The slam barely missed Echo, and shall we say that Huarache’s shield is scraped as he barely manages to duck under it and use it to deflect the blow after casting shield to give himself time to get underneath or something. As for the armor, check your DMs.

Instinctively Cormac lashes out at the two snakes.

will focus to drop one before snake before striking for the next. 

One of the snakes sinks its fangs into Etrigan. Con save:8

On his turn Etrigan moves 30´ eastward, possibly provoking an attack of opportunity.

"We can not keep these snakes at bay,
we should the shamans try to slay."

He then again gestures with the rod and utters a short incantation and a bright streak flashes from the rod and then blossoms with a low roar into an explosion of flame engulfing three of the shamans and two of the snakes.

Another fireball:32 save dex 17 for half damage

It should be possible to center the fireball so that i catches the three westermost shamans and the two southermost snakes by Echo and Cormac, having the edge of the fireball just south of them.

The statue turns to Cormac and lifts its massive foot, bringing it down where the lycan stands, then slaps at Echo again

Shaman spells are concentration.  Just waiting on all players to post or we'll bot the round end of day.

Huarache and Echo Disengage from the statue to go towards the nearest snake-shaman. With his bonus action, Huarache readies up a Branding Smite.

Lean will continue to fight any enemy near her.

Leann slashes at the snakes at her feet, but the snakes are too quick.

"Strike first! Strike hard! No mercy!" the Shaman shouts in draconic.

Samogri blasts a pair of snakes, who erode into a puff of dense smoke, shrouding a bright lightthat shines briefly within before winking out of sight, leaving no trace behind.

Cormac also manages ro take out one snake, sending it flying across the room before it bursts into smoke mid-flight.

 Etrigan surprises the shamans with another fireball.  Unable to get out of the way in time, all three in the blast radius succumb to the flames.

As they lose consciousness, the remaining snakes begin to fade into a misty haze and with an audible  "pop!' fizzle out of existence.  

Amid the flurry of smoking serpents, one might not notice that thr fog near the exit is lifting at the same time, but that obscured area is no longer hidden from view.

When the mist clears (an instant later) the spikes remain. 

 The stone golem smashes at the dog and man he can reach. But the pair outmaneuver the statue, narrowly escaping certain destruction.

As the shamans are incinerated by the magical fire Etrigan feels the blessing of his patron envigorate him.

"How fortunate, good Sirs, I did you meet
together we surely this statue will defeat."


Etrigan then again gestures with the rod and utters a short incantation but now two beams of purple crackling energy streaks toward the statue.

He then moves up in the northeastern corridor just out of sight of the statue getting full cover in case of any boulder throwing shenanigans.

As the statue strikes at Cormac and Echo the rune seared into it flares. (4 psychic damage from brand of castigation) With the snakes gone Cormac returns his focus to the statue striking out twice more.

Riavor annoyed by the giant statue blows a blast on his trumpet summoning many dashing lights entrancing his enemies (hypnotic pattern) (wis dc 17)

The shaman moves toward the edge of the mass of thorns and casts vine whip on Cormac (or Huarache, whichever isn't squished), intent to drag him across the brambles.

18 for 28 piercing 

Edit: that's actually only supposed to be 4d4+1d6 on a hit, representing 10ft of movement through thorns.  I'd reroll it but it's a miss anyhow. 

Still waiting on Sam, Huarache/Echo [I'm assuming assuming branding smite], and Leann.
