You proceed down the path the Jullar took, and soon you can see the docks. Ships of all shapes, sizes, and colors sit scattered about the wooden docks. Several shops line the paths near them, mostly for fishing equipment and boat repair shops. You can see Jullar standing near one boat that really disappoints you. It's the only boat with tattered sails, chipped and worn paint, and splintering wood. It's general decrepitness certainly makes it stand out to you, and when Jullar spots you, he waves you over.

Orimdal looks at the boat, with its dire state of disrepair, "Are ya certain ya want ta enter the waters on that? Barely looks it can stay afloat here at dock, Jullar."
Seeing the "boat" they were about to take left Evi... concerned. Though not fearful of boats, she suspected her opinion of them might change if she had to cross the entire Splitting Sea on that rickety ship. "Is there no other boat we can use? I'd almost rather go by land for a bit and try a different port than try that vessel... no offense."
"Oh, I agree," Tender says, making a face at the boat. "I enjoyed the boat ride over here, but that looks like it's gonna sink if even a small wave crashes into it."
(OOC - Orimdal made headway to the boat, as he is eager to do some work, as a craftsman he'd find solace and comfort in using his hands to create. Given the chaos that's just erupted in his life and that from earlier in his journey, he'd be keen for something calm and therapeutic. You're more than welcome to move about, and Orimdal will gladly join anyone that wishes his company.)
Kallista cringes at the sight of their transport. "I would say that I've seen worse, but quite honestly, I don't know if I have. Do you think we could convince someone to lend us a better boat? Perhaps they would be willing, given the dire nature of our task."

(OOC: Oh I meant more of circling back on the thing that Evi & Orimdal heard earlier. If we all want to just move ahead to finding our way across the sea that's fine by me)
(If you guys want to go back to the road, that's fine, otherwise we'll continue with the boat)
"Well, it's true this boat ain't much of a boat anymore." The old man who you presume is the captain says. "But back in the day, she was a beaut. Fast as lightning and strong as adamantine." He pauses, reminiscing on the old days he speaks of. Then he clears his throat. "But now, it's the only boat for hire that makes direct trips."
"He's right." Jullar says. "As someone who' shad plenty of seafaring adventures, I know that almost any ship nowadays has another agenda. No matter how well you pay them. They always have some cargo to deliver to another port, or some Kraken shit like that." Jullar says. (Someone please roll Insight)

Fletcher and Kallista can tell that Jullar knows what he's talking about. Even though he seems like a normal bard, there seems to be some story he's hiding.
