Tagret laughs before dismissively waving Misha off. "Feels more like an excuse to get the glory of slaying the dumbass spook, but whatever! The deeds done and everyone is survived in the end, so that'll be enough for me." He says frankly with a snort thrown in after. "But I swear if that's gonna be the plan for every other fight forward, then.. pbbt! Count me out! 'cause if most of us are blind, I'm liable to hit one of ya just as I'm to hit the enemy. And we don't want that on our conscious now do we?"

"I hate to waste time, but, we need to take a short rest here, to get my power back, as well to let Saravena heal up. Maybe we could catch the wizard impersonator, fooling our spectator friend."
Now with Mormesk gone, Saravena freely searches around the cave. She finds a scorched unlocked chest containing 1,100 cp, 160 cp, 50ep, 3 diamonds, and a wooden pipe adorned with platinum filigree.
On the shelves, Sarevena finds a collection of tomes that seem to be in perfect condition despite the years.

“The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
" Just a scratch......a deep, profusely bleeding scratch thats a little necrotic around the wound margins...."
Rashana reaches for her dagger and sheathes it, blotting out the darkness. Despite her distant demeanor she can't help but smile at Saravena's words. "Healing is an art, not one I have master'd yet, perhaps someone else..."
She turns to the rest of the group wondering if anything can be done to at least bind the wounds before they all rest.
Tagret held out a thumbsup in agreement to Misha's suggestion. When it came to the coinage in the chest, he lets a low wolf whistle and shakes his head. Before he can say anything, seeing Rashana's look, he'd glance from her to Savrena before shrugging and pulling out a potion of healing, "Bit shy on clean wraps and salves, but this aughta do well enough. Otherwise, it's like Misha says. Pop a squat, count some coin, maybe -- eh, read a little, and just take it easy for a bit, and I'm sure you'll be right as rain."The goliath assured, before taking on a more leisure pose leaned up against the outer wall of Mormesk's "house".

Most of the tomes are just the histories of different cities, towns, villages, and other nearby landmarks. However, one does have a map attached to the inside cover.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tagret finishes taking a swing from his waterskin and lets out a satisfied sigh of relief, before finally giving his axe some attention. At least insofar as to try and study the enchantment on it while also trying to clean it up and maintain it over the short rest. "Mn... Probably.... Probably not... Wouldn't hurt to ask." He'd say at some point absentmindedly,h having been only half-listening by then to the talk about the map.
(OOC: Not sure a roll is needed or not to try and understand the enchantment the forge had on weapons, but here's a d20 roll for any appropriate modifier to be plugged into DM.)
-Study Check: 17.

Tagret kind of shifts and cocks his head to the side as he looks at Saravena; and yet, seeing no fault in the suggestion, he finishes giving his axe one last once over before kicking off the wall. "Heh! Fine by me. Though, I think I might just sit outside the shop, 'cause that uh.. floaty eye thing? Not 'xactly easy on the eyes!"He chuckles, and offers a hand to help those up that might've sat down to read/study findings, or count up and split the coin.

Saravena pushes the chest towards the others, " Free stuff."
And starts poring through the tomes.

Saravena hands the map to Misha, " What do you make of this?"
She continues combing through the books as she rests up for any tidbits of history that may point to interesting locations or hidden secrets.

With a glance at the valuables, Rashana comes over and examines the map, trying to make sense of it in relation to their current location.
"It's a map, clearly. They show a region, or place; though this ... mystifies"
(( Investigation : 3 ))
Saravena reads one of the tomes, it's about Neverwinter. It describes how it was founded as a village many years ago.
Misha and Rashana investigate the map, but they are unable to decypher its contents.

Saravena tucks a couple of volumes in her bags, more reading material can't hurt.
" Can our dwarven friend read the map?"

(Gundren and the rest stayed with the forge.)
Tagret examines the weapon in his hand, but his lack of knowledge in the arcane prevents him from discerning the power in them.

"Honestly, with Tagret staying outside the buildings How are we going to catch this, fake wizard?" Misha says so Tagret can hear.
