The Townsfolk groups are next. 

All three groups of townsfolk are going to attack the hobgoblin unless he dies. Then, they'll move on to the beast.

Townsfolk Group 1:

• Attack: 9 Damage: 9 
  • The first group of townsfolk rush up, using pitchforks and sticks, and whatever else they could get their hands on, and they put a little beating on this hobgoblin. He's hurting pretty bad.

Townsfolk Group 2:

• Attack: 18 Damage: 11 
  • These guys are less adept in the moment and miss all of their attempts.

Townsfolk Group 3

• Attack: 19 Damage: 12 
  • Being the newest group to the fight, their nerves are still getting the best of them as they miss all of their attempts to hit the immediate threat.

Caradoc is next.

Caradoc fires twice at the big monster 
Attack: 15 Damage: 9 

Attack: 22 Damage: 7 

The beast takes two more bolts to its hide but keeps coming.

The bad guys are up (but, I've got some housework to do, so I'll have to come back to it.)

Enemies' Turns

Cultist

• Bonus Action: Using the spiritual weapon to attempt to smash Aeneas: Attack: 16 Damage: 2 
• Action: Casts Hold Person on Aeneas: DC 11 WIS save for Aeneas: 12
  • Aeneas is able to resist the spell, but takes the damage from the Spiritual Weapon.

The Bird

The bird dives in to attack Townsfolk group 1: 

• Attack: 19 Damage: 4 - as it draws blood, it flies back up for a re-attack...
• Attack 2: 24 Damage: 5
  • This time, the bird misses.

Large Monstrous Beast

The creature rears up on its hind legs and comes down as powerfully as it can on Townsfolk Group 3, then it tries to bite at them:

• Hoof Attack: 18 Damage: 10
• Bite Attack: 12 Damage: 10 
  • Hitting the townsfolk with both attacks, they sort of scatter and then reform, licking their collective wounds as they get ready to continue to fight.

Hobgoblin 4

He is going to focus his attention on Damara:

• Sword Attack: 23 Damage: 12 slashing damage
  • Due to her Rage, Damara only takes 3 damage

It is now Aeneas's turn.

Aeneas fires another crossbow bolt into the large monstrous creature:

• Attack: 13 Damage: 11 
  • This time the bolt flies wide and misses the creature.

Damara is next!

Damara will take one more swing at the hobgoblin before standing in between the incoming beast and the townsfolk. (If I miss or it lives, have Damara move behind it but not far enough for an AOO. So townsfolk, hobgoblin, her, then the beast in a line if possible)

Attack: 25 Damage: 22

On a hit: 7 Necrotic

Damara misses, but, I'll place her between the hobgoblin and the monstrous creature.

Moneo is up.

Update Map - Moneo's Turn

Moneo whispers some words in celestial at the large beast, hoping to scare it and cause it to flee.

DC13 WIS save: 3 

The monstrous beast rears back in pain, shaking its head back and forth, and then immediately turns around and runs 50' away from the entrance to the Fort.

The Townsfolk are next:

Townsfolk Group 1: they move in to attack the last standing hobgoblin, hoping to take him down

• Attack: 7 Damage: 13 
  • They miss, wildly.

Townsfolk Group 2: They will also move in to attempt to team up on the Hobgoblin with Group 1

• Attack: 6 Damage: 11 

Townsfolk Group 3: Will also move in to attempt to team up on the Hobgoblin

• Attack: 21 Damage: 14 
  • This group of townsfolk move in and cut the hobgoblin down, completely. 

Caradoc is up.

Updated Map - Caradoc's Turn

The hobgoblins are all dead, there is a metal-looking raptor attacking the townsfolk in swooping double-attacks from the air, the large monstrous creature has turned tail and is running, and there is a cultist left over that is still trying to apply pressure to Aeneas and the archers.

Caradoc is going to move into position to fire (hand crossbow) at the bird

Attack: 13 Damage: 6 

Attack: 18 Damage: 9 

Caradoc knocks the bird out of the sky with the first crossbow bolt. It tumbles to the ground in a death spiral before it thuds next to the group of townsfolk that it was attacking.

The enemies are up.

The Cultist is going to attempt another attack on Aeneas:

• Aeneas needs to make a DC11 DEX save or take 7 radient damage; Aeneas DC11 DEX save: 13 
  • Aeneas saves.
• For his movement, a red cloud of swirling smoke engulfs him as the funnel stretches towards the sky. Then, the funnel cloud begins to lift off the ground and dissipate. As it does, the cultist is gone.

For the monstrous creature he attacks Damara:

• The creature rears back and tries to stomp on Damara: Attack: 12 Damage: 14
• When he comes down, whether he succeeds or fails on the first attack, he goes in for a bite: Attack: 7 Damage: 11 
  • Damara takes 8 damage from the bite.
• After the attack, you see the same funnel or swirling red smoke engulf the creature as it disappears into nothing.

Combat is over.

Captain Gaiusrushes over to you, Damara, "Are you and your party okay?"

(I think I was still raging, so it was only 4, no? Though I suppose if combat is over it doesn't make much difference.)

Damara looks a little battered, but otherwise fine. She gives Cpt. Gaius a nod, before gesturing at the injured townsfolk. "They could, probably, use some attention. Not sure, about the others." 

"Okay. I wanted to check on you first, because we'll need help cleaning up the town and making sure all of...whatever or whoever that was is gone."

“Oh my... I lived?! I did not expect that.” Caradoc says to no one in particular as he wanders off to pick up his bolts and collapse in the dirt for a few minutes.

Damara just nods, taking a breath and planting her greatsword for a moment to adjust her wrappings before shouldering the blade. "Let me know, where I am needed. I'll see it, done."

Moneo first goes around to the groups of townsfolk inspiring them through their bravery and actions, explaining how it was them, who saved the town, and how he is proud of each and every one. He then follows the Captain around to check on things, saying with a grin, “It seems we have won the day against a god.”
