As Gillain pushes forward with her shield and spear Tio will continue down alcove between the two tunnels. She will check for anything out of the ordinary. “Mr.Gimble perhaps these alcoves hold something of use. Would you mind checking them out?”

Ban skulks forward, hiding behind the pillars along the east wall. As she goes, she'll glance at the alcoves but focus primarily on remaining undetected.
Gillain takes a deep breath, summoning the divine power within her to sense the presence of evil. The power floods her body and the world becomes sharper. Every nook and cranny of this room seems bathed in golden light and her senses are overwhelmed. There does not feel to be any specific evil close by but, this entire house, especially in this room, has lingering energy. By that energy Gillain believes the entire area is desecrated.
Farris sees no signs of undead in this room.
Tio is the first to inspect an alcove then Ban and Gimble. Each alcove contains trash and debris. Amongst the trash the party finds the following contained in the 13 alcoves: -A small mummified, yellow hand with sharp claws (probably a goblin hand) on a loop of rope. -A knife carved from bone. Given the nature of this place it is probably human bone) -A dagger with a rat's skull set into the pummel. -an 8 inch in diameter varnished orb made from a nothic's eye. -an aspergillum again cared from bone. -a desiccated, mummified frog tied to a stick. -a bag of bat guano -a withered severed finger with a 2-inch fingernail. The finger also has a hairy wart on the middle knuckle. -a 6-inch tall wooden figurine of a mummy, its arms are crossed over its chest. -an iron pendant adorned with a devil's face. -the shrunken skull of a small humanoid creature-probably a halfling. -a small wooden coffer. Inside is a severed, withered tongue of some beast.
The only sounds Bob, and the rest of the party hear is the chanting. There appears to be nothing in this room outside what the party discovers.
Gillain is repulsed by the desecration of the whole place. “The very fabric of this place here is tainted.... Ugh!! ..Which way now? Left or right?”.
((Gillain assumes the people investigating the alcoves would grab anything interesting. Can Gillain or the party tell which exit the chanting is coming from? If so, Gillain might suggest they continue to follow it and starts to head that way)).
Bob shakes his head firmly but find himself walking along behind the others. "Can't hear a thing besides this bloody chantin'! So just keep yer eyes open."
He peruses their findings with far less disgust than some of the others, poking and prodding here and there with his staff. Finding little of interest he waddles along behind Farris.
DM: Bit confused on which tunnel was chosen “Let’s move to the left right...” Tio will continue to the right path. Gillain will walk beside Tio and head through the right path too
-Along the west wall, the party sees 2 tunnels, one 5 ft from the northwest corner and one 5 ft. from the southwest corner.
Ban swipes the knife and dagger, stowing them away quickly in a back pocket before wiping her hands off on her pants thoroughly. The eladrin proceeds after Tio and Gillian cautiously.
Bob casts Shillelagh once again if necessary to keep his staff ready for battle. He grips the wood tightly and grimaces through his beard. "We'll end that infernal chanting soon, don' worry, folks!"
The party proceeds down the northwest hall, Following it they come into another long hall, approximately 40 ft. long with a series of small prison cells on both sides of the hall with 1 larger cell midway down on each side of the tunnel. The party cautiously explores this area and the cells only to find a black-robed skeleton in the larger cell on the north side of the tunnel. With a preliminary exploration of the area, the party finds no obvious traps and no visible door.

Gimble moves up and investigates the robes figure for identifying characteristics, any papers, or items that may be of use, including that interesting black robe.
