws his mace up tot he ceiling, making it hit the rock before falling back to the floor. He will pick up the weapon and sling it again, adding more force to throw to see what he can break loose.

Ront tries to hit the roof near one of the cracks (AC 10 23) and slams the mace into the roof. He then tries again (AC 10 20) and manages to again hit the roof all the time muttering "this is gunna take all day!"

Six directs his energy bursts at the same spot, timing it to hit right after Ront's throw. #1: 10 - #2: 19 He will continue the force attacks until the rocks break apart!

Ront also keeps up the mace throwing - making it a competition with the construct. "Hah! You missed, metal man!" #3: 12 - #4: 15 - #5: 8 - #6: 17
Eventually after much effort the party manages to widen the cracks in the roof. As they do so they notice that the speed with which the water starts flowing through steadily increases in force. The water continues to pour through the cracks as the underground river is diverted into the temple complex as the cracks slowly widen. After about six or so hours – during which the party members notice it is becoming increasingly difficult to breath enough water has flooded into the complex for the party to float up towards the cracks in the ceiling.
Taking one last deep breath the party members duck under the water and push their way up through the stream. Fortunately the roof of the cavern/bed of the river is only about 18 inches thick and they soon break though into the stream of the river. They continue to claw their way upwards and with most gasping for air they breach the surface. Once on the surface a quick head count reveals that Sarith and Sebastian are missing. Shuushar realising that some of the party is missing says “I will search for them”. As the party struggles to make their way to the shore, they hear in their heads Glabagool’s voice “I am hear my friends but where are we?”

Six stands and surveys the area. Not being burdened with the chore of breathing, the trip through the water was not exceptionally hard on him. He will join in the search for the missing party members, wary of encountering the black slimes in the water. After about 30 minutes he will return, successful or empty-handed.
Ront, on the other hand , spits up the water that he had breathed in just before surfacing. He will lay on the shore gasping and trying to recover. Orcs didn't especially like water - for this reason especially. That was just one of many reasons they rarely bathed...

The brother and sister gnomes drag themselves up on the bank of the river. Hearing Glabagool's question, Topsy rolls over and tries to sit up and look around.

Topsy rolls over and tries to sit up and look around.
They find themselves in a large chamber (Topsy survival roll = 5 / Turvey survival roll = 14) but Topsy turns to Turvey and whispers "I think we're lost" Turvey looks around and then says I''m pretty sure the river is running perpendicular to the route we need to follow and look" (2) "on the other side of the river is a path leading off in the right direction."
While Topsy and Turvey are having their whispered conversation both Six and Shuushar surface, Shuushar says "we can find no trace of the others the river must have carried them away?

Eldrik speaks up, "These underground rivers can flow for miles, I fear they are lost. We should probably rest, as I don't know about you but I am battered from the river. First I will try and find some food."
Eldrik then turns and scavenges for any fungi or other edible food sources.
Survival: 21
Unless they disagree, Derendil will search through his wool to see if by chance his spider friend was still there. He then sits down and starts working at his broken claw from hacking the rocks.
Ront speaks up - "Well, for once we agree on something. You all need a rest before we can continue on - otherwise you'll slow me down or get us caught by stumbling along. Wake me when you find something to eat." He will situate himself in a comfortable position, close his eyes, and in a matter of minutes start snoring!
Six also sits on the shore and enters an inactive, motionless state. He looks like a statue, just sitting there...
Before and after the rest, Topsy and Turvy have a heated argument in Gnomish.
Jimjar and DM:
The brother and sister are arguing because Topsy wants to try to use the magic they have been practicing, but Turvy says it's too dangerous — that they haven't practiced enough. Topsy isn't taking no for an answer, sighting how they were practically useless the day before. In the morning, Topsy tells Turvy she's going to use the magic whether he likes it or not.
After the rest, Six stands up and surveys the surrounding area, trying to determine the best way to continue their journey. Ront will eat anything that may be around and be ready to go also.
The party cross the river and heads off down the tunnel that Turvey had spotted which seemed to be heading in the right direction. As Sebastian did not surface from the river they no longer need to light the way. The party plods along moving as quietly as they can: Prince Derendil 21 Eldrik Feldrun 21 Ront 13 Jimjar Gemfinger 22 Izzrak Aleth 12 Shuushar the Awakened Turvey 12 Topsy 16 Six of Eight 12 Glabbagool
when Eldrik signals to the party to stop "the Prince says there are some sort of creatures ahead and he thinks they've spotted us?"
