Randrak, you charge in swinging but the little buggers are just too fast and dodge out of the way of your strikes!
OOC: Wow you rolled higher with the D6s! So combat 101, make sure you roll you damage along with your attack rolls to minimise the back and forth. And all remember your bonus actions and movement. It will take us a few rounds to find our stride but what we are aiming for is a slick flow of action. I am happy for you to post intentions a little ahead of your initiative turn, as this gives me the option of bumping down slow posts.
Those of you within the warehouse see a burly dwarf appear in the open doorway. He peers inside and cries out,
"Captain it's time to go!" and with that the dwarf who must be the fist mate Torg charges out after you Randrak and piles into the goblins surrounding you. Pulling his great axe from its harness he roars with pure rage and takes a mighty swing. Attack: 7 Damage: 0
Unfortunately his axe swings wide and he misses. Initiative order will be as follows :
Uldran
Torg
mender
Randrak
Captain
Goblins
Torvin
Mercwri
Freak
Hitticus
Uldran you are up!
OOC: Hitticus post any time before your next full turn to get your action in.
“Well, blast!” Mercwri snarls, dropping the dagger. “Somebody wanna help me wi’ this stuff!” He tucks the book into his belt pouch, “This might prove in’trestin’ ifn we Ken figure it out. Nice dagger, too. One o’ you bigger folk wanna take care o’ this wee chest o’ coin, ‘n’ maybe these vials? Or I Ken keep ‘em?”

Uldran your spell fails to take hold and while a dusting of frost does appear on the goblins nose, causing it to sneeze, no actual damage is done. The goblin however does look a little confused by he whole affair. You duck back inside and out of sight.
Hitticus the release of energy from your spell hits with more force than even you expected and the goblin closest to Randrak is utterly incinerated from the waste upward. A pair of charred legs clatter to the ground. (Note your display of arcane power will have been noted by all, a practice frowned upon in Dwarven society).

Torg takes two mighty swings with his axe for 9 and 7 damage. Both of the nearby creatures are sliced in two leaving a puddle of gore at his feet. With a frenzied roar Torg races on toward the nearby Stoneship.
"Damn! Damn, damn, damn, damn!" With a howl of terror Mender charges out of the warehouse following Torg. He pauses for a moment to fire his crossbow. 19 for 3 damage. He takes one of the goblins near the Stoneship in the knee causing it to stumble.

As soon as he gets to the doors, Mercwri will use his sling and send a bullet hurtling into the goblin next to the wheelbarrow.
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
"Yah, take that ye goober," he whisper-snarls under his breath. He will keep moving toward the stoneship, but will keep an eye out for anything coming up upon the party from behind.

Randrak charging south you take a slice out of the nearest goblin, but due to your momentum your second blow finds only air.

Near the ship two goblins fire arrows at the Captain while one closes in for the attack.

She cries out in pain as they tear into her and in the south one goblin fires and arrow at you Randrak while a second closes in with a blade.

An arrow skims your arm and a goblin blade sinks deep into your thigh for a total of 6 Damage. The third looses an arrow at Torg 13 for 5
The arrow sinks deep into his shoulder and he plucks it free with a growl. One Goblin takes cover behind the barrels to the east and fires at Mender 10 for 8 this one misses and the arrow clatters harmlessly to the ground.
You start to hear a din from the north as the main body of the goblin horde approaches your location!
Torvin you're up!
OOC: Mercwri your intentions are noted and I will play them out shortly. Just giving Torvin the chance to post in order :)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Torvin will draw his warhammer and engage the closest Goblin attack: 20 damage: 7 (both the attack and damage - I have an added +1 for his 'blessing of the forge ability on his hammer)
Torvin you come to the aid of Randrak and bring your warhammer down with a crushing blow on the head of his opponent. One less goblin to worry about!
Already wounded by Menders bolt your bullet Mercwri take the goblin near the barrow between the eyes and drops him to the ground as you charge forward.
Seeing everyone leave the warehouse and the doors wide open, Freak goes out, hesitates at the entrance, then runs East towards the ship and crouches behind the barrel. dodge

OOC: apologies for previous typo. Obvs its Freak behind the barrels :)
Hitticus you charge forward as far as the barrels and release an eldritch blast at the nearest goblin. It ducks away just in time however and your attack fires harmlessly overhead.
Uldran you concentrate on the northern corner of the docks and conjure a mass of tangling vines that will impede process of any approaching reinforcements. You have bought the party some extra time. (An excellent use of your skills for the situation, take Advantage on your next roll!)
Torg charges forward to aid his Captain 15 for 15, 22 for 6 He obliterates the goblin with two vicious swipes of the axe.
Mender races forward steering clear of the barrel and until he sees a goblin crouching there. Glancing back to see who is watching he shakes his head and mutters a curse before raising his hand toward the creature. 7 for 3 A firebolt streaks through the air and sends the goblin flying over the side and into the lava.
Randrak, those damned goblins just keep dodging your axes as both strikes fall short of the mark.
You all see Captain Blackfire race forward leaving the last goblin to her first mate. She stands on the deck of the Firehook now and pulls a horn from his jacket which she sounds three time. The air rings with the horn blasts and in response you hear muffled cheering from within the Stoneship.
And now the Goblins!

I am going to get to the entrance so that I will have LOS on Randrak.
"Ah hell, that one is wound tight, well I guess we couldn't hide in here forever!"
Casting frostbite on the goblin closest to Randrak, damage if failed save= 1
After casting I duck back into the entrance (assuming movement left) for cover.
(OOC- DM- I wasn't sure if I roll the save for the goblin or if you do, I assumed it was you)

Hitticus will grab the coin if no one else does. Then blast one of the goblins in the way of getting to the ship. "Insufferable pests."

(going to post intentions)
Well, looks like everyone is out. I will leave the warehouse and head toward the ship. Damn that sounds like more from the north.
I will stop and cast entangle toward the north to block the walkway, hopefully blocking the whole walkway between the wall and the lava sea.
Using the rest of my movement to head toward the ship.

Hitticus will take his full movement trying to safely make it to the ship. (I have 3 situational decisions)
If Hitticus is in melee with a single goblin:
Light hammer + 2 bludgeoning from Genie's Wrath (Dao):
Attack: 16 Damage: 11
Otherwise if he is surrounded he will cast thunderclap for 4 thunder damage
Otherwise he will cast eldritch blast at anything blocking his path to the ship.
Attack: 7 Damage: 4
