The woman's reassurances do nothing to calm the naturally nervous Burra's demeanor. Dozens of potentially disastrous possibilities flash through his mind as he considers the woman's words. "Alright, alright, alright," he whispers, slowly backing away as his eyes flicker towards the two remaining, presumably restrained figures. "What of you? I can sneak out or leave just fine. My group can leave. Are you sure you're alright on your own? Either way, I should get back...before someone else finds out. Follow if you must. Stay unseen." With that said and done, Burra slinks towards the arcing shadows cast by the rocky cliff in the late-night sun, making little more noise than a rustle of feathers in the wind.
He returns to the camp with his waiting companions and recounts what he witnessed in his usual, stuttering, clearly panicked voice.
Tengar wanders through into the prisoner tents and finds Burra talking to woman, with your darkvision and passive perception, she matches the description of Master Lesona from Nessim back in Greenest.
Karib continues to pretend to snore wondering where everyone is, but comforted by the knowledge that all the noise is coming from the ongoing search to the west.
(( How much money was he tossed in the purse, btw? ))
Karib examines the pouch and sighs, then turns to Pimster, speaking softly, "I've been thinking. With no-one to repair my disguise in the morning, a dead cultist behind our tent, and the one they know as our leader missing, it won't take them long to realize we are not mercenaries. If we are not gone by morning we will be dead."
"What do you think?" he asks, as he sits in the tens and quietly checks the straps on his armour and stows his bedroll. "We could pretend to be on the search...they even gave me this purse to keep an eye out..."
Pimster mumbles something incoherent and rolls into his blanket. After a snort and some more mumbling, he falls back into the deep sleep only a halfling can have in an enemy encampment! (He's the only one who's gonna get a long rest this night!! =)
((Technically a Long Rest was not had during the time before the scouting and distractions because you had already had the benefits of a Long Rest less than 24 hrs ago. Plus, it also wasn't stated. That said, I'll let it slide this time, but please remember this going forward.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tengar
The half-orc huffs and puffs and spits out a wad of snot and blood. "Hmm, still a bit beat from the fight. Damn dwarf!" He'll cast cure wounds to get a bit of a jump in his step....9
He looks at Burra and the elf. "Seems I got to the party a wee late...what's the plan?"
Tengar would see Burratake off and the woman go to leave, but then stop and says quietly, "You must be with the aarakocra? Re-group, I'm sure he has some news for you."
With the she impressively somesaults over the cloth wall surrounding this part of the camp and begins to scale the cliff wall that's cloaked in shadow at a speed.
Pimsterdreams of the women, towering over him. In a momentous ignition they burst into flames, the furtherst woman... and then another a little closer. The final image of a woman is struck by many clawing fingers of lightning, before flames engulf her with wailing pain. With the light of fire, you see it; a blue scaled hide flies over and a beat of large wings.
I relish the beating... of your racing heart... little halfling.
With a crash of thunder, Pimstershoots awake! Seeing the newly arrived, and panicked, Burra.
With wide eyes and unsteady breaths, the druid is suddenly wide awake, frantically looking around the tent to reassure himself the dragon wasn't actually there and about to kill him! "Burra - I just had the strangest nightmare - perhaps it was a magical sending. But I felt the blue dragon - and it seemed to know I was here. It told me that it relished the beating of my racing heart. I think we should get out of here. Now..."
After slinking into the party’s tent for a small rendezvous, Burra tilts his head to one side as Pimstar recalls his dream. “In every dream there is an omen, Pimstar. It is unwise to ignore them,” he recommends - besides, Burra clearly doesn’t need any more convincing to leave this camp before the party is inevitably found out. “I found the woman we were seeking - well, to be specific, she found me. She escaped by herself. She said to meet in Greenest - having a prisoner missing along with a new group and dead cultists will likely result in our deaths, so I suggest we follow her word and leave quickly,.”

Tengar
[is Tengar present for the above scene?]
If so, Tengar will take a quick peek in the tents, wondering if he should set a few free to help create a distraction for him and his colleagues...
If not, then Tengar searches around for Burra and the scholar...

(( We already had a long rest before doing our stuff at 3am ))

Tengar
Walks back to camp to rendezvous with the others.
Anything of value here in this area? Tengar would look around a bit.

Tengar doesn't notice anything, although it can be guessed this place is kept clear due to prisoners.
What he does hear is a heavy snore and jingle of chains in the small hut like tent to his right. But not much else.
He’ll look in quietly.
