Rashar thought over the officer’s words. He didn’t realize that the conflict between Zhentarim and the Xanathar’s Guild had became so severe. And while they fought, Waterdeep would suffer.
As the suspect make a dash for it, Rashar jumps to tackle him.

”You’re not going anywhere, criminal scum!”
He turns to his companions. “I may need some help here.”
(Pretty sure you can both roll with advantage as Morgan's action should be a good 'help' action. If not then I can roll athletics as well, but three rolls is probably overkill.)
As the others tackle the running Zhentarim, Krivnaar peers at the apprehended suspect with curiosity.
He sends a telepathic message to the Zhentarim's mind: "You're outnumbered here, struggling is futile. But all is not lost! If they lock you up, ask for Krivnaar Nemmonis, legal counsellor. I've business to attend to now, but later on I can try to help you out of your little legal pickle. The evidence may be weaker than it appears."
The Khent gets tackled by Rashar as Morgan and Jarett block his path. The Zhent grunts as the City Watchmen rush over to apprehend the Zhent and drag him back. "Appreciate the assistance." The officer says. About this time, the wagons arrive so they can carry the corpses away.
"I must urge you to go now." The officer exclaims, as he moves over to help the other watchmen question the suspects.
Cath watched as a couple of his companions chased down the escaping hoodlum. He shook his head and just stood still. "Some real do-gooders here. You get paid to do the city watches job? Or do we stop distracting them so guys like that don't get the chance to try and escape. Let's get moving and find this Floon guy. Now that's a paying job."
The party decides to turn back and take the detour to get around the gang war. Mardak's concerned about the gang war and is rightfully pondering what has suddenly sparked such violence among them. Something of value to be sure.
They take the alley way to get onto Zastrow Street. Tall, densely packed tenements leave most of the neighborhood in shadow at ground level. Most of the streetlamps have had their glass smashed and their candles stolen, and the smells of salt air and excrement linger as you pass by rows of run-down buildings.
Once the party arrives at the corner of Zastrow Street and Fillet Lane, they see one nearby shop that stands out from the others. It has a deep purple facade, and in its window hangs a stuffed beholder. Above the door hangs a sign whose elaborate letters spell out “Old Xoblob Shop.” The Skewered Dragon is just a few feet down the road, at the end of Fillet Lane.
Rashar takes in the scene. “Dirty and smelly...the rumors about the docks seem to be correct. We’ll about see about “dangerous,” however.”
The Xoblob shop seemed like a curious thing, but they had no time to engage in curiosities. Somebody’s life was in danger. He looks to his companions with a stony expression.
“The Skewered Dragon will be a volatile locale. But, we should try to avoid starting a fight. Stay close together and keep your hands off your weapons. Guard your tongue- enough people have died in seedy taverns over a misspoken word. Remember the mission and be professional.“
Rashar thought for a moment. He’s been out of the Cavalry for years, and yet the first time he’s worked together with other people, he’s back to giving orders? He chastises himself and turns back to his companions. He says with a half-smile, “Just some words of advice. Shouldn’t be too big of a deal- we’ll go in and out, no problem.”
He moves down the street and enters the Skewered Dragon.

Morgan eyes Rashar with a half-smile, then shrugs. He figured his father hired the man for a reason, so would not complain if the man started giving orders. With a nod he follows Rashar's lead.
"Advice is always welcome - as long as you're not billing hourly." Krivnaar gives a wink, and proceeds confidently into the tavern. It may be a rough place, but this was the *real* Waterdeep.

Mardak stops in front of the old shop with the stuffed beholder. He looks inside “Old Xoblob Shop huh..” he then closes the line as everyone continues towards the Skewered Dragon.
”Thanks for the advice” Mardak comments sincerely “I don’t come around these neighborhoods too often and i certainly don’t plan on dying anytime soon”

Mardak peers inside of Old Xoblob Shop through the windows and see that the inside has shelves lines with boxed relics. There isn't much more that can be seen from the outside.
The Skewered Dragon looks like a ruin. Both of its front-facing windows are smashed, and a ship’s anchor is lodged in the roof. Through the windows, you can see a group of haggard patrons drinking from huge tankards.

Rashar says, “Floon was last seen gambling. It might be a good idea to ask around the dice tables in the tavern. I’ll talk to the bartender, see what he has to say.”
He enters the Skewered Dragon and takes a seat at the bar counter, looking for the bartender.

Rashar takes a seat at the bar. Two other patrons are sitting at the bar drowning their sorrows with ale. The bartender curiously looks onto the Half-Elf Rogue. "Looks like we got another nobleman and his bodyguards gracing us with their presence." the bartender says disgustingly, as he assumes the adventurers are guards for Morgan.
Many patrons in the tavern are either drinking and gambling. The tavern goes silent as they all suddenly stare at Morgan Amcathra for a few seconds. Their facade's aren't welcoming, these individuals may be pondering devious things. After a while, their attentions go back to their beer and their Three-Dragon Ante.
"You're not usual's." The bartender chimes down a bit since the adventurers seem not to be triggering anyone inside. "What brings you to the Skewered Dragon?" the bartender addresses the entire party at this point, mainly keeping his focus on Morgan.
Rashar smiles warmly at the bartender, treating him like an old friend.
“I’d like an ale,” he says, but he quietly slides over a whole gold dragon across the counter. Much more than the price of a simple ale. Then, Rashar says something a little strange.
“Docks are busy these days, a person can easily get lost among the wagons, workers, and ships. I’ve heard of a frigate captain, old friend of mine, named Floon Blagmaar. His ship was a beautiful thing, redwood hull, golden masts, and a princely banner. However, he may have been attacked by flying snakes, or he could’ve lost his eyes. Whatever happened, he gambled away his life, and his ship said to be skewered by an iceberg in the Dragon Coast. A sad tale.”
Nonsense words to the casual listener. However, Rashar’s military training borrowed a code language form the various criminal organizations of Waterdeep, known as Thieves Cant. If the bartender was so trained, he would hear this:
People disappear in the Dock Ward. I’m looking for a person named Floon Blagmaar, who has red-golden hair and wears a princely garb. He may have been abducted by the Zhentarim(flying snakes) or the Xanathar’s Guild(eyes). He was last seen gambling in the Skewered Dragon.
Then, Rashar waits for the bartender’s response.

As the party stopped at the crime scene Mardak said a silent prayer for the dead. “Such a shame this senseless violence”.
When one of the thugs tried to escape but failed his attempt Mardak just clicked his tongue and shook his head slightly.
