The firenewt 1 slips away under Felix's rapier. The door is open!

Brunella sees out of the corner of her eye that a newt is escaping. She knows they may soon be surrounded. They must finish the fight, at all costs. She attacks the newt with renewed desperation. She throws herself at the newts attacking Gertrude with reckless abandon, slamming her sword on the newts with no regard for defense.

Gertrude sees Brunella throwing all caution in the wind and does the same [OOC attacking newt 6 with reckless attack]. 

"Yes, Kurma, let's end these as quick as we can!" Gertrude shouts, then swings her warhammer at the newt that looks the most hurt.

Her warhammer connects with the face of the newt. 

With a smile she concentrates for another second and produces her protection again (+2 tHP for Gertrude)

Finally, Gertrude's mighty blow put the firenewt to rest.
