(Well, that's the thing. The roll should be 3d8 + 3, which is improbable but not impossible to result in 24.
So, I believe that the results in the post are accurate, it's the tooltip that is wrong.)

(Tagret is twenty feet away from the door, but is within close combat range of the wraith.)

Rashana drops her pack and focuses for a moment then [action]disengage;weaving as she moves[action], runs into the room adjacent next to Targret's limp form, and tries do drag him clear of the wraith and out of the room.

Bonus Action (ki): Disengage
Move: 15' to Tagret (adjacent square)
Action: Pick him up (still heavy even tho she has dropped her pack) [if she could grab and drag, then use action for more movement, that would be good! Or perhaps not bother with disengage if she won't be within melee range; then use BA to dash, adding 40' more movement??)
Move: Use 25' movement to try to get clear...

It's the allies turn actually, I think. Unless Sildar's free action counted.

(Yeah, none of your allies are brave enough to fight the wraith, especially after seeing what it did to Tagret. However, I thought you, Misha, just were speaking. Although, if you are choosing to heal before Saravena's last turn. Then Tagret would be back up and Rashana wouldn't need to try and move him.)

Tagret carefully moves out of the reach of the wraith before making his way to the door.

Rashana will reach out and close the door as Tagret flees, then moves back away from the door, readying her bow in case the wraith follow.

Target huffs past the door. “Well that didn’t go very well.” 

After escaping through the door, the wraith seems to have lost interest in the group.

Rashana's shoulders sag a little and she stares at Tagret. "Wise leaders attack, when all their other choices, are proven to naught." 

“Yeah, but …wait what? Proven naught? He was threatening us. Are you sayin we shoulda just let him kill us?”

Rashana blinks a few times before answering, "A conversation, it's result undetermined, was still in progress." Then she shrugs, "Anticipated, death will by nature arrive, when its time has come."

She relaxes her bow then turns to looks around the chamber, waiting for Misha to choose another path.

" Note to self- leave dead wizards be."

" Shall we onward?  Perhaps return with more firepower?"
