Latrius will pop out of his inter dimensional rope palace and fire off 6 charges worth of magic missile at Leto from his wand. He’ll pop back in afterwards. If he can’t do so, he’ll watch from his hides hole and do nothing.

Kyrian, hearing the commotion, darts inside. Seeing the crowd readying for a brawl and the spell, he stands shocked for a moment. But it is only for a moment. He springs into action, drawing his blade. He runs towards the spellcaster who seemingly took control of the helpless patrons, as armour made from pure shadows gather around his body. (Action for armour of shadows {mage armor}). He raises his hand, and the black mark on his palm unlatches from his skin and flies towards the bard, sinking beneath his clothing (Bonus action hex).

(Hm, looking again at Emmy's stats, Honor and Emmy shouldn't have been surprised, per se, but I still think being outside they would have been distracted and wouldn't have seen anything of note until the Bard cast his spell.)
Emmy runs in (to J17). "Ooh, what's going on here? We having a fight?" She frowns. "Doesn't look so fun with all these people sleeping." She pokes one of the commoners. "He might not be good in a fight either way." She looks at the bard, and uses Panache. "Looking for a good time, buddy?" Persuasion: 26 (Bard needs to make an Insight check). She shifts into a fighting stance (taking disengage as a bonus action).
((Does having seen Leto cast a spell mean they know the spell was cast *at* the bard? Or are they jumping to conclusions just because it happened to happen at the same time? This wasn’t his first, or second, spell cast that evening in the bar after all.))
Leto leans back, watching the fight break out, takes a sip of wine, and watches to dodge any thrown bottles or glasses.
Naivara looks between Palvin and Ymephis, "Ymephis and I can stay here and guard while you acquire your things if you wish Palvin. If you wish to get them tonight."
Kyrian stops and looks around, but sees no body for the voice. Nevertheless, Kyrian takes the information at face value, despite the lack of a face. He spins on the balls of his feet and faces Leto, a scowl marring his face. "Is that so? I cant say I am surprised."

(OOC: I believe trust is in very small supply between the group of you, especially now that you are getting more of your memories back. It is true that they would not know 100% for sure that this is what your spell was meant to do, but it is fair to imagine that Latrius would see you cast, then see the Bard start acting out, and he would blame Leto. What others do with Latrius's opinions are 100% up to them.)

Sinder Sits immobile as the dazzling effect of the Bard's spell has caught him.
emmy Emmy runs in (to J17). "Ooh, what's going on here? We having a fight?" She frowns. "Doesn't look so fun with all these people sleeping." She pokes one of the commoners. "He might not be good in a fight either way." She looks at the bard. "Looking for a good time, buddy?" The Bard frowns at you, his eyes wide and slightly mad-looking. "You are all out to get me..." (Insight was a failure...) She shifts into a fighting stance (taking disengage as a bonus action).
Latrius (As I don't see anything that says you cannot stick a hand, and even your head, out of the area of the rope trick, I will allow the use of the wand. This may change as we move along, if I find something that says why it cannot be done.)
Kyrian hears seemingly from midair near him, and a head materializes out of thin air before disappearing again. "Don’t be an idiot, Kyrian. Purple man cast first."
Latrius then extends a wand, sending several magical darts flashing towards Leto. (Leto will need to let me know if he is doing anything to counter this, or if he will be taking the 40 points of damage. It is separate damage for each dart, so I doubnt if it is going to cause him to lose concentration, they should all be auto-successes at this point, but let me know if you need to roll them.)
A massive warrior, with a greatsword across his back, glances to the only slightly-smaller warrior near him and commands. "Cut me a way out of here..." (Legendary action - command Ally.) The second warrior draws forth his own weapon, and slashes out at the Scout nearest him... He strikes the scout with a viscious blow, but the scout is still standing, though barely.
Warlord Pushing to his feat, the warlord himself draws is massive sword and strikes out at anyone nearby... He attacks the two commoners nearst him first. Both of his greatsword strikes leaves a corpse behind, both of the commoners falling easily to the powerful warrior.
Kierro gasps as the scene unfolds. Spells are being cast, people are being killed. He sees the warrior swing his blade toward the scout. His eyes flash and a burst of light temporarily fills Warrior 2's field of vision.
Kierro's reaction: Light cleric warding flare feature. Warrior 2's attack on the scout is done at disadvantage.
Chysen rises to his feet, and the cleric calls to him. "The man in the corner with the greatsword - stop him from hurting anyone else. I'm going to try and stop all this somehow!"
Chysen's turn: The gold dragon moves toward the warlord, casting mirror image as he raises his shield. "You. You will cease your attacks on these innocents at once!"
He turns briefly to the nearby people, saying: "You all! Hide or get out of here!"
Chysen will use his protection fighting style to impose disadvantage on an attack targeting someone that isn't him.
(Is the warlord pushing past people and almost at the entrance or is he staying and starting to kill people at random? I don't see any commoners on the map near the path from the warlord to the entrance.)
(Latrius saw you cast a spell, then saw the bard go off. All he knew is you were trying to hide something, and being a paranoid bastard figured you had something to do with it, given you tried to hide it.)

Fraty strides into the fray, drawing a long thin blade from her belt. With a wicked grin, she winks at Leto, her blade a gleaming arc as it soars towards...Kierro. It appears Fraty is rather enjoying the carnage and is in no mood for it to stop, however our resident Aasimar has foolishly announced his intentions to ruin the fun to the entire party. Kyrian looks on dismayed, but does nothing to stop her. "Sorry pretty boy. I liked you, but I like this more. I will try not to ugly you up too much."
