Lucky follows the others into the old looking room, moving carefully and quietly out of habit in other people's houses. He moves carefully forward towards the window and peeks out. There were critters out there before, don't want to get munched by one now. Whilst here he's also going to quickly check over the door to make sure it's safe to open, using his glasses to help.
(Apologies for the lack of clarity. Lucky follows Fianna and Kelnan into the living area in the far south west of the ground floor. I think there is only one door (out) which is the one onto the patio and that's the one he's checking out. If Kelnan gives any directions on places of "interest" Lucky will check them out too).
Lucky tiptoes into the old living area. The views through the gaps in the south and southwestern windows are breathtaking. And a little unnerving, as the steep cliffs have eroded nearly to the corner of the house here.
Moving north toward the patio, Lucky notices that vines (now dead and brown) have grown through the gaps in the boarded up window on the northwest. The patio itself is deeply cracked overrun with weeds. Approaching closer,
“Welcome, fools — welcome to your deaths!”
...booms a loud, malevolent, and invisible voice, followed by fiendish laughter.
The voice is eerie, unnerving, and deeply unsettling.
Wisdom saving throws: Lucky: 22 Fianna: 3
Wisdom saving throw (with advantage, due to arcane hunches): Kelnan: 15
Wisdom saving throws (with advantage, due to distance): Reed: 16 Katernin: 14 Molo: 10
Fianna and Molo are deeply shaken by the voice, which appeared to emanate just a few feet from where Fianna was standing. They both tremble involuntarily as they tries to regain their composure. (Fianna and Molo will have disadvantage on all ability checks for 1 hour, although they can make new saving throws every 15 minutes.)
Lucky hears something metal clatter on stone, somewhere below the floor the party is standing on, like the sound of a pot dropped on a kitchen floor.
Lucky stops in mid-stride. Crikey. That's a bit full on. This place has a serious level of security. Must be magical. Definitely not as bad as it sounds. No. Everything is fine.
Turning to the party, he says, "Has anyone else noticed that all clues seem to be pointing downstairs? Unfortunately I think that alarm just alerted someone down there to our presence. But I think we'll get more information on whatever is going on in here by looking below."
“But do we really need to know?” Fianna asks, a faint quiver in her voice. “It’s not like we’re being paid to find out...”
She starts slowly drifting towards the door, hoping everyone will follow her out of this place. “As far as I’m concerned, my curiosity is satisfied and it’s time to leave...”

Lucky looks up at Katernin. "No, I think there is a way down, from the kitchen. Like Pointy says." He moves into shadows in case whoever he heard downstairs arrives quickly.
Lucky retreats into the shadows under the dead vines in the NW corner. The lighting and thunder have abated somewhat, but it continues to pour rain outside.
The house is quiet. You hear nothing else from below, nor elsewhere in the house, other than the sounds of the storm.
(OOC: Are all these repeated maps unnecessary or useful?)
(Ooc- I personally don’t need maps quite so often but having it occasionally updated does help!)
“if IT is downstairs, why on earth would we go there?? Why are we even really here? It would be so much safer back in town,” Gianna says, still fearfully and encumbered on one side...
The house is quiet, other than the sounds of the storm outside. Daylight is beginning to fade.
There are no further outbursts from the invisible voice in the middle of the old living room, nor of strange noises from the foundation. Neither does there seem to be any imminent attack from the kitchen area, or anywhere else.
Lucky steps up before the group, sliding silently from the shadows. "I'm going downstairs to find out what is going on. I'm certain that cellar is where we'll find the source of all the disturbances in this house. Who's coming with me?"
The glass vial contains two doses of potion of healing.
Kelnan peeks into the next room. The room appears empty, although Kelnan clearly recalled sensing something in the northern half of this room.

Which room? The living area at the end of the hall that Fianna's currently in?
Which door? The one to the patio?
(Welcome back! Lil' bit jealous - that sounded like fun!)

“Annnnd, we should leave...” Fianna suggests, holds no her staff at the ready as she slowly turns around, trying to look everywhere at once!

Kelnan hangs his head and sighs. "Ah. That would be the illusion then. Whoever is down there will be coming through the kitchen I suspect."
Katernin heads to where everyone was talking, "the basement huh. And are you suggesting we go out in this storm?"

Fianna takes a dramatic gulp and tries to say shell not leave anyone behind... but only manages to nod to Lucky...
(So down the steps in the room off the kitchen? Is Lucky leading the way? Is everyone coming?)
