Also, those who are blinded get a new save at the end of this round, so you can roll that as well. Remember, you have a lot of people between you and the door, all of it difficult terrain, so don't expect to get out of the place in a single turn.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Chrysen would have a +6 to his saving throws due to being within 10 feet of Honor, so I think both would actually pass without needing a LR.
Emmy's WIS save: 14 (will use LR to pass if needed) If Emmy wants to say anything regarding whether or not this is out of character for the Bard, feel free, Denn.
If the Bard gets within 15 of Honor, he needs to make a DC 19 WIS save also, or take 13 radiant damage (half if he succeeds), which should trigger another saving throw against enemies abound.

As the bard gets close to the exit he enters the area of Honor's spirit guardians. Taking damage he has a moment to try to break free of the spell controling him, but fails. (rolled a nat 1 fyi...)
chysen manages to grab the bard, who tries to slip out of the dragon's grip, but fails. The bard is now grappled.
"Hey Patrick, what's your deal?" Emmy asks as she bounces in place, barely able to restrain herself from moving. "What you causing such a mess for? Not that I mind, though people dieing is never all that much fun, but this is sort of interesting. In a not good way, of course, but still..."
Now this will bring us back to top of initiative.
As Nadariel will go before the bard gets another turn, is there anything anyone wishes to do prior to his action? Honor, Kierro, and Leto do not get an action before Nadariel, but anyone else can post some action if they wish. Once it is Nadariel's turn though the Bard will be free of the enchantment and combat will end.
When dispel magic is cast on the bard he suddenly goes limp in Chysen's arms. Blinking his eyes several times he glances around at everyone, his eyes landing on Emmy as a familiar face. "I got spelled, didn't I..." he says with a sour look to his face. "Didn't expect that here..." He pushes inefectively against Chysen's strong grip. "You can let me go now... I am ok now... I think anyway."
"You got spelled but good." Emmy says with a grin for Patrick. "Almost as good as the time Marve got spelled by that liche in the flying castle... Though there were a lot more issues when Marve got spelled, so good thing we were able to unspell him quicker than you got unspelled this time around. Hey, have you met my new friend yet?" She points to Honor. "She is more interesting than you guys, so I'll be traveling with her now. We are going to be on a ship you see... I haven't been on a ship in some time, so that will be interesting too. So many interesting things in one go... Not bad huh?"
Honor drops Spirit Guardians as the bard comes out of it. She waves as Emmy points her out. "You might want to get out of here, I'm pretty sure the guard are on their way."
Esmerelda rolls her eyes as the conflict is defused and takes Ronaldo by the arm again leading him out into the main bar area. When she sees the dead bodies and mess of a tavern, she gasps and exclaims, "My goodness! I had heard brawling so I came running out here. What happened?"

(I don't think there's anything too decieving, since Ing wasn't there when the fight started, but insight anyway: 16)
Chysen looks to Kierro, who nods, and the dragon releases Patrick the Bard. "Please lead the guard here, Chysen, as quickly as possible."
"Thankfully your own spells didn't actually injure anyone. Although one of them appears to be making them leave the city and head all the way to Waterdeep." he gestures to the people beginning to file out of the bar toward the City of Splendors. "I imagine we should try and dispel that if we can, so people aren't waking up on a trail in the middle of nowhere." he says to Patrick.
Seeing Sinder stumble out blindly, Kierro will tap him gently with his staff, casting lesser restoration. He doesn't become unblinded, since he wasn't to begin with, but the spell feels nice.
To Esmerelda, he replies: "He got hit with a spell, caused him to knock some people unconscious with a spell of his own, that caused panic, and a barfight started. I don't blame him since he wasn't under control of his actions. This one, on the other hand..." he nods toward the Warlord "took advantage of the chaos to kill two people and injure another in cold blood."
Nadariel starts to shake people near the warlord out of their trance and shouting at people to go outside and wait for the guards to arrive. He also calls for some help to restrain the warlord and his soldiers.

Leto appears, and says in response to Latrius, “I’ve already said I was simply casting to keep my drink cold and was simply enjoying the show here.” He then reaches out to his dragon companion saying, “You did well. Remain close. This is an exciting group.”
((Did you roll against my deception from before? Yes, you saw the spell, but not *what* spell I think. So not sure if you should be blaming Leto or not here.))
Kierro sighs, and shakes his head to Leto as he assists with waking people up and keeping the warlord under watch. "There's nothing enjoyable about what happened. There wasn't even a reason. The two who were killed were killed senselessly."
(I think he did roll against the perception, but the coincidence was too suspicious just to be brushed off.)
Kyrian once again stays silent but keeps a close eye on Leto (Until he disappears again of course). He goes to Help Kierro (In case there is a roll required).

Nadariel will cast Dispel Magic (3rd lvl if that matters) on the bard and i slowly move towards the south exit.
Good point! WIS save and CHA save passed, no LR used.
Chysen grapple check with adv:22
Latrius will stay hidden:
Latrius will move closer to where Leto last disappeared, taking no action unless he needs to hide again.

Latrius fades out of the shadows, weapons drawn and an odd light in his eyes. He jerks his head towards the bard.
"Far as I can tell, if you’re looking for who hit you—it was the tiefling. Thought I wouldn’t notice his spell, thought he could hide."
His eyes narrow, and he turns towards where Leto was last seen.
"Be thankful I respect the priest’s wishes to keep things peaceful, warlock. I don’t give up the hunt easily once it’s started."
He grins, the slams his swords back into their sheathes.
"But rest assured—another incident like this, and you might want to watch your back."
He then leaves the tavern, fading into the night.
