(Fianna and Molo, still shaken, may now try to make a new DC 12 Wisdom saving throw. On a fail, they will continue to have disadvantage on all ability checks for the next 45 minutes, although they can try again in another 15 minutes.)
All is quiet. (I'll assume Fianna keeps the blood-stained pack and its contents, unless you tell me otherwise, but the banged-up plate mail, long sword, and shield are unclaimed, if anyone wants to take it.)
Fianna feels her composure return, and the trembling in her hands subside.
The stink of the newly disturbed corpse makes your collective eyes water. The house is quiet, except for the muffled sounds of the rain outside.
There are two ways out of this room - back up the stairs, or through the secret door Lucky found on the south wall, which shows a tiny sliver of torchlight from a room beyond.
(Who's opening the secret door? Katernin? Who's with her? Fianna hangs back as she consider's Kelnan's offer. Reed also remains at the back of the group - indeed, he has yet to fully descend the stairs.)
"I appreciate it, Kelnan," Fianna says with a smile. "But we may have more urgent need for it before the night is over. I'll just be careful and stick to the back..."
((Katernim will open it. I havent seen Reed in a while (in a discord server with him.) We're all hoping it's an internet problem right now but we're not sure.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fianna pushes open the door. Three goons aim weapons at you.
"Surprise!" exclaims a wild-eyed woman aiming her longbow at Katernin. She wears leather armor and has a unruly head of unkempt hair. On either side of her are two leather-clad men with light crossbows pointed at you - an older man with long grey hair and a teenaged boy missing most of his teeth.

This torchlit chamber was once a large cellar, but it appears to have been converted into living quarters. Crude beds stand along the south wall, each with a wooden locker at its foot. You can't yet see the whole room, however.
Everyone is taken off guard. They don't hesitate to let loose a volley of missiles.
The woman shoots at arrow at Katernin. Attack: 10 Piercing Damage: 8 and another at Kelnan: Attack: 5 Piercing Damage: 9
The old man fires a bolt at Lucky. Attack: 22 Piercing Damage: 5 The teenager fires a bolt at Molo. Attack: 4 Piercing Damage: 6
Kelnan is down, with a arrow in his chest. Lucky, benefiting from the cover provided by the adventurers in front of him, narrowly avoids a serious injury. Katernin's heavy armor turns her arrow, and Molo manage to duck.
Molo steps forward and drops to his knees, pleading for his life. The thugs watch him with a mixture of humor, pity, and disgust.
"Ye' should've thought of that before ye' trespassed in here," growls the old man, looking with a side smirk at the teenaged goon.
Molo gets a better view of the rest of this sizable room. A long wooden trestle table ringed by rickety stools dominates the center of the room. Metal cutlery, cups, and dirty plates sit atop the table. A cookstove is installed near the table, and evidence of recently cooked meals sits in pots atop it. A large ham hangs from a loop of twine near the stove. A sturdy set of stairs leads to a trapdoor in the ceiling above. There are two wooden doors in the east side of the room.
Lucky and Katernin may act next, with a (one-time) advantage on attacks, due to Molo's effective distraction.
(Thanks, BaconExpert. A good opportunity for a periodic reminder to everyone: Keep track of your own spells, consumables, and hit points, and be sure to keep your digital sheets up-to-date!)
Kelnan springs back up, good as new, but more than a little bewildered at the sudden turnaround in his health.
Katernin steps forward and wallops the wild-haired woman with her mace. She is momentarily stunned by the powerful blow which undoubtedly cracked several of her ribs, but she quickly recovers.

Fianna gives Katernin as much as a smile as she can. “My head knows that,” she says. “My guts still need some convincing though..,”

Fianna will roughly shove the items back into the pack and reluctantly throw it over her shoulder..

"Shall we keep going then?" Katernin asks, "I'll take the lead."

Kelnan holds his nose and follows back down the stairs toward the door.

Molo finally regains some of his composure.
”Thank you all for not... you know... leaving me to the worms.”

"It'll take more than shipwrecks and worms to take us down!" Fianna says, confidently. She goes to the secret door, ready to explore further...
Fianna won't lead the way through the door, she's still injured and all, but she will follow whoever goes in.
Kelnan offers Fianna a dose of Potion of Healing. "Found it upstairs, should help you feel better."
