That wisp is coming," he whispers as he sets up in some underbrush to give him some cover and watches the wisp (Stealth: 14 and Perception: 13).

@LostLeonin: Directly after the Wisp becomes visible attacking Eli, Wolfsong has an action. Depending on his Con Save, he is either 295 ft / (440 ft if failed con sav) south of Eli and the Wisp. Does he take any action beyond his run forward?
Rinn whispers to Lia, "Did you see where that one went, little one?" He looks around to the south before turning to look north at the group (Perception: 18).
If Rinn would see the wisp reappear and attacking Eli, he would draw his bow and fire at the creature, this time though, it is just within his range and distracted by his fellow traveller.

Sneak attack damage if hits: 5
He then moves north, towards Eli, remaining stealthy and finds a new hiding spot (Stealth: 16 and Perception: 13).
@Grwobert: Robwin's turn takes place at the start of the next round following Wolfsong's and TT's action. You are 195 ft south of Rinn and 340 ft south of Eli & the Wisp.
The Wisp appears and shocks Eli, Wolfsong surges forward, TT dashes forward, dismounting Ox, casts guiding bolt, Robwin continues forward and Rinn fires a superb shot. The Wisp erupts like the other one covering Eli in a thick translucent ectoplasm.
Wolfsong continues his movement, no other actions.

@SpieltJoos: Yes, Rinn would definitely have advantage. Wolfsong, TT and Robwin would mechanically have an action first. Let's let them weigh in.
