Stabby will wait until others get close to the thing before he moves in to once more throw the daggers that form from his bracers at the new ooze creatures.

Hondo, seeing the crystal people form form the kraken, pulls out his rapier and and says, “Ah no you don’t. The garage is for living peope only!” He then notices The vampire dwarf, “And vampires!” Me goes to slash the kenku statue.

Stabby takes out the first animated statue, shattering the kenku with two well aimed daggers.

Hondo's rapier cracks the crystal Tabaxi, but the statue keeps moving despite the damage.

Leann mcasts shield of faith and then moves to the closest crystal creature and strikes at it with her longsword...

Huarache, seeing the Tabaxi, says, "Aw, no, not another weird fake Tabaxi!" and draws his blunderbuss, firing at it.

Leann easily finishes off the Tabaxi that Stabby hit.

Huarache sets his sights on the kraken, shhoting it right between the eyes, then as the high frequency keening starts again, the constructs beak open wide, Huarache unloads the other barrel right down the kraken's maw, the bang of rhe gun followed instantly by the crashing and banging kf gears and wheels grinding and snapping inside the machine as it rolls out of the moon pool falling on its side awkwardly as it comes to rest on the floor of the garage. 

Things seem still for a moment, until you notice the ridge if rhe fallwn tower is beset with an array of crystal creatures, 7 in total, waiting to attack, but now ready to act.  (Being clear crystal, they are inordinately hard to spot, it's in their stat block.) 

Their initiative is 6.  Sam and Shutorn are still up*.

So Huarache just Nemean Lioned the kraken? Cool. On that note, how can I skin the kraken?

Samogri's fire bolts miss their targets.  Aiming at transparent constructs is tricky business.

Shutorn is up.

Shutorn uses chill touch on one of the constructs. Attack: 26 Damage: 8

Shutorn's sends a spectral hand to grab one of the crystal statues, shattering it's hip and causing the right leg to detach, slowing the creature as it hobbles toward the combatants below.

Meanwhile, each of the other 6 ooze-folk reach one of the adventurers and attack

O1 x Leann: Sword 22 for 8 slashing; Pseudopod 14 8 acid

O2 x Huarache: Sword 18 for 6 slashing; Pseudopod 13 3 acid

O3 x Samogri: Sword 18 for 3 slashing; Pseudopod 12 3 acid

O4 x Omiy: Sword 20 for 3 slashing; Pseudopod 8 6 acid

O5 x Sigurd: Sword 19 for 9 slashing; Pseudopod 11 7 acid

O6 x Stabby: Sword 21 for 5 slashing; Pseudopod 19 3 acid

As this happens, the engine of the kraken starts making noises, actually a string of noises and words, spoken by myriad voices.  It's hard to make out through the thick metal housing and the battle going on, but "Me..." (and agonizing scream of a young woman) "help" (a terrified howl of an adult male) and "you" (angrily growled by a male dwarf) are definitely among the words spoken.

 Players are up.  There is still a 7th ooze-folk (O7), it's just moving too slow to reach its target

Huarache puts a pin in the kraken's vocalizations as he pulls out his scimitar and sets it aflame, swinging at the ooze in front of him.

21 for 5 slashing and 3 fire

20 for 6 slashing and 4 fire

I don’t know who is standing next to Omiy, I believe Sigurd or Stabby is. If so I think sentinel applies here, and I can make an attack with my reaction:

Omiy gets distracted for a second as she catches the horrid sound produced by the incapacitated kraken, “What’s it saying, Huarache?” She raises her voice and asks among the chaos of the fight, in the second the ooze creature misses her with the crystal sword and acidpod, she strikes down at the statue in front of her.

Attack: 18 Damage:13

Attack: 21 Damage:9

Sigurd, hearing the Kraken but also having just been hit, swings twice at the crystal statue while yelling "Why are you attacking us if you want to help, creature!?"

Attack: 16 Damage: 13

Attack: 25 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Add to one attack's damage if hits (Giant Might): 4

Leann casts shield to deflect the attack.

She then activates her cloak of displacement, making it appears she is not quite in the place she really is in. (attacks are done with disadvantage against Leann.)

Leann then strikes at the one in front of her...

Huarache obliterates the statue approaching him, as Omiy and Sigurd do the same. Leann misses with her first swing, but connects on the second, cracking the face of the crystal kenku before her - but the statue keeps attacking

- Note: The words coming from the kraken engine are in common, though other languages are also being spoken, they are saying the same words.

- Characters not under immediate threat can also attack the ooze folk left standing O1,O3,O6,O7.

Sam, Shutorn, Hondo and Stabby are up. Feels like I'm missing one more.

Huarache turns to whichever ooze-folk is nearest, sheathing his scimitar (which seems to be a free action RAW) and drawing his blunderbuss, firing at the nearest one.

As he does so, he yells to the kraken, "Who are you, and why have you been attacking us if you want to help us?"
