Brunella is cautious. The group was in a dangerous and harrowing combat this morning, and resources are low. She extends a bit of frog to the creature.

He also approach slowly and propose a bit of his ration (biscuits/fruits), and uses guidance on himself before approaching :

Oniss see the creature and his eyes light up, never seeing anything like that in the past.  

"What manner of animal is this? Mushy you are our expert, what is it?  What ever it is I want it."

Oniss thinks of the animal as a good way to help getting coin, like the trained monkey pickpockets in the eastern continents, as well as having a companion.

Gertrude laughs at the speed that the animal approached and scared everyone. Then she continues eating the delicious frog meal. She is not thinking about sharing any of her food with the creature. It is too loud and too hairy... 

"Maybe this could be our dinner" Gertrude mumbles to herself. But when she sees her companions approaching and feeding the monkey, she already knows that she'll never get a taste of that...

"Are you blind Half-elf? It is clearly a flying monkey. And, no, Gertrude, it does not taste good. "

Kurma knows that this is a monkey with wings. That it is pretty much it.

The flying monkey smells the food offered by Brunella. Bleah. Meat. The monkey keeps away from the dwarf. And the manners of the Tortle are perceived as a threat. The monkey is scared and flies away from the party.

Oniss watches as the creature flies off, saddened by the loss of opportunity.  He says to the group,

" Keep an eye out for any more of those things, I very much would like to try to win ones favor."

He then sits back in the boat, dreaming of scams he could do with such a creature.

OOC In the case Oniss is able to cast find familiar, flying monkey is one possible form of it.

The journey proceeds quite nicely, even after dusk. It is time for supper and a earned rest for the adventurers.

Deep in the might, when Brunella and Inete are standing watch, the adventurers receive a visit. Three crane-like creatures, eight feet tall, approached the dwarf and the silent human. They stop at 40 feet away from them and begin staring without moving a feather.

Brunella has never seen anything like this before. She is unsure whether or not these are dangerous. She takes the butt end of her javelin, and gently rustles the feet of her companions, making a "Shhhhh" noise to indicate to be quiet.

Surprisingly, the crane in the middle start talking, and laughing in a scorn way: " ahahaha look at that Jin, dwarf think we are dangerous animals".

The crane on the left replies: " ahahah hardly his fault, Jon. Is that a he or she? I can't say from here. What do you think Jan?"

The bird on the right takes over the conversation: " I do not know, Jin. But who cares? Ehi you, dwarf, and you human. What are you doing here all alone in the jungle? Do you know there are monsters, yes?"

In all this, Inete is completely at loot, not knowing what to think and say.

Brunella's widen. She did not expect these cranes to talk. But she has seen far stranger things. She knows not to be hostile, as things can always turn for the worse.
"We are travelling here on the search for something. We know there are monsters, in fact we were attacked by some not long ago. I am Brunella. Who are you?"

The one in the middle replies to Brunella: " I am Jin, this rascal is my brother Jon and this lovely lady is our sister Jan. Search for something? What exactly? We live not far from here, maybe we could give you indications...for a price."

"Wait, Whom would you call rascal? Remeber the last tim..."

"Oh be silent, Jon..."

"Hey, wake up. We aren't in immediate danger."

When Oniss opens his eyes, she says. "We have some birds here talking about money. You're good with the money stuff, right?"
She also wakes Kurma, who she saw help with negotiations with the Lizard people.

"Kurma, you're good with this too."

Brunella will Help Oniss in discussions.
