Caradoc leads you towards the southeast. The rock wall funnels you towards another dead end "room". This time, it is occupied by two of these:
They do not look friendly. As you round the corner, they turn their heads at the sound of your footsteps echoing off of the walls, give a mighty war cry and attack.
Aeneassteps forward 10' in order to get a good line of sight and then, as a bonus action enables the Crimson Rite. This adds 4 damage to his Crossbow, Light until he drops it, and he immediately takes 4 damage as a toll for the rite.
Then, he takes a shot at Orc 2:
Attack (vs AC9): 13 Damage: 15
Aeneas hits the orc on the left side of his upper chest, just inside of his shoulder. The bolt's feathers protruding out of the front of him, and the sharpened tip buried deep in the tissue.
The Orc is hurting really bad at this point. The bolt launches past Aeneas's shoulder and lodges itself in the Orc's left thigh. He drops to one knee in pain before forcing himself back up with a snarl.
Damara takes a breath, her pupils dilating(rage) as she focuses on the more injured of the Orcs(#2). Raising her greatsword, she slips by Aeneas, rushing forward and thrusting her blade at the monstrous thing.
Attack: 25 Damage: 24

The orc is off-balance as it tries to recover from Caradoc's attack and becomes a very easy target. Damara finishes him off, easily. Something unexpected happens, though.
Damara must make a DC13 CON save:
CON save: 23 (I didn't manipulate the roll...so, I'm not sure why the message popped up this time)
Damara takes half of 12 poison damage (but isn't poisoned) - So, she takes 7 poison damage. (The roll value keeps changing, which is odd...but, either way, the first time, the roll was 14, so half of that is 7.)
As a final act of defiance, the felled orc explodes, splashing gore all over Damara and painting the ground in viscera in about a 10' radius around where the orc died.
Next, Orc 1 is up.
The orc runs up to Damara and attacks, slashing its claws at her head (or so it hopes):
Damara moves around the creature, putting her back to the wall and hopefully keeping its back toward her allies, and takes a sweeping slash at it with her greatsword.
Attack: 11 Damage: 12

And Damara succeeds. She skirts around the ghastly beast, holding its attention and slashes at it, causing 12 slashing damage. Then, unexpectedly, the creature stops moving and it snarls. Then, it begins to convulse and with a loud, explosive, POP! the creature bursts.
Damara must roll a DC13 CON save or take 16 poison damage and she becomes poisoned. If she succeeds, she takes half damage and does not become poisoned.
Damara DC13 CON save: 24
Once again, she saves, takes 8 poison damage and is not poisoned.
Combat is over. Damara is hurting a bit, and Moneo is not yet anywhere to be found.
Damara looks down at her shirt, her breathing a little shallow, as she surveys the damage. She sighs, seeing how filthy she is before looking at the others. "I, need a, bath... and rest." Her tone conveying her annoyance.

Damara takes her shirt off, using what parts of it remained clean to try and wipe down the rest before bundling it up and stuffing it in an empty side pocket on her pack. She pulls out her water skin and pours some over her head and, turning away from her allies to pull the bandages on her face away a bit, swishing some in her mouth before spitting, then drinking some. Replacing the bandages, she puts the skin away, then moves toward the Northeast corner of the area, sitting with her back to the wall, still breathing rather heavily. "I do not wish, to leave Moneo, to his fate, but I am, not well enough, for much more fighting. I will, gladly, do so, if needed, but I will leave the, choice, to you."

Healing during a short rest:
