(Please let me know if this works or not, it basically depends on whether Gaèl can run 30 feet towards the kenku in the back.)
With the first attempting to escape, Gaèl watches as Gil gets struck by the arrow. Considering the lack of enemies in front of him, he begins to charge deeper into the hallway, his eyes fixed on the kenku in the back of the warehouse. Gaèl then suddenly vanishes mid-dash only to reappear right behind one of the kenkus with their shortbows. Replying to the orcish voice that had mentioned Xanathar, he mutters "He'll meet his makers soon enough, just like your lot and those Zhentarim!" before he strikes with his rapier.
Attack: 25 Damage: 14
OOC: If possible, Gaèl uses his movement to the maximum and then blinks to the kenku with his Fey Step to attack.
Nice to see Gael still has a trick or two up his sleeve. It's good to be fighting by his side again. I hope the singer is okay, that arrow looked to have stuck him something nasty. Anyway, Master Bladebender, look to your own defences; these birds are no slouches in melee!

Sylivar reconsiders his priorities. Killing is against his morals, but he is afraid it must be done to protect his newfound allies.
Figuring that Dra’vos and Dylan would be fine against one Kenku, he will run a full 35 feet and throw a Shuriken (flavored Dart) at the Kenku Gaél has previously attacked.

Gael sprints towards the kenku in the back. The kenku chuckles, amused at the bold statement and the headlong sprint, and says in a high, wheezy voice, "A fool cannot be taught." It had just lined up its shot when Gael fades from existence. It starts to evoke an orcish statement of confusion when a rapier nearly as long as the bird is tall sprouts from its chest, piercing its heart. It looks up at you and makes a sound like a rock skipping on a lake, the life leaving its eyes.
Syl, seeing that Gael has handled the kenku you were initially targeting, you divert the shuriken halfway through your throw to the other kenku. In order to pull off such a sudden change of movement, you have to either sacrifice precision or power, and ever practical, you sacrifice power. The shuriken sinks into the bird's chest, not as strong a blow as you were hoping, but a solid impact nonetheless. The kenku makes a "Yeep!" sound, then prepares to flee.

Dra'vos and Gil, you're up! You hear some rustling in the northeastern part of the room.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gil looks down in shock as the arrow pierces him, "Owwwww!" he yells in exasperation, "Sil, I don't think anyone told the blackbirds that we wern't trying to kill each other. Gil starts to cast Sleep.
(Since I can't see the map real well, I'm going to ask Arc for help in placing the sleep spell. I'd like to place the spell in a spot where I can get the most Kenku without putting any of my own party to sleep. If possible, I'd like to include the remaining Kenku with the short bow.)
"Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Close your heavy eyes and go to sleep
All your life, you were barely waking, now's the time to close your eyes"
(sorry, I'll find a better map system before we do any more combat. Theater of the mind is great but I agree that it helps to have a map.)
With a deft motion, Dra'vos flips out a dagger and stabs it down into the Kenku's chest. It gasps in pain, a sound more like a dog's whimper than a bird's squawk. Dra'vos, your initial rage passes, and you hear Gil singing out pained words, trying to put the creatures to sleep and end this unfortunate situation. The kenku in front of you falls asleep, slowly bleeding onto the floor from its wounds. (Sorry, that's the only one within 20 feet of any others).
That rustling from the northeastern corner turns into a shattering of glass as the kenku that Syl nearly beat the life out of jumps out a window, escaping into the street (Eekz, you have no visibility on this, because it is on the floor directly beneath you.)
Eekz lines up a shot at the only kenku he sees, the one on the far wall. Knowing he's hidden, he takes his time lining up his focus, and then he fires, launching the arrow at the Kenku's forehead. His shot sings true, and the creature collapses, it's final shot incomplete.
(You have a sleeping kenku at your feet and one that has escaped the building and is fleeing, if you want to chase it.) Otherwise, you're out of combat.

Dylan will head over to Gil and check the poor musician over. "You seem hurt, chap. Mind if I take a look?" With a muttered incantation, Dylan will run his hand gently across the bard's chest and use Lay on Hands to cure him for 4 points.

Gaèl spins around on the spot, hurrying over to the window.
(Is it possible to get into a line of sight of 30 ft to the kenku? If so:)
His eyes fixiated on the Kenku, Gaèl clutches his rapier, the palm of his hand holding on to the edge of the weapon. As a thin line of blood begins to run down his wrist, with bits of blood dropping to the floor, Gaèl mutters a word in an unknown language, a harsh and choppy sound.

The kenku has to resist a strength saving throw DC 13.
Seeing Gaél taking care of the escaping Kenku in some arcane way, Sylivar will stride to the sleeping Kenku and remove any weapons it may have on its body. He will then calmly proceed to take out a coil of rope from his small satchel and bind the Kenku down. “Someone should be keeping watch near the entrances incase we have visitors.”
Gil nods thankfully at Dylan and breathes a breathes a little easier, "Thank you, that was . . . " Gil looks thoughtful for a moment, a little of his youthful arrogance muted for the moment. "I've never actually been shot before." he shakes his head in disbelief then looks at Silivar then down at the bound, sleeping Kenku, "What do we do with this?"
"Hmmm, great question Gil. How long will he ... it? ... be asleep for? I guess we should take the opportunity to question it and find out what we can. But someone should definitely guard, yes", Dylan nods at Sylivar's suggestion. "Lookout is not really what I'm good at, but I'll happily chat to this thing."
Dylan will stand over the sleeping and bound kenku, ready in case it wakes up.
Gil looks down at the bird, "Eh, he should be waking up about . . . now." he points as the kenku starts to rustle (duration of the spell is 1 minute). He nods at Dylan, "Please, ask away, let me know if you need me to jump in?"
"Who do you work for? Answer truthfully and this will go easy on you. Any sign of falsehood and... well, let's just say you don't want to go there." The noble's usual smile is gone from his face and is replaced by a deeply menacing visage that promises no mercy and lots of pain.

The fleeing Kenku falls to the ground, sprawling as unseen shackles trip him up. However, after a second of struggle, the creature shakes free of the magically locked limbs, and then stands up and sprints away. It is still in eyesight, but it is about 90 feet away by the time you are able to react again, Gael.
The sleeping kenku awakens, and his first sight is of the towering Dylan standing over him, rapier pointed down like some fatal needle. The Kenku flinches at the hard look on the man's face, and it looks around, assessing its situation. Its eyes flick over to the shortsword it dropped when it fell asleep. Though this is a different kenku, it utters, with the same orcish accent and tone as the one with a shortbow, "Xanathar sends his regards."
The moment is disrupted by the shrill shriek of joy coming from the goblin descending the banister of the staircase, feet on the rail. Eekz effortlessly jumps at the end of the rail, flipping in air, and lands on his feet about 10 feet away from the group of you interrogating the kenku.
Sylivar calmly crouches down and smiles to the bound Kenku. “You two options. I, for one, would not like to kill you, but I cannot stop my friends from doing the same,”he says, tilting his head at the frightening Dylan. “You might have a limited vocabulary, but I will try to fix that. Do you work for the Xanathar’s Guild or the Zhentarim? Were you and your friends responsible for the murders of the dozens of corpses here, or not?” Pulling a map of Waterdeep from his satchel, he places it in front of the Kenku. “Where can we find the issuer of your orders?” Taking out a picture of Floon, he places it next to the map. “Lastly, have you seen this man?” Answer these truthfully and honestly, and we may let you live.” Frowning, Sylivar looks to be pondering something. He himself had been in a similar situation but with booze as his gripe, and he loathes to kill anyone that could possibly turn a new leaf. “I may be able to let you live and start you on a new life, away from the guilds of Waterdeep. I cannot imagine they treat you too well. Alternatively, you could die here as you lay. Repeat to me ‘I understand’ if you do.
