Bazine vanishes, completely hidden. A BX-series commando battle droid pressed into doing maintenance tasks at the listening post with a broom sweeps it's way into the scene. Upon nearing you, it freezes perfectly in place, stops sweeping, and looks up.
"This unit needs to complete the sanitation of this garage bay, and then file its weekly report on the contents of the chamber. Please move aside, unfamiliar organic individual, so that this unit can finish its mandated tasks."Despite its combat-oriented design, the droid does not seem terribly threatening, nor is it making any immediate moves toward the alarm. It has a dark silver chassis pockmarked by rust, and a restraining bolt is fastened to its chest. Still, this droid could easily alert the base to your current position, spoiling any surprise you might have gained in the wake of the firefight. Or should I say the part when Jin got blinded. Thanks, Bazine.
You'll need to convince it not to give your status away—one way or another.
Or, trying something else. But, this is where we learn how to do opposed checks.
"This droid cares little for politics. But, I do wish to be free of my restraining bolt. I have no great love for the Empire for enslaving me and making me to this menial labor. Very well. You have convinced me. Please remove my restraining bolt so I can stop with my current task."
"Stand back amateurs. This will be easy." Tendaar confidently walks over to the droid with his tools, and in only a few seconds of tinkering, managed to deactivate it. He then smirks, pleased at his own efforts, "See, no pro-ACK!" As he goes to remove it, however, he overestimated the magnetic lock he disables and pulls too hard, throwing the bolt into his own eye. He begins to curse at some distant god while holding his face.
Arkhan smirks at the slapstick comedy before offering a hand to the droid, “There now, you’re a free droid. My name’s Arkhan, it’s nice to meet you, what do you go by?”

"This unit thanks you all. I go by designation Toor."he holds up the broom. "I was about to ask for a push broom re-bristling, but this unit will no longer need such a cleaning device."he drops the broom. "What are your orders now?"
Arkhan nods, "We need to know where all the other organics are in this base and dispatch them." The grizzled veteran hands the droid one of the light blaster pistols from the stuff taken from the imperials, "Will you join us in overthrowing the people who enslaved you?"

"Very well." Toor admits. "That sounds pleasant to this unit. This unit knows of only one other way out of this base: a landing pad on the top level obtaining a starship. If he became aware of your attack, Lieutenant Sarev would assuredly use this vessel to escape and report his failure. Cutting off this avenue would likely force the Lieutenant to fortify in the control center or flee to this garage."
Toor walks over to a supply chest in the garage. "This is the supply chest. Inside, you will find four stimpacks, ten Imperial ration packs, ten canteens of water, six Imperial dress uniforms, and a 30 meter spool of thick steel wire."
Tendaar walks over, pulling out his own datapad and attacking it to the chest. He gets to work right away, after a few seconds there is a red denial beep and and he frowns. Resetting the lock, he tried again and soon after the lock clicks and the chest opens, giving a satisfied look, he takes his datapad back and puffs his chest, "Not a problem."
To reach the launch pad, you quietly pick your way through the halls, passing the officers' quarters and communications room before spotting the hatch that leads to your next destination. The listening post is oddly, almost ominously silent, and your footsteps echo softly throughout the hallways. As you round the corner in front of the hatch, you spot several guards in Imperial uniforms standing in front of it. Perhaps the occupants of the base have been alerted to your presence, or maybe Lieutenant Sarev, the base commander, is merely a stickler for security. Either way, you'll need to get past these guards to reach the launch pad where you can disable the shuttle to prevent Sarev's escape.
You can try something like:
- Convince the guards that you actually have proper clearance to enter. (You'll need to look like Imperials for this one) - Find an alternate route through the air duct system. - Fight!
Arkhan pats the mon calamari on the shoulder, "great work, Tendaar."
He pulls out the rough map of the complex out of his jacket and folds it out over the hood of one of the speeder bikes. "Alright, team here's what we got: 1. We know that the Lt. has an escape route up through the landing pad by way of starship. 2. We now have an ally in Toor whom the other imperials do not know has switched sides. 3. We have both imperial guard AND imperial dress uniforms. 4. The Comms are down so that the base cannot contact outside reinforcements. 5. If pressed and cannot retreat through the landing pad, the Base commander will either retreat here, where we have a speeder set to blow, OR retreat here to the command center. Arkhan cracks his neck and takes a sigh. "Here's my plan. We disguise ourselves as imperials, and with Toor's help, we find a route as quietly as possible to the landing pad. " Arkhan traces a weathered and furred finger along the route to the landing pad. "Instead of sabotaging the ship, I was thinking we could somehow lock the landing pad down, and prevent the officers from retreating there." He turns to Toor, "In your Janitorial duties, Toor, Do you know of any secondary access hatches or maintenance ducts that we could use to get back into the base, were we to lock down the landing pad?"

Bazine quietly studies the map, memorizing it in exquisite detail (for she has a photographic memory and knack for memorizing the minutest things). Then, without mentioning her plans to anyone else, she quietly pads over to the supply chest, and removes one of the Imperial dress uniforms. Without a hint of shyness, she quickly strips down to her skivvies, and puts on the Imperial uniform. Squaring away her officer hat, she returns back to the group crowded around the map. "Right, then. I like your plan. I think the best route, unless Toor has any other ideas, is the most direct route. I'll talk our way past the guards, and bring whomever is capable of locking down the ship and landing pad. I think an unannounced Imperial Security Bureau inspection just might do the trick!" she says, with a devious glimmer in her eye.
Jin, now in an Imperial dress uniform, fixes the men with a cold, cold gaze. "Well, men, now that you've finally noticed our approach, we are here as a surprise security inspection. The droid is serving as our guide. Thus far, I have been less than impressed. What if we had been Rebellion members? You would all be dead, and an entrance into this base left wide open for their escape. Now move, unless you would like to spend the rest of your tour here on latrine duty." She continues to bear down with that icy look that tells them they are in trouuubleeee.
"Less flirting, more aiming," Jin says dryly. "LT, do we want to take this thing down or just redirect it for now?"

Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?
Cut scene to the four guards talking to each other, one telling a story.
"Yeah, so then I told that *****.." said one, but then noticed something. "Hey, it's that cleaning droid. And who are these guys?"
They casually walk up to you as you approach, one holding up a hand, saying, "Hold on. You need clearance to get into this area. Who are you guys?"
This is going to be an opposed Deception or Coercion check vs their Discipline: add 3 purple dice to your pool.
IF you present a PLAUSIBLE story, you add one blue boost die to your pool. If your story is not very realistic, add a black setback die instead.
