Naivara Palvan would have indicated he knew nothing about this sponser, and that he paid for what supplies the ship has currently out of his own coffers.
ymephis doesn't pull back from Esmerelda but doesn't encourage her either.
All The day passes by, slowly for some of you as you have troubles finding things to occupy your time with. Towards nightfall the horizon grows dark, and you can see flashes of lightning in that direction.
The winds pick up and Castisha calls everyone into her cabin for a quick conference.
"This looks to be coming in quick, so we won't have time for much." She says without any pause. "If you can't help up here, I would suggest you stay below decks, so not to have my crew needing to worry about you as well." She glances over all of you. "With that said, anyone who wishes to lend a hand, please feel free to do so, we may need the help."
Even as you all talk in the cabin you can feel the waves growing under the ship.
Palvin nods to the captain. He runs a hand down her back, a loving gesture that cannot be missed. He then glances to the group. "This is lookingn to be a bad one, so aid where you can."
We will be running this as a combo skill challenge in combination with using the hazards rules from Saltmarsh. Anyone who wishes to 'help' in the storm, please give me a roll and tell me what you are doing. Everyone needs to use a different skill, if you are helping out, and I'll either need a skill and description or a post saying you are not going to be helping, so I can track who is doing what.
Esmerelda and Ronaldo nod politely and she says, "We'll stay out of your way then." With that, she takes Ronaldo's arm and heads below decks to wait out the storm.

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Honor's getting a little paler as the swells grow. "Are things going to be better for my stomach below deck, or above?" she asks. "I'm happy to lend a hand, but I don't want to end up getting in the way." She'll also offer to cast Enhance Ability on whoever's manning the helm.
"I can help!" Emmy declares. "I'm a great lookout, or if you need another hand in the rigging."
"Likely the same." Kierro says. "I believe you're physically the strongest of all of us, it might be best if you help with the helm."
Kierro will innately cast daylight from his viewing point at the front of the ship, giving everyone a permanent light source (no concentration, 1 hour, renew as needed with another casting) to see ahead from. He casts guidance on himself and keeps watch for any incoming danger to forewarn the crew. Chysen will use his help action to give Kierro advantage on his roll.
Latrius will expend a spell slot for primeval awareness, seeing if he senses anything other than dragons within a mile. Afterwards he’ll find a convenient spot in the ship to watch for danger, both from outside and inside the ship.
Perception: 28
(Not necessarily helping, Latrius is not exactly a mariner. He’ll leave the helpful perception to Kierro.)

Nadariel isn’t a seamen, but a quick cast of enhance ability and of he is to join those who are securing the cargo and roping equipmentt so that it can not move.
(i assume that would be Survival wich means Wisdom boost for a 20)
He would also try to send a message to his dragon, how she is doing up in the sky and if she sees a route that would be safest for them to travel.
Leto also knows very little about how to help on a ship. Though is aware that Saint is quite strong commands him to batten the hatches (or help however he’s able). During this, Leto does no go below deck though, he instead is on the deck experiencing the strength of the storm. The rain and wind hitting his face helps remind him that he’s here, and has things to focus on.
"I suppose," Honor says. She'll help with the helm or rudder if the captain wants, but if the captain wants a more expertised hand there, she'll man the bilges, making sure the ship isn't taking on too much water (and still cast the spell on whoever's at the helm). Athletics: 24
Emmy will clamber up the mast, moving from one position to another quickly to help the sailors battening down the rigging. Acrobatics: 33
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kyrian heads towards the mast, helping the crew to trim the sails. As a child he often went sailing on nearby lakes, but his skills are a little rusty after so many years. Even so, he does his best.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Naivara runs around the ship deck, helping people who might have become injured during the storm as best she can and with the supplies she has, magic and otherwise. She'll ask Ymephis to help her in this sense, granting her an Owl's Wisdom to assist her.
As the storm blows in closer the waves become massive rolling mountins that sweep the ship up high, then wallow it between the peaks. It is clear the crew is daunted by the fierce storm, scrabbling to keep the ship heading into the waves so that it doesn't get rolled and sink.
Then the storm itself hits, and the world is filled with pounding rain, swirling vortex winds, flashing lightning, and endless booming of thunder. The ship seems to shudder under you all, as the crew works to keep it from floundering.
Near the mast Kyrian aids the sailors. As the sails are quickly lowered and then are pulled loose, it is Kyrian there to wrestle them back into storage, his quick hands the only thing that keep the sails from getting ripped free and doing who knows what sort of damage to the ship.
On the deck of the ship Naivara and Ymephis move around tending those who are wounded. There are many, as sailors fall from the rigging, get slammed with beams that break loose of their fastenings, and those who simply slip and fall on the deck. Naivara and Ymephis are there though, tending those who need it, and getting what crew they can back into the fight against the raging storm.
Emmy is a flash of movement among the rigging, able to keep her balance despite the winds, and helping the other sailors up there work at keeping the ship's beams and fastenings from being torn away in the teethof the storm. Honor herself casts a spell on the captain, trying to aid the captain's ability to keep the ship on course, then works to help make sure the ship is not taking on too much water.
Saint Nods to Leto and moves around the ship, trying to lend a hand as he can. His pure strength is often enough to keep some semblence of control on the deck of the ship, as he wrentches a loose hatch back into place, or holds some brace or beam into place while sailors work to lash it back where it is suppose to be. Leto though stands in the midst of the storm, letting the power of it wash over him.
Nadariel heads below deck, helping some of the crew with keeping their supplies from being broken open or causing the ship to become too-heavy on one side. He finds the crew there needing help with this task, but, just barely, is able to keep disaster from happening there, as he is able to detect a fraying rope just before it would have snapped. iveodaenth flies above the storm, but would communicate that she cannot even see the ship, let alone aid in navigating it through the storm. She would let Nadariel know that the storm stretches quite a way in all directions, but seems to be moving fast, so is hopeful the ship will be out of it in a few hours.
Latrius does sense something strange with the storm. A presence of a celestial nature. It is not a being more a sense of a divine hand behind the storm. He would suspect this is no natural storm.
Kierro and his dragon stand in the very front of the ship, keeping their eyes open, and basking in the light of his powerful illumination spell. Even with the light though, the rain makes it hard to see far in any direction. It is still Kierro who notices swirling water, or rogue waves, and is able to direct the captain in last-ditch efforts to escape certain doom. The ship somehow manages to evade the worst of these things, but sometimes only by luck rather than skill. It is clear the crew of the ship is not up to handling this sort of storm.
When the ship breaches the far edge of the storm, it is a hobbeling craft, rather than the sleek and fast ship that entered the storm. No life was lost in the storm, thanks to the work of the dragonlords and their dragons, but the ship itself has taken damage in almost every aspect. As fast as the storm came upon them, it also heads off. Those with some inclination of the strangeness of this storm would almost wonder at its true purpose, as the storm was quite large, but did not seem aimed specificly at the ship, more aimed at a general direction.
Sensing that the storm passed from the decreased tensions and overall relieved atmosphere, Esmerelda heads up onto the deck and surveys the damages to the ship. She calls out to anybody that is helping the ship, but nobody in particular, "I may not have been able to help during the actual storm, but perhaps I can do something for the repairs. The ship doesn't look to be in a great state and maybe I could help repair something?"

Kierro wrings out his robes and warms himself up. "Thank goodness... that was rough. We ought to land as soon as possible, get the ship repaired. Castisha, do we know where the closest port is? Maybe even an island if we need to."
He helps Naivara in the aftermath of the storm, healing those who need it.
Honor sends a quick prayer of thanks to Kord the Stormlord before heading to the deck. She'll also help with any necessary healing. "Did we manage to stay somewhat on course, or were we blown around too much?" she adds on to Kierro's questions. "Do we have a good idea of where we are?"

"Clearly they'll have to do better than that to unseat the dragonlords." Leto says, with a grin, still riding off the high from the storm. "Though we do now need to set to ensuring our ship is sea worthy if we are to continue our voyage... Have we any idea to where we are being pulled this time?"

Latrius curses under his breath, then addresses the rest.
”This storm was no normal storm. Some celestial power was guiding it.”
