The Banshee descends through the ceiling near Rinn and wails, "Get out of my house!" ((Everyone make a Wisdom saving through DC 13 ))
********* Horrifying Visage. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the banshee that can see her must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the banshee is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the banshee’s Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours. *********

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Robwin wasn’t frightened by the banshe, but he backs up none the less, moving his full movement speed away, but he also grips his blue moon egg tightly (+1 focus) and raises his right arm. He casts magic missile at 3rd level but also uses the egg’s last charge to ‘upcast’ it to 4th level… Six bolts of force fly from his palm and strike directly at the banshee…
Cast a spell action (magic missile): Hitting for 28 (force damage).
Movement: moves his full 30ft away and out with the others.
Robwin watches the magic missiles finish the banshee off, and for a good few seconds afterwards he’s still just stood there… with his arm outstretched, shaking, the fingers slightly steaming from the upcast spell… his breath coming in hitching gasps. He still looks rough, like he was knocked unconscious and brought back from the dead…
As the banshee falls, if he would recognise the body as elven he might say something like, “You can rest now… We will cleanse your ‘home’ respectfully… Find your peace in the next life…”.
He will then go about snuffing as many of the flames from his fireball with prestidigitation as he can. He’ll also call, “Water!… If you get me water I can manipulate it to quash these flames!…”, and he’ll cast shape water to move any water brought to stop the fires.
He will pause just long enough at some point to take healing for the alchemists((I’ve taken 8hp, but let me know if you rather we roll it)), but gets straight back on with trying to get the place back up straight as soon as possible.

Rinn runs back (bonus action Dash), then turns around and fires an arrow at the bashee.

Rinn's arrows pass through the Banshee and her wailing pitch heightens to a screeching pain.
Robwin’s magic missiles each hit the Banshee jostling it in space like a rag doll.
The shimmer varnishes with the last impact.
A grey corpse is left crumpling to the stone floor with a thud.
As the wailing dies the Axeholm encampment members slow and look around.
Eline, TT, and a few others begin tending to the wonded and unconscious. Most of the wounds are due to the panicked attempt to evacuate.
Others begin checking the guard, the fires and the barricade on the main floor and mezzanine.
"Are there more like that!?"
"Was that pushing the ghouls!?"
"We need to check the upper floor corral!!"
"Check the exterior guard!!"
"Get the ill back to the beds!"
"Check everything!"
"Get whatever we have brewed?"
It's chaotic as each who is able begins to take stock of the brief, intense, deadly skirmish.
(( You are out of initiative. Anyone injured may gain up to 8 HP (d8+3) from the alchemists' poultice and teas. ))

The Fireball was mainly in the stone main hall, what wasn't turned to ash is easy to deal with. The backdraft was primarily heat. ))
