Nadariel will take a bow to the crowd and a small bag will start to float past the closest 2 or 3 rows of people (mage hand). To the dragon he will say quietly: „Let‘s talk while we walk to the harbour, i need to find a way to travel south west. Tell me about you, how did you end up here in this city?“
I‘ll pack my instruments, collect my bag with hopefully a few coins and start to move towards the harbour.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nadariel
"Yes my lord." the dragon-in-human-form says as she stands up again. "How come I to this terrible place?" She asks, clearly thinking out loud as you start walking towards the harbor. "Someone stole something from me and I had come here to get it back." There is a moment of anger in her tone, her hair darkening to a dull gray with faint blue highlights. It is over almost as soon as it began though, the color bleeding away. "That is in the past though, I only wish to serve you now..."
As you leave the square you find you have 134 GP in the pouch you passed around.
Leaving the docks behind, you head off into the city. Palvin chooses to stay with the ship, letting you know he has work to do if you wish to leave in the near future. Does your drake stay on the ship or go with you?
Following the pull you enter a shopping district in the town. A bit off, down the square a bit, you hear the sounds of a bard playing. There seems to be a crowd gathering in that direction as well, drawn together to listen to the fabulous music.
Your quarry though is just stepping out of a shop, with several servants carrying her shoppings for the day. She is a young blond elf, wearing a dress that looks to be just a cut below nobility.
Naivara approaches like she's about to enter the shop. "Pardon me Madame," she says as they pass each other, "are you doing well today?"
The dragon-in-human-form pauses then seems to freeze. The motionless state lasts only a split second, then the dazed eyes find Naivara's own. "Mistress?" The woman says. "How am I doing... It is not important, nothing compared to finding you. How may i serve?"
As you move away from the bard, you pass by a shop where a woman in clothes a cut below nobility, is exiting with servants in tow. It is clear instantly that this is a dragon, as you can sense the dragon with it this close. It is not one you can control, a Song dragon. Moving along you continue towards the dragon you can actually control...
remyntys, the Swift...
Ing follows the sense of the dragon and soon finds himself at the mouth of a dark alley. Staying out of sight with ease, he watches those who enter and leave the alley, quickly determining the alley is far busier than it should otherwise be. it doesn't take much thought to figure out there is some sort of Thieve's Guild working out of the alley.
Taking a closer look, Ing finds there is an entrance to an underground location, the sense of the dragon confirming that there is indeed some sort of complex under the streets here. The dragon, after all, feels as if it is down from here, but it is getting closer.
After only a few minutes the sense of the dragon gets even stronger, and Ing sees a lythe figure climb up out of the entrance to the underground complex. The figure starts towards the end of the alley, moving towards Ing. He wears the form of a slender man, but one that looks dangerous. A rapier is at his hip, and he wears studded leather. The man has hair a strange metallic blue, his eyes matching them in color. He wears a black cloak and black leather britches. He is also the Cobalt dragon Ing has been sensing.
Ing waits patiently for the man to approach him, before letting the shadows that had formed around him dissipate slowly as he takes a firm hold on the mind of the dragon with his own. Peering into the dragon's thoughts, Ing mentally commands the dragon to approach silently and slip into the shadows near Ing. From there, Ing gives continues to mentally instruct the dragon to follow him as he steps through the shadows to an uninhabited alleyway on the outskirts of the city. Once there, he steps out of the shadows and speaks to the dragon, "There are others with my power in this city." As Ing continues, his nostrils flare which is the only sign that he is at all bothered by this revelation. "I need to know the other dragons in the city so that I can track down Dragon Lords that attempt to command them. Surely with your knowledge you know of some of other dragons in the city," Ing says mockingly. During the conversation, Ing pulls on some more of his psionic ability to replenish some of his power.
Using Helm of Telepathy to communicate with the dragon to get him into an abandoned alleyway.
Using Psionic Recovery to regain a Psionic Dice as a bonus action.

The dragon-in-human-form pauses then seems to freeze. The motionless state lasts only a split second, then the dazed eyes find Naivara's own. "Mistress?" The woman says. "How am I doing... It is not important, nothing compared to finding you. How may i serve?"
Naivara looks at the women's servents, "Perhaps we should get all your things back to your house first? Or maybe send your servants ahead with them so we can talk?"
There is simply no resistance to Ing's commands. The dragon does exactly as instructed, no hesitation or any sign of concern or regret. It soon stands before Ing in an out-of-the-way alley.
Remytys stares at Ing with dazed-looking eyes, but he answers as directed. "There is the Axial who is trying to get the city to start using guilds." He tells Ing. "There is the Gold, of course. Palvin, the Steel is out of the city I believe, though expected back at any time... There are others, I don't know them all by name or type, nor do I know all dragons who live here... Yrsaintinth is always around, doing the same thing over and over again, no change to his routine, thankfully."
"A silver coin." The dragon says and anger does not arise this time. "It is nothing of concern. I was upset, as it meant someone knew the location of my lair, which I do not allow." She shrugs, her color turning a bit pink now, clearly finding her earlier worries amusing. "What can I do for you?"
Piazet stops mid-word and turns to face Latrius. His eyes are dazed-looking. "Master..." He says. "This is of no matter..." There seems to be a whirring inside of him then though, as his internal organs realign to this new thing. Never before, in all of his long life, had Piazet ever changed from a path he started. He shuddered briefly, then took a step, following Latrius out of the Halls of Justice. The town officials look startled, but seem more happy than anything about the dragon's leaving.
"Take these things back home." The dragon commands her servants, who jump to obey. They look wide-eyed, clearly unused to being snapped at by their mistress. "What would you talk of mistress?" The dragon asks Naivara then, her tone much less forceful.
"I'm just trying to figure out some things about this city," Naivara says, "and I sensed you nearby so I hoped you could tell me more."
"Anything I know is yours." The woman answers. She starts telling you most things known about Neverwinter. Her husband is a well-to-do merchant in the city, one of the wealthiest in Neverwinter. If there is anything specific you are looking for just let me know, otherwise she tells you all about Neverwinter.
"Look, cut the whole master thing. I have no interest in enslaving you. If we work together, we have common interest and goals. You’re an enforcer of order—many of my companions would act against it. This is the deal I offer you—you help me make sure no one of us Dragonlords rises above the rest. If you’re in, do you know anywhere I could find a group of . . .similarly minded individuals?"

chysen, the Calm... Your walk is not that long, as the sense of the gold is not far from the docks. You follow it into a shabby area of lean-to housing for those without homes. Weaving between the orderless structures you soon come upon the dragon you sense.
The dragon-in-human-form looks to be a down-on-his-luck beggar man. he has white hair and is missing several teeth, though he holds a staff in one hand.
"A copper for the poor..." The elderly man asks, holding out a pan towards kierro. "There are many in need here..." He says.

Ing lets out a low growl and the air around him grows palpably thicker. With the anger rippling off of him in waves, he is furious that he has to contend with so many dragons and Dragon Lords in one place, but the anger is even tinged with a small hint of fear. Within five seconds, he quells his emotions and his usually red eyes darken to a black as he begins to calculate. He thinks out loud, sharing his thoughts with the dragon so that the dragon can offer feedback based on his knowledge of the surroundings. "It sounds as if there are at least 5 other dragons in the city and at least one other Dragon Lord," he says as he twists the ring on his finger. "I can simply bypass them and make a run across the Sea of Swords, but the risk that one of them is also sensing what I sense and planning to go in the same direction is too much," as he says this his cape ripples a bright blue for a second as a brilliant thought comes to him and a nasty grin appears on his face. "I'd be willing to bet that if I worked with another Dragon Lord, they'd be a lot less likely to look into my other dealings. After all, the saying goes that one should keep their friends close and their enemies closer, no?" as he continues it is clear that he is genuinely excited about this idea and he turns to the dragon, "I will need someone I trust to watch my back though..." He looks the dragon up and down deviously, "It looks like you are going to join me on our trip, Remytys. I assume you have a second in command back at your guild?"
"What should I name you then?" piazet asks as he seems to be trying to follow your instructions. "What are Dragonlords, I do not have enough data to compute your intentions..." Cocking his head, almost like the robot he looks like, he goes on. "Similar-minded individuals as myself? I know where many of my kind are located, as well as constructs that follow the path of order. Do you wish me to requisition them?"
Naivara seems for focused on general information on the city. "Thank you," she says when she's done. "We're setting sail, trying to find something, my companions and I. You seem to have a life here for yourself already, so it's up to you if you wish to join. If you do stay, we might wish to find some way to stay in contact across the sea, just in case something happens in the city. And you don't have to call me Mistress. Call me Naivara, since that's my name," she laughs a little at the last part.
"Constructs . . .others of your kind . . .good enough for now. I meant a more . . .human element, but this works as well. Not many, just a small group perhaps."
He pauses before walking away.
"Oh, and as for what you should call me—call me Shadowthorn."
