Okay, for simplicities sake, we will say the group takes a 15 ish minute break that can count as a short rest. Feel free to ask the Redbrand any questions as he will be charmed for the next hour, and anyone may roll hit dice if they would like.
Just as a recap:
Investigating the south room on the map, it appears to be a guard barrack of some sorts. It contains four roughly built wooden bunks, with heaped-up blankets and dirty dishes scattered about. A strong smell of unwashed bodies and rotten meat fills the air. Other than that, at a first glance there is nothing of interest other than the unconscious body of a goblin towards the back of the room that Vulmar and Daphina had already seen.
Then, the north room on the map at first glance looks to be a common room. Several worn tables and chairs are scattered around this large room. Wooden benches are drawn up against walls decorated with draperies of brown and red, and several ale kegs are propped up and tapped. Additionally, there is a stack of coins and trinkets heaped upon the nearest tabletop.
I think that hits everything... I know it is a lot. What would you like to do?
Orro asks the Redbrand what he was doing today. Whoo Glasstaff is, and Black Spider. If he knows where Gundren is, who took him, and why. How many people and creatures are here right now, and what they're doing. Who he's worried about. What he's hopeful for.
Vulmar stands near Orro, listening to the conversation. He wanted to hear this information, and he knew that both charms and alcohol would wear off eventually.

As the others question the charmed Redbrand, Kayassa will stick around in order to make them answer any questions but before long she will go off to look at the trinkets and poke at the knocked out goblin with the end of her staff. "Should I wake him up to?"
Kayassa: Examining the trinkets and coin on the table, you would find a total of 75 cp, 55 sp, 22 ep, 15 gp, and a gold earring set with a tiny ruby (You may divide that up as you like... a party fund might also be worth a thought)
Orro: The intoxicated Redbrand answers your questions groggily to the best of his ability.
”Wh-who... Glasstaff. Right. The wizard guy.” He slurs. “Nah, I don’t know who he his... heck I doubt anyone does. Mostly keep to himself y’know, and he pays enough that nobody asks questions.” The Redbrand would also indicate to another door that leads north out of the north room. “His quarters and... workshop or whatever are just over there.”
On top of that, he seems to have no idea who or what the Black Spider might be, and has no recollection of where or frankly who Gundren is. He has encountered no dwarves. “People... creatures. Well most of us that worked for Glasstaff I think were here in this room. Not any much other that I could think of.” He continues thinking very hard, but obviously not coming up with much. “Oh, yeah. We do have some... captives or whatever. Y’know people that step out of line in town. Down in the crypts, I think.”
”W-well at least right now I’m worried about losing the game we were playin’ over there. I guess I had hoped to win... put a lot of money in that pot. Wasn’t doin to well before you folks showed up... but hey looks like my competitors aren’t a problem anymore.” He says with a halfhearted drunken chuckle and hiccup. He also calls out to Kayassa as he sees you looking at the money. “Hey! Leave... that... alone.” He slurs, but makes no move to stop you.
"How do we get down to the crypts?" He inquires. He was feeling a little dirty about this whole situation. But perhaps if they were quick they could find and liberate and prisoners they had. Perhaps even Gundren.

Kayassa pockets the trinkets and gold as her attention is still on the goblin, poking at it with her staff once or twice. Losing interest in that she makes her way back to where the charmed Redbrand is. "Yep tell is all you know."
(Apologies, forgot about this as I was deferring to the character who charmed the Redbrand, but Orro can finish the questioning...)
Orro glances at the passageway to the wizard's headquarters, and then down to the ground at the mention of the captives. "Where are the crypts, and how do we get there? Are there traps? Guardians? Passwords?"
He waits for answers. Then he walks over to Kayassa and grabs a handful of coppers and makes a show of stuffing it into a bag. He draws it close, walks it over to the Redbrand, and says, "no worries about that! I think we'd all like you to just hang out in here, and let us know, loudly, if you see or hear anyone else. We just have to go check on the captives, and Glasstaff. Important messages for both."
(I don't see a map in the resources doc, but Orro would prepare to head for the wizard's room, and listen at the door.)
The Redbrand would drunkenly tell you that the crypts are deeper in the dungeon. Heading north from the crevasse on the map is how you would reach them. He also explains that he doesn’t think there are any passwords or traps, but a couple other thugs guard the captives.
“Will do!” He slurs, looking at the bag like a hungry dog. “W-will that be for me?” He asks hopefully.
Kayassa: After poking the goblin a little more, it begins to stir. After a few seconds, it looks up at you, blinks a few times, and you can see a look of fear in its eyes. The creature jumps back against the wall giving a yelp of surprise and cowers near the wall fearfully. “Wh-wha-what? Wh-who?” The goblin murmurs in poor common.
Orro, please make a perception check to listen in on the wall.
What would you like to do?
(I just updated the main map of the dungeon to include the two new rooms. That should be there, but that’s it)
Daphina shifts around on her feet, faintly listening to the conversation around her. She collects her daggers, sheathing her swords. “We should head to the crypt,” Daphina suggests, “If Gundren is here, we need to get him before he gets hurt. Or worse.” She glances around the room, raising an eyebrow at Kayassa pocketing the money.
Kayassa will move to sit on top of the goblin to keep him in place, smiling down at him as she does so. "I have captured you so be a nice gobo and tell me what I want to know."
Orro, listening in on the door, you can hear the faint sounds of bubbling and dripping, and on top of that, you could swear you hear the skittering of a small rodent scrambling around the room.
The goblin continues to shake fearfully and doesn’t protest when you sit on top of him, but continues to cower in the corner. “Wha-wh... what do you want to know? I’ll be a g-g-good goblin.” The creature assures you, its voice wavering.
Kayassa smiles at the goblin, relaxing on her new living seat. "Good. First off you are going to take us to where ever your tribe is. Something like Cragmawl castle or something along those lines."
“So we’re not going to check the crypt?” Daphina asks, tilting her head slightly to the left, “If not, let’s get out of here!” She shivers slightly. “And get moving to find Gundren.” Daphina hastily adds.
((short rest time has probably finished by now eh?)) Duncan pushes himself up from where he'd been sitting snacking on a piece of hardtack. Feeling quite a bit better he walks over to Orro to see what he discovers in the door. Once Orro suggests rescuing the captives Duncan agrees and readies himself.
(Yep, for simplicities sake we will say the short rest doesn’t have to be longer than 15 minutes to get its full effects.)
“Yess yes of course.” The shivering goblin says hurriedly. “North we must go, and I will take you there. Yes yess, then I can be free?” He squeaks out very quickly at the end, looking up hopefully to you.
Orro: Opening the door, you see a room that appears to be a wizard’s workshop. A rat scurries across the floor and takes refuge under a large worktable set up with alembics, retorts, distillation coils, and other alchemical devices, all of it stewing and bubbling away. Bookshelves are crowded with sheaves of parchment and strange-looking tomes. There is no sign of any human life however.
