Rinn is more interested in watching all the people mulling about and trying to see if there are any interesting trinkets he might get his hands, than watching the barmaid flirting with the oblivious Robwin. Every now and then he rejoins the conversation and makes some acknowledgement, but he goes back to looking around the room regularly.
“I'll take the roast with an ale,” Wolfsong says adding his to everyone else's order and gives two gold to the server.
Once his drink arrives he raises his mug to Sildar's toast the takes a long sip as he ponders Sildar's question.
“While I am unsure of the others my plans are to hunt down the manitcore that first brought me to this area, and the dragon that attack me once I got here,” Wolfsong answers. “Hunting the dragon will require better weapons than any of use have, so I hope to rescue Gundren then convince him to allow use of the Wave Echo Cave. I just met a craftsmen that has experience in enchanting, and I am sure there is a blacksmith in town, so it will just be about getting the materials after that.”
Once his roast arrives Wolfsong forgoes the use of an utensils present and instead pulls it apart with just his fingers.
“As for this Black Spider,” Wolfsong says between bites. “We would have to ask around town, maybe someone has read of him maybe not.”

"Yes, I see. Well learning of Gundren Rockseeker's whereabouts, his recovery and the recovery of his maps would go a long way in that direction."
"I also need to locate Iarno Albrek. The Stonehill Inn only has him recorded here a few nights after his initial arrival, contract and deposit. He may know more of the magic and history. I may have already said as much."
Blaire nearly rises to the bait, nearly, instead she releases a slew of curses in Illuskan, Daraktan, Common and sailor's cant under her breath, takes a deep drought from her mug, and looks back at Eli.
"That was wrong to say of Ikki, my cousin, the clan the wolves and most everyone at this table. Only one person I know is acting like a wounded animal."
She takes another drink, "We set up lodging at the Alderleaf farm."
She smiles, "Gaatbort is taking care to keep Ikki and the rest safe." She starts laughing.
"And don't worry," she say mainly to the rest of the table, "the Alderleaf boy says there is already at least one goblin openly in town."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rinn's Perception: 12
Rinn's Stealth: 8
As he looks around the room, Rinn bumps a fork off the table, skittering it across the floor for all to see and hear. He smiles awkwardly as he tries to melt back into his chair.
Wolfsong watches Rinn for a moment eyebrow raised, before continuing with his meal.
"You mentioned earlier that you are a part of some Lord's Alliance," Wolfsong begins turning his attention back to Sildar. "Is it possible that your friend you are looking for went to speak with the townmaster?"
Wolfsong takes a few more bits of his dinner then continues his tone remaining flat, "It could be your friend ran afoul these Redbrand folk some of the towns people have talked about. Could be they took him for all his gold and left him for dead somewhere. Would explain why no-one has seem him for awhile."
"Yes, he definitely should have spoken with the townmaster. If true, your worst case scenario would be a sad irony. He came to help establish a constabulary. I will definitely look into that possibility.", replies Sildar, now looking a bit more contemplative.
"Hmm, yes, or I will be. I am exhausted is all. And it's kind of you to call me kin so quickly. I know a bit of the northern tongue and I know you felt a bit slighted. In truth I knew my words were the fastest solution to that immediate problem. I did grow up within Waterdeep without clan nor tradition. Learned that later in my work with the Griffon cavalry and the Lords' Alliance.", Sildar answers with a thin smile and takes a long drink from his glass.
"Wolfsong, I just thought of something. You think that Endure would be able to pull together some of the hide armor pieces we salvaged into something useful for Glufs? She's still mainly wearing my old tunic.", Blaire asks out of the blue tearing a chunk of bread and adding a good portion of butter and honey to it.
"Its possible," Wolfsong answers with a nod before taking a swig of his ale. "We can speak with Endure tomorrow, I do not know how much work she has at this moment, but it does no harm to ask."
Rinn crinkles up his nose a little, "You don't want to hold onto that to make something for yourself? I mean, I like our new friends and all, but why not make ourselves some nice armour?"
"Most of the peices are rough hide, medium armor at best and already cut for a smaller shape. With skill one might be able to salvage a set for the goblins or some bracers for TT or you or Robwin; thin wrists." She suddenly stands, gesturing toward herself. "My current chain mail needs a little maintenance but it's in good condition. Though my lether vestments and armor, could use a good inspection and a visit to a clothier would be nice." She splits open the lower seem of her mail which typically parts when she sits and examines her boot tops and leather shorts.
"Honestly, I may tone down the bronze dye. It isn't holding up well away from the sea and there seem to be a lot more arrows round here."
She lifts her mug from the table, taking another drink.
"Maybe I should find a light crossbow."
"Anyway! Very kind of you, Rinn. Though do you want me to see about bracers or elbow guards? I would be sure they go well with your current armor."
"Oh, and TT, How is the setup Big Al gave you working out? I mean it looks lovely, like a long front seem dress really, like my chian mail only a bit longer and shinyer, right? and the gauntlets certainly look better."
"Elsa! Dear! Could we get another round!", she suddenly bellows happily over the crowd.
"Oh! Hi! Mike! Sarah! Mr. Stonehill!"
As she sits down she's grinning widely looking at Rinn and TT for their answers.
"Im finding it quite comfortable. And Im sure Ill love it even more when It saves my life!" She says that last part with a grin and chuckle. "I think maybe this drink is affecting me a bit." as she begins to laugh in ernest.
