Mylene and Leto came in after everyone was asleep. they probably got to the inn around 11 or even midnight.
Yes, Latrius and Naivara, your bed is the ground, less comfortable I am sure, and you feel the pull the same as the others. Assuming you go to the Inn to join them, but you are certainly welcome to do something different.
‘Latrius will immediately set off towards the pull. He doesn’t really feel like dealing with Mylene today, or just people in general. He’ll stop for Naivara or Kierro if he finds them also moving out.

Is Latrius going to travel straight towards it, or is he going to try to find if there is a path that might head in that direction? The later will require talking to someone in town, otherwise you are free to head straight cross-country. As a ranger I would expect the latter, but let me know. Also, were you going to stop at the shrine prior to leaving or not?
Naivara pauses when she wakes up feeling more of a pull. She looks to Vale before breaking down her camp and making for town looking for the party, seemingly unaware of any strange looks sent her way from Vale following her.
Mylene also compliments Sivil on her new gear. "Quite striking, indeed. I am sure you'll continue to do excellent work at that. The new accessories suit you, darling."
When she feels the pull, she gathers her Redbrands, reminding herself they will need a new name at some point, as well as Leto and Kierro, who are at the Inn as well. "Leto, Kierro, I take it you feel the pull again? I suppose it's happening regularly enough that my talk of 'proactive measures' seems a bit moot. Still, there is a time to react, and it is upon us. Again. What say you, leader Kierro, shall we pursue the mental tug again?"
“Definitely, but not immediately. We have things to do before we go, but I agree with Honor that it probably won’t take long enough to reach noon. We should leave in an hour, or earlier if we’re all back at the tavern before then - that should be enough time.”
Assuming no objections, he’ll head out of the tavern toward the shrine (calling to Latrius or Naivara to join him if he sees them, and I believe Honor wanted to head there as well.)
"If you have no objection, then, I will go with Leto and my Ex-Brands -hmm, consider that name a work in progress - I will go with Leto and my loyal soldiers, to scout out the pull and see what awaits us. I have no further business around this town, and I'm ready to aid in the recovery of our memories," Mylene says, trying to sound upbeat and unflappable, but a bit inwardly grumpy she did not have the pleasant night's sleep in a plush mattress at Glasstaff's manor she had been hoping for, and not wanting to spend more time in the backwater village than is strictly needed.
So, that I understand the plan as it stands now...
Latrius is in a PM currently.
Mylene, Leto, Walter, Sivil, Nerrel the Bold, and Kel are going to head out to scout the path towards the pull.
Kierro is going to the Shrine.
Naivara is headed to find the others.
Honor, Vilana, and Sylcan are all still tbd. I am guessing Sylcan is spending a little extra time in bed this morning, him and Hezra taking some extra time to get ready.
The locals would be able to tell you that there is a small village in that general direction, a place called Thundertree. They would also be able to tell you that, past Thundertree, also in that general direction, is Neverwinter. There is a very old road that runs north, from the Triboar Trail, towards the village of Thundertree. This old road is half a days travel West of Phandalin.
Honor was waiting to see if Sylcan and/or Vilana would show up so she could catch them up on her conversation with Kierro from last night, but if the others are leaving to go to the shrine, she'll go along -- Sylcan and Vilana knew she'd be going there.
(OOC: I haven't read any of the above except for what DDenn posted - if I missed something, that's why)
Sylcan grins down at Hezra as she wakes up, having woken up a bit earlier. After some time, Sylcan and Hezra walk down dressed and go to get breakfast. Sylcan will get a light cider along with his breakfast, and pays for Hezra's meal as well. Sylcan waits for a while for Vilana or Honor, assuming they're still in the inn.
By the time you come down Honor has already left with Kierro to go to the Shrine. Higgul is with them.
Vilana might still be around, as I expect she would have waited for you. She will have to speak to that. Alden would be there for sure, waiting for Hezra and Sylcan.
Mylene, Leto, and their posse are all headed out to 'scout' the way a bit.
No one has seen Latrius yet today.
Naivara should have gotten to the Inn around when Kierro and Honor were still around, and probably went with them to the shrine.
"Thundertree. Lovely. Well, we have our internal compass to guide us. Let's see what we can find," Mylene says, normally less than eager to be the first to rush off, now more eager to distance herself from Phandalin, and intuiting that likely her former Redbrand allies would be more comfortable being away from the now-unwelcoming village as well. They head off (assuming Leto agrees and has no other business in town, before departing).
Vilana would wake up early enough to see grand appearance of Kierro with his new shiny amulet. "Good morning. Seems like we are about to travel again. Nice sign - one of your "missing thing"? So, what was it you wanted to tell us all?"
If Honor would like to fill her in on the subject, she would not refuse. And since she is all packed and ready to go, she will join the crowd, visiting the shrine - she still has a couple of questions about banshee, even if it is not that necessary anymore.
"I would advise staying with the group, but if you don't have anything to do then it couldn't hurt. Don't travel too far; we'll catch up before long."
To Naivara:
"Good morning. Everything go alright last night with being in the woods? We're going to the shrine - have you seen Latrius?"
To Honor, Vilana, Sylcan, and Naivara:
Kierro holds his symbol up a bit in response to Vilana. "It's a symbol of a deity, for sure, but the thing is that it isn't one of the ones from our original world, so I don't remember their name. We'll have to ask Sister Garaele at the shrine if she knows.
"As for what I wanted to tell you, it's about why I believe we were sent to this world." He recounts his conversation with Honor last night, telling them the same thing he had told Honor (condensed into the following spoiler box):
"I believe that us being sent to this world is because this is a second chance of sorts, granted by something both powerful and benevolent. If whatever power wanted us dead, it would have been able to kill us easier than sending all of us through time and space. But we're alive. Furthermore, two nights ago, I was visited in a... a dream by a woman I believe was connected to my past self. An awe-striking, angelic figure, her. She said, among other things, that she hopes things turn out differently this time, meaning something went wrong... 'last time'.
"...whatever it was, I believe we need to get back to that point and make things right. And I believe it'll take all of us."
He pauses a bit, lost in thought. "That same woman appeared to me last night as well. I wasn't able to speak with her this time, but she showed me a symbol." He holds up his amulet. "A symbol that looked like this. And when I woke up, I was holding this amulet in my hands."
Vilana, uncharacteristically, believed instantly and completely, though could not help it but smile: "So, I was right, we are re-borned indeed." But then added with a more serious expression: "I am more curious, for whom this is a second chance - us, or that someone, who needs us to do something? And what was the point of scattering our ... memories around? Not to mention one interesting thing: non of use remembered anything grand in our past - not about ourselves, nor about the others. What on earth could we get ourselves involved into, that a powerful god - it has to be at least a god - has an interest in us?"
She looked at Kierro skeptically: "The part about your believes - are you sure these are believes rooted in your vision and not in your nature, demanding from you to play nice with any murderer crossing your way?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Honor
(Is Vale new since we last crossed paths? I'm not sure if Honor should ask about it or not.)
Honor nods at Kierro's retelling of the story, and hoists her own shield as well. The perceptive would probably note that this is not the shield she was carrying previously -- it's the one Higgul had, but where before it had a stylized open eye in the center boss, now overlaid on it, largely obscuring the eye, is the outline of a warhammer, with a set of scales balanced on top. "I too had a dream, where Kord took on a new form, and when I awoke, this symbol was on my shield." She looks around to see if anyone is paying them undue attention. (Perception: 9. If yes, then she'll lower her voice and try to face away from them if it's only one person) "I can't help but wonder if it's a caution to lay low, which seems unlikely from Kord, but at least to not draw too much attention to ourselves?"
