Your bolt catches it just above the hip. He screams and continues slashing at everyone within reach. Sinsil manages to breathe hard through the stench of the Trogs, and her nerves settle. Just in time for her turn!
Mobile~ Sinsil will hold her rod like a puppeteer holds a marionette. She'll then wave her other hand under it and make a crawling motion with her fingers. As she does, small sickly, yellow green threads fly from her fingers and coalesce into a spectral hand grasping at the troglodyte's throat. The chill touch of the hand enough to snuff the bodies will to live.
The hand drags the final Troglodyte to the ground, where more spectral hands erupt from the earth, clawing at it’s arms and legs. It lets out one more strangled gasp and lies still.
Mobile- You all take a moment to catch your breath, standing in the middle of the chamber. Stolen loot is scattered across the floor, dropped by the troglodytes. Ahead of you is a ramp up to the next level, and behind is the tunnel you entered through.
Six takes a moment to look himself over, grimacing at the claw marks left by the trog, still trying to suppress the urge to wretch at the scent. "That was very unpleasant," he says, turning to look over the rest of the group. He lifts one hand to wiggle his fingers helpfully at them. "If anyone needs healing, I can help a little," he offers.
Mobile~ Sinsil shakes her head. "That smell... It's *hrrk* grotesque." Sinsil will tighten the veil she wears over her face. "I am low on magical reserves, but these things seem susceptible to diversion so I believe I can still be useful."
Ashanti shook her mane of hair covering everyone in a fine spray of salt water, " Well those three weren't interested in negotiating.....I've only got a bruise so I'm good to go on."
She bent down and examined the ramp in case the lizard-things had left any suprises for visitors. If she found nothing she walks carefully up the ramp as long as there is light with her.
The stench only affects you when you start your turn within 5 feet of one of the creatures, so you can just avoid them. Sinsil seems to be fine after being exposed to the stench, so it looks like something you can get used to.
Ashanti, the ramp is clear and you make it to the top without issue. The crack in the cave wall at the top slants to the right, and you can make out some flickering torchlight on the other side.
Six, you search through the miscellaneous metal collected by the Troglodytes. A lot if it is useless junk, such as brass candlesticks or tin costume jewellery with coloured glass, but there are a few valuable pieces mixed in. You find 105 copper, 64 silver, and 5 gold pieces, in addition to a set of pearl earrings and an odd jade statuette of a hooded man. Alas, no circlet.
"Well, no circlet here," Six sighs, pocketing the things he did find. He looks up towards Ashanti at the top of the ramp, hesitating briefly before making his way up as well. "What do you see?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mobile~ (ooc if you were hiding the fact you were collecting things ignore this Six) Sinsil will take interest in the statue trying to see if she knows the history behind it. Or if it's part of a religion
Sinsil- You are certain that the iconography of the statuette is not part of any of the permitted religions in the empire, but you would need to do some more research to find out more.
Ashanti- You push on through the crack in the cave wall, turning left and right as it zig zags downwards. Eventually it opens up into a huge chamber, where torches on pole light up an unbelievable sight. Black marble columns hold up an imposing roof, and carved steps lead up to what appears to be a buried temple.

Six follows Ashanti through the crack in the wall, staring in awe at the chamber. He takes a moment and then looks around to see if there's anyone else in the chamber.

Your hand reaches out and snags the Trog's arm. Black energy lances out through his veins, and as it reaches his head he collapses convulsing.

" Torches. I thought these things could see in the dark."
"Well," Six mutters, thinking, "maybe they're working for someone who can't?"
