As the sword opens a wound on his chest Tagret, clangs his axes together "Big mistake....you were warned" summoning his fury yet again to enter rage, he throws caution to the wind and recklessly chops his axes at the Redbrand in front of him, seemingly wanting to take his head off 

Handaxe 1 Attack: 23 Damage: 11  (+7 damage from Divine Fury if this attack hits - see below for roll)

Handaxe 2 Attack: 19 Damage: 4

And as his first strike bites home, you see a flash of bright light in his eyes, followed by an explosion of light from the ax as Divine Fury rips through him as well doing an extra 3 damage to the first strike.

Tagret quickly kills the first Redbran bandit by cleaving the man's head off. The second target is also severely wounded.

(You don't have to wait for me, next is Damian, Maerys then Saravena. Then Rashana to start the next round.)

OOC: Given the outcome of his attack he will (if you are okay with it) finish his attack by looking at the other bandits "Are your misguided 'orders" worth your lives? Throw your weapons down and surrender if you wish to live!"

Don't know if this warrants another Intimidation check, leave it up to you

 The remaining three Redbrand bandits remain standing but refuse to say a word.

Damian will go for a non lethal strike, swing his mace at the thug. Bitenose's sighing he will take his position next to Damian, giving him the Help action as they fight. 

[Bitenose will pose disadvantage on incoming attacks.]

Attack: 9 Damage: 4

Damian strikes the bandit, but the band still stands.

Maerys then Saravena. Then Rashana to start the next round.)

“Get away from me, if you know what’s good for you!” Maerys hisses. She reaches out her hand as it crackles with electricity and attempts to stun the Redbrand with a shocking grasp.

Attack: 17 Damage: 3

Now that the Redbrand can’t take reactions, she slips away and moves as far as she can from the fight, trying to get a good view of the scene while keeping a good distance.

Seeing Gundren bolt Saravena takes off after him, moving her full thirty feet then calls out to Gundren, "Hold up Gundren we don't know if there is another group, just stay with us, we can protect you."

Saravena turns back to the Redbrand and takes a shot at the most wounded one with her crossbow.

Attack: 19 Damage: 5

Rashana continues to unload the attacks on the Redbrand. 

Quaterstaff: Attack: 12 Damage: 6

Unarmed: Attack: 9 Damage: 3

Maerys attacks the closet to her and casts shocking grasp. Sparks of electricity burns his body and sparks can still be seen flying from his body as he falls over dead.

Saravena then attacks one of the remaining two bandits with her crossbow. The bolt flies through the air before piercing the man's shoulder. He let's out a cry of pain as bloods spurts from his shoulder.

Rashana follows up with a quick blow from her quarterstaff which misses, and then subsequent unarmed attack is blocked.

I think the Redbrands are up next.

The remaining two Redbrand members look at their fallen comrades before looking at each other. Clearly, they are having second thoughts about the situation that they are currently in. However, they both swing their weapons before attempting to move away from you.

The first bandit swings his shortsword at Maerys before attacking Damian.

Attack 2: 10 Damage: 6)

The second swings his shortsword at Tagret then at Rashana.

(Yes, they are attempting to move away so this invites Opportunity Attacks)

Tagret does not need much of an invite to hit the fleeing foe, he continues to rage and recklessly attack, striking his handaxe at the soldiers back

Tagret manages to strike the fleeing bandit, he hacks into the man's back but he still stands. Although, the blow has clearly left him in a weakened state.

(Anyone else want to try for opportunity? Maerys, Damian, Rashana?)

Maerys will take her dagger and try to strike one of them on the head with her pommel. 

Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Nonlethal damage, if possible. 

Seeing the redbrand wants to run away, Rashana quickly swings her staff at the head to stop him. 

Quarterstaff: Attack: 19 Damage: 5

Maerys strikes the one bandit on the back of the head knocking him out. Rashana then successfully clobbers the other bandit around the back of the head.

(So then after opportunity it is Tagret's turn. Then Damian, Maerys, and Saravena, before going back to Rashana.)

As it dawns on Tagret that maybe the others want to keep them alive, he starts to whack the redbrands with the flat of his blades, aiming to do non-lethal damage to the remaining soldier
