Valindra picks up, "I have a few stout persons who will join us down in the bowels. From what we saw so far and what was reported in the foyer below, I believe we have to purge this corruption regardless of its source." Shanyrria puts a hand on his shoulder.
"On that, at least, the three of us agree.", Sudryl sighs.
Silenus oils his weapons and repairs and replaces his clothing. He hums as he works, unfazed by the harrowing battle they just endured.
He does look over at the others and nods his head.
"Does look like those creepy crawly wasteoids don't like fire or light. I say we bring a totally huge amount with us on top of those wicked fireballs you've been tossing around."
Silenus wanders through the camp trading and bartering different items for a few coins or retrading upwards the odd item here or there until he's able to walk away with a bullseye lantern and a few extra flasks of oil.
(( Getting a good rest, being as prepared as you think you can be, you lead this crew to the tunnel entrance in the armory. - each of you roll stealth and athletics - group check ))

Robwin spends the long rest meditating and organising his spells. When he feels refreshed, and back in tune with The Weave, he does all the usual things: casts mage armor (which restarts his Arcane Ward), and ritual casts comprehend languages (1 hour duration). Then he’s ready and heads into the complex alongside the others…

((During his rest, Robwin’s ‘blue moon egg’ / arcane focus regains 1 ‘charges’, increasing from its current state of 0/4 (empty). It’s component-replacement capacity is already full at 109/109gp worth))
There is a slight magical hum around Robwin again, now that he is fully rested… like static electricity… and dry grass near his feet tends to dry out even further. ((Meta: he is still struggling to come to terms with and control his new spell fireball)).
He has fallen back into his old habit of muttering arcane phrases under his breath and moving his fingers as if conducting a tiny invisible orchestra. It’s as if he’s almost casting a defensive spell but stopping short of the last word… so that he’s always ready ((just flavour)).
His blue moon egg and his ancient wizard’s hat are currently tucked away for now. “Let’s finish this…”. He says as the party approach the fortified building.
Up, up the staircases and to the large armory, to its southern wall, your team has come.
Your team sets lines and begins a decent into the depths of this ancient stone keep.
Ydri has no trouble scaling down the walls much like you have seen the ghoulish creatures and the arachnids maneuver through this place.
Your decent takes you down beyond the surface floors as the tunneling cavern gets less steep and gradually more west.
You find a few areas that would have exited north collapsed and blocked.
Finally, at what the Dwarfs are sure is a third level below the entrance floor you find the passage opens to your right.
The floor and walls are damp and the air is warm and humid.
Siv, a Dwarf in your team says in a low cautious voice, "Must be the waterworks on this level. Function but leaking. Or a spring breaches the keep nearby."
Your team includes Yian with Ydri, Robwin, Silenus, Rinn, TT, Eline, Valindra, the twins, Shanyrria & Sudryl, and five (5) mountain dwarf, Siv, Vil, Ird, Tra, Glin.
((This is a new location for everyone now, right? And it’s below where they battled the undead the day before?))
Silenus disengages from the ropes and looks around. Assuming there is no light down here, Silenus will light his bullseye lantern and head towards the open passage to the right.
Robwin catches up to Silenus, “Yes, there must be some central nest that these things are retreating back to. Keep your eyes and ears peeled!…”. He’s happy to head onwards through this warren.

(( Did Rinn, Yian or Robwin take any additional activities before leading the group to the dwarven armory? ))
Rinn just chills, cleaning his gear and collecting arrows where he can.

“That’s the spirit my dude,” Silenus says while clapping Robwin on the shoulder.
“You can always use me as a shield” he adds when he sees Robwins hands moving, taking it for fidgety nervous energy.
Robwin does seem to relax a little. “Thanks… We can keep each other safe I think!…”. He visibly relaxes and even shows a kind smile.

(( Yes, correct, @Thoradin.
The team is two levels below the throne hall where the PCs faced the ghoulish fiends.
At least, that's what the Dwarfs believe. ))
