However, you then turn to catch the north door open, a Redbrands soldier shakily draws his weapon in the doorway, and you can see the shape of three more behind him. One thing of note, the Redbrands do appear visibly intoxicated as if they have been drinking. Initiative: 7 New Initiative Order: Vulmar, Redbrands, Daphina, Orro, Duncan, Bugbears, Kayassa
Vulmar sees the Redbrands enter, and prepares to cast a spell on them.
The Redbrands in the doorway will take two halfhearted strikes at Kayassa— the closest to him— with his shortsword. Attack: 10 Damage: 5 and Attack: 23 Damage: 6 However, you are able to easily dodge both attacks (Miss).
Daphina not having much else to do with no more ranged weapons or a way to reach melee combat will help Duncan, giving him advantage on all attacks made this round.
Orro casts sacred flame on the closest bugbear once again. (Dex Save: 5). The bugbear gives a grunt as the flame engulfs its body (-5hp [Total: -24]).
The bugbear closest to the doorway will once again make an attack with its Morningstar against Duncan, again also with disadvantage. Attack: 16 Damage: 12 And the attack yet again misses.
Kayassa is up! Bless is still active, so Kayassa, Daphina, and Duncan may all add a d4 to attack rolls, and Duncan has advantage on attack rolls. Please go ahead and make your round 3 action, an as always, everyone else may queue their round 4 actions.

Orro's eyes widen at the fusillade aimed at the bugbears. He turns and faces the new arrivals. He points at the lead Redbrand and says, "You want to lay down your arms and not start anything hasty or you'll all burn. NOW!" He casts sacred flame at them for 2 radiant damage.
Vulmar glances around - the party was flanked. This was a terrible place to fight and he couldn't get a good view of either group of enemies. He retreats 15 feet to the East, hugging the North wall so the party could pass by if necessary.

Vulmar again moves back due to his awkward position while the Redbrand closest to the group again takes two drunken swipes at Kayassa Attack: 9 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. and Attack: 11 Damage: 7 Both attacks however miss again.
Orro casts sacred flame again at the Redbrand in front while trying to intimidate them as well. (Dex Save: 10) the leader extinguishes the flames and simply seems more infuriated that he cannot land a strike against Kayassa. The intimidation is unsuccessful.
Duncan then attacks the third and final bugbear with a vicious ferocity that leads blood spurting across the room, but the weakened bugbear is still nearly standing (-24 hp).
The bugbear however retaliates with its own vicious strike back against Duncan. Attack: 13 Damage: 10 However, Duncan is efficiently able to again block the strike with his glaive.

Seeing that one of the Redbrand is now on top of her, Kayassa curses since it is to close for her spell. With quick movements she draws a dagger from her belt and tries to stab at the drunkard.

(On his turn) Duncan will continue to use the help given by his companion. He can’t hold a line that didn’t exist, so it’s best to try to end things as quickly as possible. If the bugbear is down he’ll charge at the next nearest enemy.
Vulmar realizes that his allies aren't retreating from the fatal funnel. Frustrated, he moves 20 feet back towards them. If the last bugbear is dead by his turn, he will Dash into the room they were in. If Duncan has not yet dispatched it, he will Ready the Dash Action to move in once he can.

Kayassa quickly draws a dagger and deftly stabs the closest Redbrand who grunts with pain (-4hp).
Vulmar moves back to the group... and is ready to dash into the nearby room.
The Redbrand leader takes two more strikes at Kayassa. Attack: 12 Damage: 3 and Attack: 13 Damage: 4 This time however, one of the lazy strikes catches the nimble Satyr, drawing blood from a shallow wound across your chest (-7hp).
Daphina will also ready herself to dash into the room after Duncan takes out the final bugbear.
Orro casts sacred flame at the lead Redbrand again. (Dex Save: 5) Again, the leader dodges the flames.
Duncan with a well timed glaive strike is able to slice through the chest of the final injured bugbear, defeating the beast. Then, both Daphina and Vulmar are able to rush into the room, dodging the three fallen corpses. Daphina also retrieves her two fallen daggers on the way there. Unfortunately, Duncan, you would not be able to move to attack the Redbrands due to the confined nature of the hall, but you can move past Orro to get closer to the front lines. One thing of note, Vulmar and Daphina. In the room towards the back, you see the form of what appears to be an unconscious goblin laying on the floor. It has no injuries of any sort, but is nonetheless not conscious.

Kayassa hisses in pain as she is cut, muttering something as she cast Hellish Rebuke as a reaction to the attack. The Redbrand needs to make a dc 14 Dex Save or take 15 Fire damage or half if they succeed.
Once her spell is done she will ready her dagger once more and aim a stab at the Redbrand if they are still alive. If not she will move to the nearest and stab at them.

Kayassa then retaliates again with a dagger, but it does not penetrate the simple leather armor that the Redbrand wears (Miss). After that, you would then be able to move backwards, and Duncan is able to take Kayassa’s place at the front lines.

Orro gives up on the sacred flaming and pulls out his crossbow. It's not his strength, but it might be better than the alternative. He aims at the redbrand he can see.

Vulmar will hurl another fire bolt at the Redbrand in front. Attack: 21 Damage: 9 The attack hits and further injures the Redbrand (-3hp (Total: -14hp))
Then the Redbrand takes two swipes with disadvantage at Duncan who has now moved in front of Kayassa. Attack: 18 Damage: 4 and Attack: 7 Damage: 7 both attacks however are blocked by Duncan, the second one coming narrowly close to slashing through your stomach.
Daphina flicks a dagger towards the thug that embeds itself in his shoulder, causing him to fall backwards with a gurgle of blood.
Orro takes out his crossbow and fires it at the new Redbrand that rushed forward in the last ones place. It sinks an inch or two into the thug, making contact (-7hp).
Duncan is up! Kayassa may also make her action for the turn, and Vulmar can queue his action for the next round. Bless is still active for Daphina, Duncan, and Kayassa... the map has been updated. What would you like to do?
