Yup. As long as we are creating a barrier between your skin and Snurk's, then, I'm fine with it. We don't have a weight for Snurk, but I can't imagine he weighs much. Who is going to try to carry him?

"if you could carry him... We aren't strong enough" Usul says with a frown, then asking "Where do you plan to go? North off the island? We need to collect some of our belongings, but can quickly join you."

Usul plans to take this opportunity to loot as much as he can in the next 10 minutes or so before going to join the others. 

With an Investigation of 19, I'll allow for him to loot one item every ten minutes. In the first ten minutes that Usul is looting, he finds a black velvet mask stitched with silver thread. 

While he is doing that, what are Darla and Stanley doing?

Stanley nods, knowing he's the biggest thing around.  He picks up Snurk, ensuring he's completely swaddled in the shirt except for his face, holding him almost baby-like.  "Umm, I'm going with Darla, so...", Stanley turns to look at her.

“I jus need tae grab me bag,” Darla says, holding a hand to over her injury, rushing into the inn for a few moments, returning with her belongings. “We do need tae go, but the fella that came ta help us is still out there. I don’t know if there’s aught we can do.” Darla says, looking back down the beach. “Maybe he’ll be alright? He came outta the sea, so I dinnae think the water’ll hurt’em it he’s alive.”

Stanley sees the predicament on Darla's face, and says "We could try to wake him at the very least.  But then we need to move."

"I think we should at least try. You hand Snurk over to me, I can hold'im, but if tae other fella needs 'elp, I'd be no use." Darla said, reaching to take Snurks unconscious, swaddled form into her arms. "Maybe I can whisper a few sweet nothin's in his ear an' wake the wee thing."

Nodding, Stanley carefully hands Snurk to Darla, and dashes over to where the stranger lies in shallow water.  "Sir, excuse me, Sir!  Please, wake up.  We're sinking!" Stanley calls out to him as he shakes his shoulders and tries to wake him.  "Please, we have to get moving!"

Hm... okay, let's have Stanley roll a Medicine check.

Stanley - Medicine: 22 

Stanley wades out into the chest-deep water and grabs the half-sunken, half-floating triton and pulls him to shore. Then, Stanley begins providing first aid and stabilizes him. With Stanley's medicine roll, he would know that without being healed, Nalos won't die, but he also won't be awake for another 2 hours.

Having retrieved and stabilized the man, another 10 minutes has passed and the sea level has risen another 5-ish feet and Usul will have looted his one item. I am also assuming that Darla went to go retrieve all of her things while Stanley was performing first aid?

Stanely would be able to drag the triton ~ 1500' before the sea level rises again (~15' every 6 seconds if we were in initiative).

While Darla is gathering her things, she can hear the sound of a man yelling for help coming from the direction of the docks to the east. She can also faintly hear what sounds like just general yelling coming from the north, probably somewhere near the bridge to the mainland.

Looking around while keeping in mind that everything is sinking and also knowing that the bridge to the mainland is further away, Stanley begins to pull the Triton to the nearest boat ((boat or ship?)), hoping that they can make it onboard before the water is too deep.  "Darla!  He's alive.  Darla!!  I'm pulling him to a boat!"

Usul, surprised at how empty these buildings were of valuables, makes his way back towards the center of town, and hears Stanley cry out that they are headed towards a boat. He rushes towards the docks as well, hoping to see his friend has awakened.

In 10 minutes, Usul was only able to loot one house. If you want him to continue looting, you can, but it will essentially be 1 house/10 minutes, more or less.

About half-way to the docks, Stanley can now hear someone yelling for help near the docks. 

((One is enough. The island is sinking, he's headed towards the center of town, can I assume he heard the yelling as well? If so...))

Hearing the calls from the dock, Usul heads that direction, but stops and tries to hide 24 behind the tree ((between p4 and p10)) looking towards the ships 11 to see what he can see.

Darla also had heard the calls for help, and after Stanley left to help their other unconscious ally, she begins moving toward the docks, careful not to jostle her passenger. "Y'know, you are jus' the cutest thing. I'd pinch yer cheeks, but I have a feelin that probably would nae work out too well fer me." Darla giggles a bit at that, possibly a little woozy from the blood she lost earlier. "No need tae worry though. Darla's gann tae march ye somewhere safe." As she nears the cries for help, she shakes her head, focusing herself again, in case there was even more danger.

Pulling the Triton along, Stanley turns his head to the direction of what sounds like shouts for help.  Squinting, he searches the horizon for the source while simultaneously continuing to head towards the nearest boat  ((the biggest)).  

Usul sees a sight he didn't quite expect. One ship remains moored to the waterlogged docks. Its crew members are battling sahuagin as well as giant crabs with orange shells and vicious pincers as they attempt to board the vessel. A young villager wearing a bloodstained white robe stands back from the fight and screams an incantation, calling a burst of golden flame down on one of the sahuagin.

Then, Usul can see that as Darla arrives carrying Snurk, and as Stanley is getting closer with Nalos in tow, the villager turns to them, clearly frightened.

“You have wounded! Those sailors need help, but I can’t get close enough to heal them. But if I heal you, will you please help them?”
