Three archers dtaw their bows and let fly a volley of red arrows  each imbued wirh an arcane word.

1. Enfeebling arrow X Huarache 10 for 7 piercing + 9 necrotic. DC12 Con saves or weapon attack damage halved until start of lizardman's next turn.

2. Shadow arrow X Riavor 8 for 8 piercing 9 psychic damage. DC12 Wis save or vision limited to 5ft until start of next turn. Targeting based on source if eldritch blasts

3. Poison arrow X Echo 18 for 5 piercing 7 poison damage to target and all other creatures within 10ft, (so, Huarache takes poison damage)

2 of the lizardmen turn down the hall to their left (east) apparently facing another threat. ($)

G1 X Cormac 6 for 2

The shaman casts heat metal on Leann's shield as she makes her way toward him through the fray. 8 damage, DC 12 Con to resist dropping the shield.

As 2 lizardmen attack Leann with spiked shields,, javelins and heavy clubs, (no dice) one lizardman manages to squeeze theough the hallway and throw a javelin at Riavor 23 for 5.

The arrow that misses Huarache curves midflight, aiming for Echo instead.

(These lizardfolk arcane archers are from Moster Manual Expanded 2 by Dragonix, for anyone curious.)

End round 1, Huarache/Echo, Leann, Riavor, Sam and Cormac  post actions at will.

As the two break away down the left corridor the rest of you hear a beastial howl echo out of hall they entered. 

Around the corner a rune flares on the back of Cormac’s sword hand. The skin around the room me splits and fire wreaths the blade as Cormac continues his attack.

Action two attacks. Both on the same one I attacked before unless the first strike drops it then move to the next.

(2d6 Initiative will be rolled this round, last time was just because there were so many on the other side, and you heard them coming.

Leann continues to attack.

Huarache attacks again, going for whichever lizardmen, as does Echo.

Riavor blasts the nearest guard

Cormac finishes off one guard, and hits the other one, but he still stands.

Leann takes out a lizardman,

Huarache drops a guard,

Sam attacks the shaman from behind, causing serious damage, but the Shaman isn't done yet. 

Down to 4 guards, (just 1 is an archer) the shaman and his crocodile.

I started to apply the poison damage to Echo, a construct. Silly me. Huarache uses his absolutely massive 5head brain to analyze the situation, and he decides with lightning speed that the best idea is to continue swinging, and he orders Echo to run towards the archer who poisoned Huarache.

 At this point I think the remaining guards are fewer than 4 between you and the shaman, so he had no cover.  I think it's pretty unlikely that you'd know he cast heat metal.  I'm not even sure what Leann is doing about it yet.  She either dropped her shield or she didn't.  Given that he's a draconic speaking lizardfolk shaman, the DC for Arcana to figure out what he was saying would be pretty high.  Do you speak draconic?

Archers are all magic shots.  The regular guards aren't- although that seems like a small oversight on the modules part.  They are actively guarding known lycans, etc. Seems like they would be better prepared.

 Shield doesn't help here.  Your AC is 16+5=21. Archer rolled for 21.  You can cast it, but you shouldn't.  Need DC 12 Wis save or "nearsighted". If save, we'll use the EB's above

 Returning the blows the lupine figure continues to slice through the reptilian guard.
