"Secret passages you say?" Gaèl perks up at the notice. "Might as well have a look then, the taverns not gonna run away after all, i guess..." He follows Dylan into the passage, keeping an eye out for any escape hatches that might be hidden there.

"If we must deal with the guilds I would rather it be as a last resort," Dra'vos states calmly following the other, "I have dealt with neither the Zhentarim nor Xanathar's guild personally and from what little I have heard of them I would rather keep it that way for as long as possible."
Dra'vos watches Gil and Dylan investigate the alley for a moment before adding his thoughts, "It is possible that the captured were not move by mundane means but by the use of arcane means. It could explain why the tracks stop so suddenly." Dra'vos then joins in the investigation.
Everyone except Gael, you're doing a great job, and there are probably secret tunnels in the area, even though you're not seeing any of the entrances. Perhaps there is a loose brick that opens the passage? A loose cobblestone?
Gael, with that investigation roll, you can see that the tracks end because the cobblestones in the alley are more consistent. There is no soft ground which could sustain a footprint or drag mark. That said, you continue in the direction of the travel, where you see an extremely faint, almost washed away streak of blood, then a faint trail. The individual drips of blood are nearly impossible to see unless you are specifically looking for them. Nonetheless, you see that the drops of blood stop at a door.

Gaèl gives his best to follow the trail, his nose almost touching the floor at one point. Upon reaching the door, he gets up and turns around, quite content with his discovery. The feeling grows stronger as he looks around at the rest of the bunch, investigating every other inch except for the trails. His mouth curling up in half a smile he watches for a moment, until he moves towards them and motions to come closer. "Over here lads, there's a tiny little trail stopping right at this door. Shall we try sneaking in and have a look too?" He does a jesting little bow, his arm pointing towards the door at his side.
If there are no ways inside the building without opening the door, Eekz will slide out some lockpicks.
"Do ya mind? Eekz cannot work 'ere if you watch."He waits patiently as the others look away, glances around for any guards and sneakily begins picking the lock.
Dra'vos tracing one of the wall with his searching for any traces of arcane symbols, stops and turns at Gaèl statement, "Oh...very good Gaèl." Dra'vos quickly pulls his hand away from the wall and joins him and Eekz at the door trying his best to salvage any face he could. "I am not truly one for stealth, but I would be willing to guard this door so we do not have to worry about someone coming at us from behind," Dra'vos says checking out the doorway.
Dylan moves to a position near the front of the group, a relaxed smile on his face, as if he does this sort of thing all the time. Not even bothering to look around, with the care free-attitude of someone who appears to believe it's perfectly acceptable to open other people's doors and barge right in unannounced or invited. His hand sits easily on his rapier hilt and his whole aura is one of relaxed calm.
Sylivar leans on his staff next to the entrance with a sour expression on his face, seemingly perturbed he was not able to score a few drinks at another bar before the group moves on.
(Alright, I'm going to write this as though the Shadowbeast is both a hallucination and an imaginary game played by Eekz, Kappy, please DM me and let me know which it actually is)
While Dra'vos puts his back to the door, Gil offers the small goblin a boost up to the boxes by the second level. Eekz, skittering through the window, climbs on a beam, and suddenly is attacked by a tendril of darkness! He crawls across the beam, dodging attacks from the shadowy whips. One misses by mere centimetres, but Eekz, with a small shriek, manages to dodge away from it. Shimmying across the beam, 10 feet off the ground, Eekz looks around, this place is solely occupied by the Shadowbeast. Focusing on dodging the tendrils, Eekz looks around, the place seems unoccupied. Probably scared away by the nightmare. He hops to a nearby stack of crates, shimmying quickly down by leaping from increasingly lower stacks of boxes, until he is able to unlock the door at which Dra'vos holds his back.
(Short story, Eekz, without difficulty, unlocks the door that Dra'vos is guarding)

Dylan's broad smile widens. "Could have done with you in Neverwinter," he mutters, moving past the goblin in to the house and patting him affectionately on the head. The young noble takes a broad look around the immediate interior. To the others he says, "I suggest we get in off the street so it's slightly less obvious we are breaking into someone's house..."
With zero hesitation Gil follows the party into the building and fans out to the side peering at the room, "Lights?" he asks waiting for a nod from Dylan before casting anything.
