i have leather armor and a shield and +3 dex AC 19
+5 from shield spell is 24
i took 2 levels of hexblade warlock
Leather armor is 11AC. +3 for Dex, +2 for shield is 16. Not sure where 19 is coming from. You have proficiency with medium armor from BladeLock if you took that at level 1, but you're not wearing medium armor.
Your sheet says 16. You can override AC on the character sheet to reflect any temporary bonuses etc the app.moght not reflect. This helps me figure out hit or miss and challenge scaling. With a 19AC I wouldn't have nerfed the Archer to 1 arrow - (with multiattack, he can fire 3), and if I saw the miss I could have targeted another creature within 60ft with curving shot.

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

and because lack of range no eldritch blast this round
so bardic inspiration on leann(1d8 can be used for attack roll, saving throw, ability check or to the healing/damage of a spell that heals or deals damage)(When a creature adds one of your Bardic Inspiration dice to its ability check, attack roll, or saving throw and the roll fails, the creature can keep the Bardic Inspiration die.)
and using countercharm (you can start a performance that lasts until the end of your next turn. During that time, you and any friendly creatures within 30 feet of you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed. A creature must be able to hear you to gain this benefit.)

I see the confusion, it's exacerbated by the lag, but technically you might have range to do eldritch blast depending on the outcome of the 2d6. You've rolled both and I'll use the one that's applicable. It's possible the Archer may not even get to act this round if PCs roll higher.
Huarache, Riavor, and Cormac have posted actions.
Leann and Sam: actions for round 3? There's one Archer near the shaman and his crocodile, one guard down the east hall by Cormac, and two more by Riavor and Huarache.
Also, Leann needs to save or drop the shield from heat metal.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I'm botting Sam. I do this on occasion to keep things moving. If you'd like to dissent from this potential eventuality, let me know in PM. It's only if it's holding up the flow of the game and a player suggested it to me originally. Itz been working OK I think. My metric for that is the low frequency of use.
Shaman Heat metal x Leann (BA) [if applicable] 10 damage
Crocodile x Sam:
Head 121 for 7. Grappled, escape DC 12
Head 2 9 for 12. Grappled, escape DC 12
Post actions then I'll roll 2d6.
The above actions take place, then...
Leann attacks the Archer with an overhand strike, but he blocks her weapon with his bone longbow. She sees her opening and slashes low, slicing into his scaly abdomen.
(Looks like shield is still equipped, but haven't seen the con save (dc12) vs heat metal to avoid dropping it. If not dropped, was that ro hit with disadvantage? (Can't tell on mobile).
Huarache lands two solid hits, but Echo's steel jaws fail to find purchase in the fast but heavy tail swinging behind the guard. Still, the guard succumbs to Huarache's attack.
Cormac tries, but can't manage to hit the other guard he faces off with in the side corridor.
Sam's flaming sword brings down the shaman who trusted him with his fate, a cruel betrayal.
Echo begins to bark(?) as she hears something from the secret passage to the south. (She hears a low rumble) then a loud thud echoing in a distant cavern, then a lone set of light footsteps rapidly approaching. She growls and barks at the secret passage, still ajar.
The Archer, a guard, the 2-headed Crocodile and lizardman in the hall with Cormac are still alive.
The Archer grabs his stomach and moves to flee (disengage action) and runs off into the drakness. The loyal crocodile is enraged by the loss of its master and attacks Sam with everything she's got.
22 for 12
16 for 5
The lizardman in the hallway bashes Cormac with his spine shield, from behind which he thrusts with his javelin.
6 for 4
14 for 8
The other guard attacks Huarache, swing his great club at the tabaxi.
remember Leann has bardic inspiration (ability check/ Saving throw/ attack roll/ healing from spell/ damage from spell/ 1d8)
bonus action switch hex to croc
action Eldritch blast on croc 19. 7 / 1515. 5
The tiny fae on Riavors shoulders loose a final round of arrows before snickering and vanishing with the smell of lemon As Riavors vision clears he looks around and sees the carnage they have created. And sits down to think and try to clear his foggy mind.

Leann growled as the heat began in her armor (Not sure if/what I need to do vs the heat metal, so let me know. As it ends with the Shaman going down, not sure how needed any save is, but will make whatever you need.)
As the shaman is taken out, she nods to the one that slew them, then gripped her sword tighter. She advanced on the crockadile, striking twice at the beast, knowing she had to get to the door where she left the boy, that was her objective, and she would not fail. Her long braid of blond hair swung behind her as her sword lashed out twice.
From the secret passage Echo is barking at, reemerges Mack followed by a man with dark hair and eyes to match, wearing a fine but somewhat worn attire, blood red with strange black patterns and embroideries under a blood red cloak, high black leather boots and a dark rod tucked into his black leather belt.

There were 2 rounds where heat metal effected it, resulting in either a dropped shield afyer round 1 or damage taken from the attempt to hold onto it in the second round. A Con save DC 12 would be required to hold onto it or it would fall be default. If she did hold onto the hot shield, her attacks would also have had disadvantage.
As the battle seems almost over Mack comes running back into the room as if fleeing something.
A step behind follows a man of indeterminable age. He has dark hair and eyes to match, wearing a fine but somewhat worn attire, blood red with strange black patterns and embroideries under a blood red cloak, high black leather boots and a dark rod tucked into his black leather belt. For a moment he looks surprised to find more adventurers in the middle of this temple of the Archduke Moloch but quickly regains his composure and addresses you all.
"Greetings all, I wish you well destroy this temple is my plan are we allies then, pray tell the name, good Sirs, is Etrigan"
He makes an almost theatrical bow as if he just delivered an opening line in a great classical play and then unleashes two beams of crackling purple energy towards any standing lizard folk (except the one who seems to be fighting them ;-).
