Etrigan/Thessalar tries to determine the effects of the eyeballs and the still beating dragon-heart with help from Grygaxx. Knowledge:22 "Hm, there seems to be no way of disarming the Demogorgon. If we have to fight it in the end we should expect it to have abilities associated with eyeballs and still-beating dragon hearts. At least it hasn´t got a trolls heart as Barbatos did. I will make one final attempt to get the Demogorgon on board." Etrigan/Thessalar messages the others. "Now come! We must hurry, the high priest is expecting us." Etrigan/Thessalar says to the Demogorgon in a commanding tone, the Moloch homunculus giving his face a stern look. Intimidation if needed, with help from at least three lizard folk guards I hope:28
(OOC: So did Etrigan realize the wires was protected in the same way as Barbatos´ backpack was or must he make the save?)
Etrigan/Thessalar moves discreetly out of the Demogorgons wide field of vision. In the next moment "Slippys" voice can be heard from the corridor. "Yes master, I am right there. I will clean while you visit the high priest." followed by some quick footsteps. The Homunculus on Etrigan/Thessalars head makes his left eye wink at Sticky making it clear he will get some help out of his predicament. The next moment a uniformed boggle looking exactly like Slippy, with a single epaulet on his right shoulder enters the room and bows to Hebediah. "Now can we go?" Etrigan/Thessalar says sternly to the Demogorgon.
(Etrigan used minor illusion for the voice and the footsteps and a silent image for "Slippy")
A series of long hallways each lined with statues created by the temple’s sculptors through the ages. Many depict Moloch, but other archdevils, demon lords, and former high priests of the temple are also represented. A successful DC 12 Intelligence (Religion) check identifies any statue’s specific subject, including several statues of Demogorgon, Asmodeus, Dagon, Bel, Zariel, Mammon, and Semuanya.
One hallway not followed leads to the south. The air is a bit cooler at the intersection and the faint sound of flowing water can be heard.
<I'm not asking for the check, because I assume you'll recognize at least half of them, realistically the majority of them and they don't really do much that hasn't already been done.)
As you draw nearer to the private chapel of the High Priest of the Temple of Moloch, you pass through what appears to be a workshop and storage area.
This area holds a large kiln, which is constantly lit and used for the crafting of statues, homunculi, and other objects for the temple. Tools, chunks of stone, and lumps of clay wrapped in cloth are scattered about.
You arrive at the door of the private chapel. The procession halts and waits silently for Thesselar to give a command or speak to the priest or do something altogether unpredictable.
Barril would like to get a strategic lay of the land. Specifically looking for ways to proc his sneak attacks. Are there pillars or pews to hide or find cover behind? Are the walls and ceiling climbable with his magic slippers? Are there alcoves on the walls or architectural structures that would provide cover or a hiding spot? Are there shadows on the ceiling that could be hidden in?

Barril will see when the door to the chapel is opened...
The temple’s high priest resides in these small quarters, which contain a bed, personal effects, ceremonial robes, and religious instruments of office. A fireplace along the northeast wall is carved to resemble a smaller version of the famed statue of Moloch.
Alcoves:
The larger alcove to the south of this area holds a pile of sacred stones for the construction of a powerful stone golem.

Etrigan/Thessalar enters the room (28) calmly. Assuming he finds the high priest there he adresses him. "Listen, we don´t have much time. As you know thieves have stolen the eyes of the statue and my inventions are useless without them. We have caught some of the culprits..." Etrigan/Thessalar motions to Huarache and Barril "...but the eyes have not yet been recovered. I´m bringing the Demogorgon with me as it has come to my attention that we are under a new attack." He continues while the Moloch homunculus adjusts his visage giving it a worried expression. As he does this he messages the others. "Spread out and find suitable attacking positions." Etrigan/Thessalar stays by the door and studies the high priest for weaknesses. Perception with help from Grygaxx:25
(Room 28 is something like 20´x 30´ which should give us some room to spread out I think.)
Ard-Sagart prays before the fire as the crew enter. He listens patiently to the words of Thesellar, nodding in agreement.
"Since rhe loss of the sculptors, the temple has lost favor with Moloch. With the desecration of rhe idol, we have but one hope. To ameliorate our dark lord's dissatisfaction, we must send yet more lizardfolk to brave the underwater lake and collect gemstones as tribute. I see youu have brought me three new volunteers this time. I was just preparing to bless them. These are rather puny, though, aren't they? Well maybe that's for the best."
Eyeing rhe bound human, the priest inquires, "I see you brought an offering? Or is that just an hors d'oeuvres?"

"Be ready to attack as I say the word YOU." Etrigan/Thessalar messages the others. "If we can interrogate him afterwards, then all the better. We still have three buttons to find."
"Yes, the situation indeed calls for a sacrifice, and that sacrifice will be YOU." Etrigan/Thessalar says and unleashes two beams of crackling purple energy toward Ard-Sagart. Eldritch blast:14 Damage:12 Eldritch blast:12 Damage:9 He then steps out into the corridor for maximum cover.
(OOC: So this would be the famous Arse-Agart I suppose ;-) I don´t expect the rather daft Demogorgon to be able to attack on the first round. The rest of us should be able to get a surprise round though right?)

Attack: 21 Damage: 10
A small, black owl streaks toward the priest and flies by his face at the moment a firebolt shoots at him, seemingly coming from the lizardfolk barbarian. The owl then flies away.

Barril’s mind began interpreting the events in ‘bullet time” as soon as he heard “and .. that ….. sacrifice ………. will ……………….. be”. At the very beginning of the enunciation of the word “you”, Bramble was in full motion.
He draws and fires an arrow at the priest
Attack: 10 Damage: 5
If surprise conveys advantage then advantage die is: 24 and added sneak attack on hit is: 14
He will then use his 40’ of movement to speed to the most strategic place that offers concealment, be that on the floor, walls or ceiling.
Ard-Sagart casts hellish rebuke on Etrigan as a reaction ( DC 15 Dex to take half of 6 fire damage).
He then casts finger of death on the lizarsfolk what shot the fire blast (Tess) (DC15 Con save for half of 7d8+30 necrotic damage. A humanoid killed by this spell becomes a zombie controlled by the caster on the start of its next turn.)
The high priest's [monster]imp[/imp] finds Barril under the bed and stings him, losing its invisibility as it does so 11 for 7 piercing and DC 11 Con for half of the full 7 poison damage.
(I understand how hide works, but your in somebody's bedroom and it's invisible pet with Devils sight will not fail to locate someone hiding under the bed.
The warlock produces a ruby from his robes and throws it into the brazier in rhe hearth of the fireplace, carved to resemble that held by Moloch, whereupon rhe flames lower as Ard-Sagart prays aloud: "Moloch, my lord! Your servant has been betrayed. I offer this humble tothing that I may pray of thee for.my salvation, that I may live to remove these traitors from your temple and raise your name to glory!"
When the fire dwindles, the priest dives into the fireplace, the flames roaring to fill force once he had disappeared into the fireplace, his imp scrambling to follow him. (Barril gets an aoo on the imp).

Tetrevess the lizardfolk guard grunts “Priest want us now. Bring sacrifice.” In common, while flexing his huge muscles. (Help with intimidation)
I won't force a roll. I just quoted the module and I'll let Oberon99 decide what Etrigan does.
The ettin is more upset that he seems to have a wayward servant, stating:
"I won't be going until I am sure my steward hasn't forgotten his duties."
'Slippy!' he calls again. Sticky begins to sweat profusely, which for a boggle is not subtle - soon a small puddle forms around the creature.
.... (any intervention)

To "Thesselar" the other head replies mildly, "Fine. Let's go"
As he departs, Slippy's master adds , "And when you're finished cleaning, give yourself ten lashes for your absorbination."
Thesselar, the guards, a bound human, an Etrin and a boggle walk into a bar.. I mean through the hall ... to see a priest.

Sorry, hellish rebuke should be 5th level, so an extra 15 fire damage
And fixing finger of death roll: 59
“You little punk!” Cries Barril as the sting goes wide. He instinctively lashes out with his reaction.
Opportunity Attack: 16 Damage: 4
Just in case anyone was within 5’ of the imp (small room after all) sneak attack could proc because this reaction is on the imp’s turn.
Additional sneak attack damage: 12
